SureStay Plus by Best Western Old

The hard floored room needs a bit soundproofing, otherwise TV sound can be heard even at 25% from the hall. The thermostat had no display when I checked in but front desk sent someone to change the batteries in twenty minutes. From 62, it took an afternoon to warm up to 70 stable.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony. Beds were soft, front desk was super pleasant. The pool room was pretty large and had a nice roof filled with skylights. The room is a nice color with bright curtains. The pool was cold (which I was very happy about) and they kept plenty of towels.



One thing I did notice in my room was that the chairs had little burn marks on them. Perhaps they should look a little further for damages when they check these rooms.



Other than that the stay was absolutely amazing. All the service people are super kind.

Like this hotel.because all of the rooms are pet friendly. They are remolding so some areas are closed. Good breakfast selection.

Staying here just for a night to see my uncle tomorrow and so far my experience has been good. The staff were super nice and allowed us to check in early and to get extra toiletries. The rooms are a good size and have been updated well. I like that they have large televisions, microwaves, and refrigerators. However, I cannot say the same about the halls and amenities. They definitely could use some updating and TLC. The exercise room was super small and the equipment needing some fixing.



I think with continued updating and TLC this hotel with be very competitive to others in this area.

Staff (Charleen & kim) were wonderful! The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good selection.



Only mark down was the pool was not functional, however staff went above and beyond for our inconvenience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed at this location for an early morning flight. I found this hotel to be reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy, but very accommodating for the price. The shuttle service was easy and efficient. The staff was very pleasant. I will stay again in the future!!

This was my third time using Sure Stay Park and Fly. It is always affordable, secure, convenient, efficient and problem-free. Allow a few minutes to fill out a couple of pieces of paper, then park your car and catch the shuttle. The shuttle does run every 20 minutes so take that into account. Excellent service getting to and from the airport !

Although I mainly worked with Kimberly, every staff member at SureStay Plus was friendly, helpful, and professional. A few days before my arrival I called and spoke to Kimberly about some arrangements about my upcoming stay. She was very friendly and was able to help me with my requests. Upon arrival Kimberly remembered talking with me. Before checking me in she escorted me to the room she was suggesting, to make sure it would accommodate my needs. Kimberly suggested an ottoman maybe helpful. She was able to locate one and brought it to the room. With the footstool, the room turned out to be perfect. I stayed four nights. The breakfasts were great! Although I did not need an airport shuttle, when I was in the lobby I witnessed that the shuttle is taken very seriously. On the day before my last night I spoke to Kimberly about a concern I had about the next day regarding my plans. She made a suggestion and was able to help me out. Thank you, Kimberly and staff at SureStay Plus!

The staff was so helpful and so accomadating!!! The room was spacious, clean and the bed was soooooo comfortable! I will be staying here again for sure!

Beautiful room kept nice and clean , with a sky view of the airport . we loved our stay here , this is the best hotel by kci airport and we thank you for the 5 star stay !!
