I had a terrible experience, but good customer service. Came back after 4 days and my car wouldn't start. The shuttle driver helped me get a jump, but it still wouldn't start. Found out that there was no gas, despite the fact that I filled my tank before parking. Best guess is someone got the car door open, the alarm went off continually which drained the battery, and the person was able to open the gas hatch once in the car and siphon the tank dry. They said it's impossible since their lots are secure, but it somehow happened. The shuttle driver gave me enough gas to get to the nearby gas station, but overall the experience took a lot of time and I lost more gas than the parking had even cost. I liked how helpful the staff was, but I'll park somewhere more secure next time.
Left our car here for a week, while we traveled abroad. Great service! There was a Van ready for us as soon as we parked, came right up to our car, helped stow our bags. On our way back home, there was a Van within 5 min of us getting to the curb. The driver was funny, and dropped us off right in front of our car. Would absolutely park my car here again.
Best value for parking. So much so that you may want to check in online as the lot may be full. I have been parking here for years. Much better since new management took over a few years back. Still a few personnel issues to work out (people on their phones rather than greeting you). Had a fantastic driver today in Brandon. He was helpful, positive and a joy to talk with. We talked about Sade radio on Spotify, and all kinds of groups from our era. Brandon is a fantastic addition to the team.
Our battery was dead when we came back from vacation with 6 inches of snow. Joe Weiland did not hesitate to come and see what was the matter with our car and give it a jump! Our insurance company was sending a tow truck be let us know we had NO roadside assistance! We’ve had this coverage on every other vehicle with this insurance company for years! Thank you Joe for taking care of us!
Good price. Always a quick in and out. I never have to wait long at the airport for a shuttle. The parking spaces are a little tight, though
BUYER BEWARE: if you prepay, you must remember that upon leaving because they WILL take your money again at the end of the trip. This is a flaw in their service..they should be able to run the ticket to see that you've already paid! Then..if you call to dispute a charge, they tell you to take it up with your credit card company. Thankfully, on the trip I caught, i charged both via CC...if you happened to pay for the second time with leftover cash from your trip, sorry Charlie!
A friend recommended I use this place when I had to drive to the airport and was gone for 5 days. I paid in advance and got a discount. The shuttle pulls out and follows you when you get there. Coming back, you wait at the area indicated and a shuttle drives through every 5-10 minutes and drops you back off at their lot, which is about 5 minutes from the airport. Would use this place again next time I have to go out of town.
Very convenient parking facility for travelers by the Detroit Wayne county international airport. The rate is reasonable & the shuttle free service is very good.
The shuttle's are a bit scary, it seems like they need to be better serviced.
Great people that drive these shuttles. Nice and polite. They always ask, how is everyone, where ya headed, and have a great trip!
I was using the green lot for a few months every two weeks until I thought to try this place. Less expensive here and you don't have to cram into a small van or even wait for that matter, on either end on the journey. Never going back to the green lot.
First experience with Park N' Go was great! Made reservations, parking was easy, shuttle to and from the airport was nice and all the staff was very friendly.

Today (6/11/19), me and my dad went here to park his vehicle. It was confusing at first because the ticket said A01. We went to A01, but all the A spots were taken. Instead, we parked randomly at a spot and the person driving the shuttle bus told us it was fine. I suggest improving their ticket system so that there is no further confusion.
