Airlines Parking's directions use I-94 Exit 198 from every direction: take the second ramp to Merriman Road North, and the lot is on the right just past the first traffic light. Its FAQ names both DTW terminals, McNamara and Evans.
DTW's own shuttle page says courtesy shuttles, including those for off-airport parking, board at the Ground Transportation Center at each terminal.
