A good experience. The parking lot was very full when I came in and I had to hunt for a spot, but the shuttle was prompt and everything worked out.
We came back in after midnight and had to wait 10m for the shuttle to pick us up, but it wasn't too bad.

Parked here in August/September for 10 days and have nothing but good things to say. Booked online. Easily found the lot. The lot was mostly full of cars but we had no trouble finding a parking spot. Had a shuttle bus literally waiting by our car for us so we didn't have to wait. On the trip back, there were 2 shuttles waiting at the airport so we didn't have to wait then either. Drivers were excellent and the staff we spoke with on the way in and out of the lot were equally pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

Left our car here for a week, while we traveled abroad. Great service! There was a Van ready for us as soon as we parked, came right up to our car, helped stow our bags. On our way back home, there was a Van within 5 min of us getting to the curb. The driver was funny, and dropped us off right in front of our car. Would absolutely park my car here again.

Still a few personnel issues to work out (people on their phones rather than greeting you). Had a fantastic driver today in Brandon. He was helpful, positive and a joy to talk with. Good service for the most part. The staff driving the transportation buses were great. The lady staffing the window to the exit needed a snickers or something. She was very cranky. Be sure you print your receipt out. She was unhappy that we had it ready. She really wanted to charge us extra.
Update: used this place for a 2nd time and everyone was super nice! We even ended up getting a credit do to a canceled flight.

Great experience parking here as it was much cheaper than other places. The shuttle came very quickly both ways. I like this place as they do not require you to give them the keys and won’t move your car around as some of the other lots do. Driver that picked us up was helpful loading our stuff too. December 2021 - family used this place to fly to Florida for a week. Best price around. Guy was great who dropped us off. Told me to keep my ticket and come back to this spot. We always use Park N Go when flying from Detroit. A couple of days ago we got in around 12:30 AM after a delayed flight to find we had a dead battery. The driver could not have been more helpful, going to the office and bringing back a charging device and starting our car with jumper cables. He then waited several minutes to make sure we were okay. We have always had good experiences with Park N Go and do not plan on parking anywhere else.

On 2/4/22 we got home from Mexico and my car was covered in ice and snow and it was 16 degrees outside. Joe, who was our shuttle driver and an AMAZING person got out and helped me remove the snow, mind you he is 80 years old! He even kept the shuttle running so my fiancé and newborn baby would stay warm! He was so kind from the start, you could tell he loved people and working for this establishment! The location was easy on and off the freeway. We arrived at 5:30am and the shuttle was there right as we parked our car. Most convenient long term parking if you’re driving east from western MI on I94 to DTW airport. Prices have gone up recently but in lock step with other long term parking businesses. The Shuttles are very convenient in taking you to the Delta departure gate and are fairly timely in picking you up upon return. I recommend scheduling 20-30 min from driving into the lot (uncovered) to arriving at the Delta Gate; also expect that amount of time for the return depending on how quickly a shuttle shows up. I also recommend reserving a spot online; you’ll need to make a small deposit, print your reservation & show it upon exit. This is especially necessary during heavy travel periods like spring break.

When I first moved to Northwest Toledo assumed discovered that most of my travel by way of air would originate out of detroit. My landlord told me about Park and Go. Having spent most of my life in the Northeast region of the United States I had a sense of trepidation with an amount of uncomfortable anxiety upon returning to my car from a trip at any given airport hoping to God it is in one piece safe and secure with tires still inflated. Lol. Having used park and go for a few times in Romulus I find myself free of complete anxiety when I return. Their system is to be marvel. Whenever I show up to enter at the gate it is soon apparent if not immediately that the shuttle which will be taking me to the airport begins moving along at a slow pace while I am behind it from the entrance to the parking lot as the shuttle escorts me directly to the spot where I will park. I have met Linda and tammy. Wonderful managers. I had a delightful conversation not too long ago with Linda. Professional courteous enthusiastic while lacking nothing in superior customer satisfaction.
One very very special shout out has to go to driver Columbus. There is no better person with the greatest personality to welcome you back other than this man Who provided me much laughter tonight as I returned from Texas what was 102° to Detroit what was 52°. I was the only passenger on the shuttle on a Sunday evening with Columbus which gave us time to talk that was of immense joy. I'm grateful to this entire establishment. I will be back in about 3 weeks for another cheerful, yet most importantly, secure safeguard experience.

I used Park N Go for the first time and had a great experience. I arrived at around 5:30am and was promptly picked up by a shuttle.
When I arrived back to the airport a few days later at 11pm, I waited about three minutes and a shuttle arrived. It was a good experience all around and much cheaper than parking at the airport.
Only potential negative (although not a big deal for me) is that there was a time delay in both leaving the parking lot and the airport because the shuttle was waiting for other passengers. If you are running late, this is probably not the option for you but if you give yourself plenty of time then the wait is not terrible as it was only about 10 minutes each way.

Today (6/11/19), me and my dad went here to park his vehicle. It was confusing at first because the ticket said A01. We went to A01, but all the A spots were taken. Instead, we parked randomly at a spot and the person driving the shuttle bus told us it was fine. I suggest improving their ticket system so that there is no further confusion.

A friend recommended I use this place when I had to drive to the airport and was gone for 5 days. I paid in advance and got a discount. The shuttle pulls out and follows you when you get there. Coming back, you wait at the area indicated and a shuttle drives through every 5-10 minutes and drops you back off at their lot, which is about 5 minutes from the airport. Would use this place again next time I have to go out of town.
