Check in guy was super friendly and helpful. Taxi driver brought us to thr 'wrong' redroof, note there are 2 of them by the dfw airport...however staff was super considerate while we resolved the hotel confusion and helped alleviate some of our stress with his friendly demeanor at 12am.
I recently had a remarkable experience at the Red Roof Inn, and I can't praise them enough for their exceptional service and accommodations. It was an unforgettable stay, especially considering the circumstances.
One Saturday night, when I desperately needed a hotel at 2 in the morning, the Red Roof Inn was my saving grace. To my surprise, they were the only hotel available, and booking a room was a breeze. Despite my initial hesitation about a two-story hotel (as I'm accustomed to resort-style condos in California), the staff quickly put my worries to rest with their warm and welcoming demeanor.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was relieved that they provided hot water and maintained a clean and tidy environment. It was exactly what I needed after a long and exhausting journey. I managed to get a solid three hours of sleep, which is better than zero at the airport.
Unfortunately, my flight experienced a three-hour delay, only to be ultimately canceled. Amidst the chaos, the front desk staff at Red Roof Inn went above and beyond to ensure that I reached the airport promptly by utilizing their complimentary shuttle service. Their attentiveness and support were greatly appreciated during this frustrating ordeal.
What amazed me further was the affordability of the hotel. Despite the convenience and comfort they provided, the rates were surprisingly reasonable. I am genuinely grateful for this establishment, which offered a clean room equipped with a refrigerator.
I regret not capturing the name of the outstanding individual at the front desk, as his exceptional service deserves recognition. He demonstrated impressive efficiency, promptly attending to all guests' needs. Even when confronted with demanding and complaining customers ahead of me, he remained composed and focused, ensuring that everyone was taken care of in a timely manner.
It's worth mentioning that there were over 11 canceled flights simultaneously, making the availability of any bookings truly remarkable. Red Roof Inn came through when many others could not accommodate stranded travelers.
Furthermore, I had originally booked a non-smoking room through a third-party app, but there was an oversight, and it assigned me a smoking room. However, the attentive front desk staff swiftly rectified the situation and switched my room to non-smoking, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction.
All in all, my experience at the Red Roof Inn was exceptional. The hotel staff provided outstanding service, the facilities were well-maintained, and they surpassed my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone needing a reliable, affordable, and comfortable stay.
Super helpful last minute book when the airline stranded me. Shuttle service was pretty sketchy, but at least it was free. Staff friendly even at midnight, room was definitely not fancy but was clean and comfortable enough for some quick sleep. Don’t expect fancy, but sure is pretty great for the price! Better than the hotel I paid nearly double for the night before. Will return next time I’m in Dallas!

Great staff. very friendly. Don't pay attention to the reviews, honestly had a good night rest. It was quiet clean and extremely reasonably priced. OH and did I mention they offer shuttle to airport.
For me it was a wonderful, clean, place to go. The check in was hassle free, the staff was polite and professional. Again CHECK IN was a breeze and hassle free!
Wonderful staff. Maid service is friendly and makes sure you have everything that you need. Everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful especially the night concierge Lamar!!! Great price for the room!!! I'm truly enjoying my stay here.
We were able to get in and get settled quickly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We were able to have shuttle service as well which was very helpful. The bathroom could use a little TLC but everything functioned well. It worked well for our situation and was a good value for our money.
The nitetime staff is great. Very friendly and accommodating. Day staff it just mediocre. Clean rooms, ice cream vending machines and free coffee. For the price, 5 star.* I'll more than likely stay here again.

I love this hotel, because I had a lot going on and was looking for somewhere affordable. They ended up exceeding my expectations with the excellent service
I truly appreciate how clean you all keep it on both visits and how courteous the staff was. The room is always comfortable and clean. Affordable weekly pricing and you can order room service. Easy parking is available, family and pet friendly. Overall I have no complaints.
My husband and I stayed here a few months ago and now the environment is MUCH better! The property is clean and safe and the beds are new and very comfortable!
The maintenance man Joe is so nice, kind and VERY helpful...a great addition to the staff and I hope the management sees this review and gives him the accolades he deserves as well as a raise!

A nice place for singles to stay. Not really family friendly. But if you are on a budget and traveling alone it is a pretty good place to stay. There's a Denny's literally next door but everything else will be a bit of a drive away. Overall, nice clean place to stay.
Rooms are comfortable, especially the beds. Safe place to walk your dog in the field. Property is well kept and clean. Housekeeping staff (for the most part) are kind and very sweet. Sammy, the maintenance man is wonderful! He goes the extra mile and is courteous and kind and always helps us with anything we need. I always see him every morning working hard and always greets us with a smile! You don't see much kindness nowadays and I hope he is recognized for all he does and gets a well deserved raise for his hard work!!

This location has really small, older rooms. It’s clean, but a ton of roaches get in anyway.
Decent price and location, especially if you have pets. Up to 2 allowed at this one, which is great and worth the savings alone.
After a Very long And Stressful Mother's Day traveling with 3 small children , and missing our connecting flight this hotel was Amazing ! The Night shift Clerk , he was absolutely incredible. So professional and Knowledgeable. The Next morning the Front desk staff again went out of their way to help me. Making sure I had a ride after missing my shuttle , and helping me with coffee which I very much needed .Really Thankful II called this Hotel .
Due to the weather all my flights were canceled and i was desperate to find a hotel to stay one night and i made the best choice. This is not the fanciest hotel but it has everything you need even in the middle of night including friendly staff. Jasmine thank you so much! By the way bed is really comfortable, i slept like a baby. Spacious room, hot water runs well.
Decent place to park and fly. My car is always safe when I return. Definitely wouldn't get a room at the hotel but I will park and fly for sure.
Five stars because of the friendly customer service, very very hot water for showers, cleanliness, SUPER COMFY bed! I understand that this is not a “five star” hotel, but let me mention that we are titanium members with Marriott and gold members with Hilton. We travel frequently and have stayed in all inclusive resorts and five star hotels. We would certainly return here. We are currently living in a camper while our home is being built and my boyfriend works in Dallas. He had to do some OT, so I called at midnight to confirm availability and ask about pet policies as we cannot leave our dogs. The person who answered was lively and friendly, AT MIDNIGHT! We called the following morning to confirm early check-in, and the lady that helped my boyfriend was also extremely friendly and made sure to have a room ready. He works nights so having a room waiting for us was so helpful, as we live an hour and a half away so I also drove here. When we arrived, we were greeted with a great attitude. I’m not sure why there are so many sour reviews but as someone who is premier status with some of the top hotels, we would absolutely return. It’s nothing fancy, but they also don’t charge ridiculous fees for pets just because, the rates are fair, the employees are very kind, and did I mention the comfy bed?!
Stayed at the Red Roof Inn near DFW while awaiting an AM flight. The room was beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been in. Not only was a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and a safe in the room; but there were other niceties like built in outlets and USB ports on both night stands and separate LED reading lights for each side of the bed. They offer complimentary shuttle service to the airport and there is a Denny’s in the parking lot as well. I was honestly sad that I was only staying for half the day (since I had a 5:30AM flight). So, not only will I return to this Red Roof Inn the next time I am making this trip, but I will schedule a later flight so as to have more time to enjoy it.
The staff was pleasant. The room appeared recently renovated. The problem was that they didn't do a checklist after the renovation. There were missing electrical plates and the mounted the TV control box was mounted behind the TV so you couldn't change the channel.
