Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window. 

Shuttle to Airport starts at 3:30 AM through 1 AM. NO SHUTTLE BETWEEN 1 AM - 3:30 AM. Shuttle leaves every 40 minutes starting on the hour. (Example: first shuttle to Airport leaves at 3:30 AM, next shuttle is 40 minutes later at 4:10 AM; next shuttle at 4:50 AM; next shuttle at 5:30 AM, etc.) Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you want to leave for the Airport so that you can get checked in. Go to front desk for check-in process. Verify during check-in process where to wait for shuttle at Airport. 

Airport Pick Ups are on demand. There may be a 25-30 minute wait at airport, depending how busy shuttle is. I would give this place less than 0 if that was possible. A very shady place with lots of shady people all around the place. The room smelled like it was treated for pests and never been opened for more than a month. I was charged more than what was shown on the booking.com. The person at the counter was helpful but he I dont think he Knew what he was doing.

My flight out of Dallas was cancelled. I went to the red roof website and booked a room On Thier website! I took a shuttle to the hotel late at night and was told my reservation was not valid and they had no rooms. I booked on THEIR WEBSITE. Not a 3rd party site. This leaves me feeling that I should never use this hotel chain again. Their advise was to sleep in the airport.

The shuttle driver stopped 3 times but refused to take us to the hotel. There was plenty of room in the shuttle but he would not take us. He said he would not take someone who is “air hand” which we couldn’t understand. There was a language barrier. After he loudly and adamantly threw his hands up in refusal to carry us to the hotel (which we had already booked and paid for) he confirmed that “air hand” meant “handicapped”. My mom is in a wheelchair/electric scooter. The 2nd time he stopped, he said that another shuttle would come and get us. That didn’t happen. The 3rd time he came by (3 hours later) he said he would rather lose his job than accommodate us. He was very rude. We called the hotel 14 times during the 3 hours we waited. The few times they actually answered, they promised a shuttle would come to get us soon. We were traveling with my handicapped mother and our two children. On one of the phone calls with the hotel, we were told that an emergency shuttle will be dispatched for us. They assured us it would get to us within the next 5 minutes. We waited 30 more minutes and no one showed. We ended up calling relatives in Denton TX to come and get us to take us to the hotel.



When we got to the hotel, we were told that we could not get a refund if we chose not to stay. We opted to stay instead of going home with family since we would not be refunded despite the appalling customer service we had received so far.



When we got to our room. I was absolutely disgusted. It was dirty…filthy is probably a better description. The mattress was no longer a mattress but more of a large loose bean bag chair covered in dirty sheets and smoky pillows. I laid my dirty clothes from my suitcase down on the bed and laid on top of those to sleep. They smelled and felt a lot cleaner than the bedding. The bathroom floor was infested with ants and beetles. I honestly would have rather spent the night at the airport. I certainly would have felt safer sleeping at the airport than at the Red Roof Inn.



This is the worst we have ever been treated.

For me it was a wonderful, clean, place to go. The check in was hassle free, the staff was polite and professional. Again CHECK IN was a breeze and hassle free!

The staff was pleasant. The room appeared recently renovated. The problem was that they didn't do a checklist after the renovation. There were missing electrical plates and the mounted the TV control box was mounted behind the TV so you couldn't change the channel.

The Staffs are excellent ****** Grand in customer service. They deserve a pay raise every so often.



But the hotel is very old and needs renovation. Not worth a penny.

This place was horrible and down right nasty! The room was filthy, it had roaches, and beetles crawling on the walls, floor, and beds. It looked like someone spilled their drink on the walls. The room needed a serious makeover as well as a visit from pest control. The pictures online do not rightly depict this place. There was no parking when I went two days before Memorial Day. I drove 5 hours and was ready to lay down when I got in. I spent a while trying to find parking and when I did it was far from my room. When I got everything out of my car and made it to my room, I saw how horrible it was and turned around and left back out with my children and went to the front desk to get my money back. The staff on that night was sympathetic but could do nothing. She told me I would need to talk to the manager in the morning. In the meantime I found another place to stay. The next day I called and spoke to the manager who was very nasty and had no customer service skills. He refused to reimburse me fully and would only reimburse me for one night when I did not stay there at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not all Red Roof Inns are like this one. But this particular one in Dallas, Texas stay away from. If you do stay here or anywhere else that isn't like it is advertised, please take pictures. I was in such a hurry to get my kids and luggage out of that bug infested place that I forgot to take some.

Not bad at all. A flight attendant from American Airlines recommended this motel to my family after a long flight change over. She mentioned lower rates than other hotels in the area. She was correct, in fact, we ended up booking the room through Priceline and got the room $8 cheaper for the night. They also provided a shuttle free of service with tips accepted. Fantast! The staff was great as well and worked fast.

After a Very long And Stressful Mother's Day traveling with 3 small children , and missing our connecting flight this hotel was Amazing ! The Night shift Clerk , he was absolutely incredible. So professional and Knowledgeable. The Next morning the Front desk staff again went out of their way to help me. Making sure I had a ride after missing my shuttle , and helping me with coffee which I very much needed .Really Thankful II called this Hotel .

Great staff. very friendly. Don't pay attention to the reviews, honestly had a good night rest. It was quiet clean and extremely reasonably priced. OH and did I mention they offer shuttle to airport.

Guy is pleasant at ck in, Cigarette Burns all over the bed carpet crazy in the bathroom behind the door ..I'm sure it is well maintained but definitely could use some new beds and Outlet covers.. Maybe get their own shuttle or split it with one other hotel as their vans are looking kind of rough through that 3rd party

The nitetime staff is great. Very friendly and accommodating. Day staff it just mediocre. Clean rooms, ice cream vending machines and free coffee. For the price, 5 star.* I'll more than likely stay here again.



* "5 star" review based on expectations being met for that caliber of hotel. It's clearly not the Crescent.

One extra star for very courteous service. The rest can rot. Dirty and old outdated rooms, bathrooms and amenities. They have clearly discount remodeled a very old motel and it shows. It's not a bad area so i figured something was up for that price.

A nice place for singles to stay. Not really family friendly. But if you are on a budget and traveling alone it is a pretty good place to stay. There's a Denny's literally next door but everything else will be a bit of a drive away. Overall, nice clean place to stay.

Beds are so soft they slip right off. lol. Literally coming away from the headboard, off the bottom mattress with every move. Loud neighbors just hanging outside the door. But it's okay for a quick stay.

Wonderful staff. Maid service is friendly and makes sure you have everything that you need. Everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful especially the night concierge Lamar!!! Great price for the room!!! I'm truly enjoying my stay here.

Flys everywhere. Called and been waiting for maintenance to come by with fly spray for over 2 hours now. Called desk twice and second time was more unhappy with lack of service. I do not like being lied to as maint never showed up.. Desk clerk responded with same forceful tone. Offered a different room with no smoking but I'd have to bring a fridge full of food that was delivered and the rest of my belongings to. This service is unacceptable as I have been a repeat customer for several months. Not sure now. And with that desk clerks attitude not wanting to give a full refund I may have to call the health department. So long as that desk clerk with attitude stays i no longer will. And especially with this virus they are having people who are not exactly too "kosher" renting rooms as their standards have gone down I guess trying to make up the loss of income with anyone they can snatch off the streets. Save a few bucks and you may end up paying for it in other ways.
