Room and bathroom were very clean and the service was great. The carpet in the hallway and my room was spotless as if it were steam cleaned recently and that leads me to the only thing I didn't like. My room smelled strongly of chemicals so much it burned my throat. I had to sleep with the window open. The breakfast was ok and very basic.

I have stayed at this Super 8 twice, once in summer 2021 and once Memorial Day weekend 2022. Each time I have been impressed with how clean the rooms are and how quiet and calm the location is! Feels like a little oasis in DFW to me.

We planned it Tuesday at the super eight Wyndham in Grapevine for four nights, but ended up staying for five. Emily, at the front desk was simply a delight. We chit chatted with her and felt super comfortable anytime we needed anything. Before we left, the kids, six and eight, had to get out and get her one last hug before we drove back home to Austin. I know there are some super fancy resorts in Grapevine, but there’s no other place I’d rather stay. Thanks for making it a great time you guys! See you next time!

What could have been a disastrous visit, first two sets of card keys didn't work, then heater didn't heat up....all was handled well! We stayed three nights and actually enjoyed the staff being personable and fun all while being professional. Clean building in every way and wonderful location.

It’s a good choice for a budget hotel. Gets you in, gets you to sleep, gets you back on the road. The rooms were reasonably clean but could use some sprucing up. I really like the location by the airport because I hate jumping on the road after a long haul flight. This hotel is definitely my cheap show stopping booze and snooze.

Hotel looked nice from outside! Inside some remodeling of front lobby! Staff nice! Went up the elector and it squeezed very loudly scared me to death! Room looked like it had been cleaned but did not have the cleaned smell! Bed was comfortable! Room nice except for the window sheer was shredded! Went to vending room and window was open and the screen was tore and flapping! Breakfast was a choice of cereal yogurt or waffle! When checking in needed a second person had to wait awhile!

Great place to stop in on utilitarian purposes but the "blankets" were almost as thin as a sheet and the room had a funk I could describe as used kitty litter. Other than that they were open Christmas and the pricing was ok.

One night stay was all I needed. Plenty to do nearby. There are restaurants and drive- thrua everywhere. The motel gives you the moat necessities except for hair conditioner and lotion for some reason. The gym is small but has an elliptical and treadmill. I didn't use the pool but they have one.

Good Hotel for a one or two night stay. My room was clean and there wasn't anything to complain about, except the minibar being empty. Also the Shuttlebus to the airport worked really well and the staff was nice.

Stayed here while I was in the area for QuakeCon. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Very reasonably priced especially for it's location and the fact it was one of the very last places with rooms near the Gaylord. Rooms clean but a little run down, good enough for the price though. Parking was a little limited but there was a huge empty parking lot next to it within a reasonable walking distance. I would stay there again.

Rooms are clean, location is great, flat screen Tv’s with all the channels including golf. Now I’m going to be honest here. This is not a Double tree or a Hyatt. It’s just a nice clean hotel that I think you’ll enjoy staying at.

The rooms were right for the price. Had to put a refundable $10 down to use the safe. Thought that's just a basic amenity in all hotels nowadays, like a bed, toilet, shower, tv, etc. But I got 72 channels on a 32" flat screen with all the good ones like FX, TNT, Fox, TBS, ESPN. I even got Fox Sports Southwest, I watched a Texas Rangers game against Seattle. They internet is terrible. It could be my too I'm position to the closest access point. I'm literally the 3rd room from the front desk, so you think close to the lobby, and main router, bandwidth would be decent. I think it's a software issue with the consent page, you gotta check and Agree & Continue. Cause it's hard to get it to pull up.

This location was as expected. Super 8 isn't known to be top of the line or anything. The hotel was barebones but had decent amenities. They put effort into cleaning and making nice what they did have. For example, the toilet paper roll had a cute design folded into it, the towels were folded nicely, and the beds were presentes nicely. Breakfast had fresh waffles you cook yourself, cereal, yogurt, and coffee. Overall earned the 4 stars. 5 stara would be if the hotel room didn't wreak of cigarettes but understandable considering it's not smoke free.

We picked this hotel during a flight layover due to the following:
1. Free shuttle - airport and surrounding 5 miles
2. Location - close to airport and historic grapevine (for something to do)
3. Pet friendly - now I don’t count hotels that charge ridiculous fees pet friendly. This hotel charges $10 which although not free like a couple others, I’m still happy with.
4. Free breakfast- although simple, it was all we needed. Many hotels have quit b-fast or switched to grab and go bags w/ covid. So we were very pleased to have a yummy waffle.
Our 1 night turned into 2, after a flight cancellation. We were happy we choose this hotel for the Reasons above. ( oh and they have good pillows, I know pillows are subject to opinion, but I found there’s perfectly soft and squishy for my liking.) When we needed to get back and forth to airport to deal with our flight situation, and then get to a lab for second covid tests, after our 1st ones expired. We were grateful to the shuttle drivers that made our overall experience 5 stars. Thank you Mara for your friendly positive attitude and for helping to relieve some of our stress, you made us feel like we were not a bother, but a pleasure to help. Ron, we so enjoyed getting to know you, thank you for sharing with us some of your life stories, you made our shuttles fun, and educational. God bless u both!

A reasonable room for a reasonable price. I found this place ro be quieter than most. Don't bother with the "free breakfast" however. All they have is a single waffle machine, some cereal and tiny tubletts of yogurt. Imagine having 45 people in your kitchen at home, all waiting for a waffle. While I was there, one woman parked herself in front of the juice dispenser and stood there drinking and refilling cup after cup while others waited. There's nothing wrong with the breakfast offering, it's as usual, the ever loving people.

Great for the price. Couple worn things in the room, but considering what you get I'll slightly overlook that. Honestly best waffles I've ever had, ha. They make them in the shape of Texas for breakfast! You make them yourself but still. Really good.

Despite being there because of American Airlines it was actually a pleasent experience. The shuttle ran as advertised and the staff was Super helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and the lobby was clean. I only stayed there for a single night, but the room was clean when I arrived. The shuttle driver, Sabin, was absolutely amazing and provided some of the customer service that seems lost on most people now a days. Thanks Super 8 for a comfortable night's stay while in Grapevine, TX.

Was here for a Cowboys game so I only stayed 1 night but I would stay here again. Shuttle from the airport was fast and the guy made the ride pretty cool. He recommended a sports bar that was walking distance and that was awesome. Breakfast at the hotel was good..waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc.

1st - the driver that picked us up from the airport was funny and sounded like John Goodman. He played a fun game with us on the way called Punchline Shovel which helped pass the time and put us in a good mood after a very long flight.
2st - took the best nap of my entire life.
3rd - staff are exceptionally helpful.

A little tucked away, really quiet. Not much in that area so the traffic was very low. We stayed there because it was close to my work, but honestly, even it wasn't, I would stay there again. Friendly staff. Just waffles, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast, but I know things are all limited because of COVID, so 🤷🏻♀️. They have a guest laundry room that takes quarters, vending machines are a little pricey, but where aren't they? Easy access to 121 and 114. Close to main without being on main.

Stayed here one night because our connecting flight was next morning, and I didn't have any bad experience. Maybe it depends on the room or staff? Or maybe I'm just used to hotels in many other major cities that are a lot worse in quality for the same (or higher) price. I travel a lot and have stayed at countlessly many 3-5 star hotels. This is obviously not a 5 star hotel, but you get what you pay for. The airport shuttle was comfortable and clean, and we didn't have to wait that long both ways (pick up at the airport/hotel). The staff were kind or at least okay, no one was rude to us. There were a few restaurants nearby that open late, so we were able to order delivery at night. I didn't have any major complaint about the room either. Yes, the pool was closed and the hotel didn't update the amenities list, but it's been very common since Covid at many hotels (could be maintenance-related or short staffed?) so I'm used to it.

Usually every hotel has a shift where one of the receptionist is rude or doesn’t want to help , but every single person that helped me here was super nice and sweet , not to mention the cleaning people do a great job ! Every room we stayed in through out our stay was clean . Also grapevine “ Christmas town “ is a few minutes away , since it’s Christmas time they have the most cutest decorations !! It’s so pretty to walk around or even to just drive by !! only about a 5 minute drive !! Would recommend. Family friendly

I did Park my car while flying out of dfw for a few days. I did call them before to see whats the process and they told can do in person and it's flat fee. They stood on their word and the entire process was easy and shuttle leaves every hour from 5am to airport. Please reach atleast 10mins earlier for paperwork if you need shuttle to airport.

I really enjoyed staying here! The shuttle picked me up from the airport and the guy was very respectful. The front desk workers were really great and respectful as well. I requested the shuttle for the morning to take me to my appointment to pick up my car and was able to take me as requested. Even though I did slept through my alarm the ladies at the front desk made sure I woke up in time to make my appointment when I did not requested it and I really thank you all for helping me out. I would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay! The man was so nice and let us move rooms when the A/C stopped. Everything was clean as far as I could see, and the beds were so comfortable! I have no complaints. It even had a pool, but I didn't stay long enough.
