I saw some negative reviews about transportation but gave it a try. The driver told us to buckle during ride and they put the safety as a priority so I thought they did such a professional job! We arrived at DFW around 7:30pm and the pick up shuttle came to pick us up about 5 - 10 min after I requested a pick up. The reservation and entry/exit were easy too. The rate is reasonable too so we will use them again.

When I was searching for near the airport parking, they had the cheapest rates so I was really surprised they don't skimp on service! I reserved online, used my qr code to get into the lot and as soon as I was pulling into an empty space, the shuttle driver was there waiting to help load our luggage. He gave us a card with our space number and the phone number to text when we got back. When we returned from our trip, we texted and the shuttle driver was there in like 5 minutes and returned us back to our parking spot. When we were trying to exit the lot, I couldn't get the qr code to scan, so I pulled up to the window and the lady checked us out and gave us free mini bottles of water, which was really nice because it was in the high 90s. Overall, we had a great experience and will use this company again for our next trip.

Everything was smooth and easy. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rates are unbeatable. When my scan code glitched, they confirmed my reservation and made sure we got the early booking rate. Phenomenal team! I won’t park with anyone else when I travel from DFW.

They picked me right after I parked my car with no time. Got help in picking few heavy suit cases in the shuttle. Since I didn't have much time to catch flight, they took me straight to airport without waiting for other pickups. On exit, got complimentary 2 cold water bottles.

While coming back I had to wait for 30 mins. But still I give 5 stars. Everyone doing good job there.

They pick you up from DFW lower level. Check for "Courtesy vans" board.

Had a great experience with this company for a very early morning Thursday flight with returning flight on Sunday. Both drivers were safe, friendly, and helpful. Online booking was easy and directions were clear for arrival/checking in. Shuttle pick up wait on my return flight was only 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

As usual we had a great experience with Park N Fly. Arrived early in the morning. Had a van behind me for pick up before I got parked. Upon return at the end of our trip we were picked up within a couple of minutes after arriving at the pick up station in Terminal A. We feel our vehicles are safe and secure. The drivers are speedy at picking you up from the lot, offering to assist with baggage and getting you to the airport in a timely manner. However the pick up from the airport is a bit long and confusing on where to be picked up. But the drivers are always pleasant.

Excellent service that is now part of my regular travel routine. They pick you up from the door of your car and drop you off to the door of your terminal. Drivers are incredibly friendly and always get out to help you with your bags. I thought that taking a shuttle to my terminal would make a huge difference on time, however to tboth goinghe terminal and being picked up from the terminal to go back to my car is a very short five minute drive. It really helps start my travel off on the right foot to gather my thoughts on the shuttle. the cashiers are always friendly, and being offered a water bottle on my way home is I really nice touch. Telephone customer service, which I have had to call on two different occasions for something unrelated, is above par. This is a service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Pick up and drop off were amazingly quick. Most long term parking places have this as their biggest problem as it can take quite some wait time to get the shuttle. But they run a very efficient operation. As long as they keep this up, they will do great as other things are pretty standard in a parking business

We’ve used the Park N Fly at DFW many times, usually with an excellent experience. This time we had a crack in the windshield on our return from overseas. The car was in covered parking. We reported it and would give 5 stars if this issue is handled well.

This was really easy. Booked in advance online. Drove there, got my ticket put it in the window, got in the van and got dropped off at my terminal with no problem. Same thing coming back, just had to wait about 25 minutes but still easy.The staff were very friendly and helpful as this was my first time. Will definitely do this from now on. Park N Fly was a very good experience for us. We never used them before so didn't know what to expect. Easy to get to and organized how they do things. The worker who checked us out was very nice. They system wanted to charge us for covered parking and he didn't do it since when we got there that was all that was left. That was the right thing to do and he did it.

The whole process of reserving the parking spot was super easy and spot on. Once I got to the location all I needed to do was to scan a qr code I was issued and park. After parking I was barely able able to get out of my car before a driver was there to pick me up , even helped with luggage.

On the return trip it got even better as the airport staff sent me to the wrong pickup location. Never fear as I called park n fly and they sent a special driver to my location to retrieve me.

Thanks to the drivers and dispatch that late night .

We found the location to be great, as it allowed us to avoid the airport, and we appreciated the efficient pickup at the parking lot. The buses were clean and modern, and the drivers were both courteous and attentive. Scheduling parking through the website was extremely convenient; we downloaded the app before our trip and easily scanned the QR code for parking access. When traveling, we use Park N Fly. Usually after we park our car a shuttle comes and picks us up within 3-5 minutes and takes us to the terminals within 10-15 minutes. After our return flight, I love their app that allows me to let them know to pick us up. With the app I can tell where the shuttle is with respect to my location. Shuttle picks us up within 5-15 minutes and drops us in front of our parked car. We even get help with our bags if needed. Been using them for at least 20 years.

We were locked out of our vehicle, so these guys let us stay in their break room with all our luggage and an exhausted toddler for at least 3 hours. I think we were there from 10:30am to 2pm or so. They all kept checking in on us and offering us water and snacks the entire time. When we were finally able to leave, one of the guys even loaded our luggage up into our truck for us! They never made us feel like a burden, and they were all lovely to our kid. We'll definitely be using their services again! Thank you, everyone! When we arrived at Park N Fly, the shuttle was at our car waiting for us before we even got out of the car! Good price compared to other airport services. When we arrived back in Dallas, there was a little bit of a wait for the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the car but I would not expect anything different. As I arrived, the young man at the office gave me a bottle of cold water and called the Park N’ Fly bus to come to take me to my destination at the airport. They quickly picked me up and took me to the terminal. On my way back, I requested for your to get picked up through your app, and your bus arrived in no time. Very easy to set up online. If you pay in advance just have the QR code ready and you get in and out of the parking lot very easily and quickly. Prices are very reasonable (love the covered parking option!) and MUCH cheaper than airport daily rate parking. Shuttle buses run continoulsy and wait for pick up is never very long.

My only complaint is that their shuttles don't pick up as often as others, like the Parking Spot.

7:00 in the morning on a freezing Christmas day the driver pulls across the parking lot the second they see my car pulling in and follows me as I desperately attempt to remember how to park. He offers to help me with my luggage and is patient as I miscalculate what side of the bus I'm supposed to get into. The bus was incredibly nice with little feet warmers and a huge luggage set. The driver was cordial and polite - especially considering its 7:00 on CHRISTMAS MORNING and I'm some 20-year-old kid shaking like a prey animal with anxiety coursing through their veins and indeed not his family and a fresh baked ham.

10/10 would absolutely recommend, they made a miserable trip so much better and much more preferable to dealing with the absolute dumpster fire that is DFW Airport parking.

I have used the Park N Fly for years, but only recently became a register member and using the reservation system. I also want to state that I did not pay for my reservation, as I work for an affiliated company. As such, the services are great and reliable, with only a few issues we have ever experienced. Training and ongoing audits of the drivers would be suggested, though I am sure it is done to some degree. As a recent experience shows the care, and expediency they take in correcting a problem.

During a recent trip, upon our return we were missed by a confirmed pickup request, the driver stopped at the wrong location at the terminal, we watched him stop and open his doors, then waived as he drove past us. I called and spoke with Dispatch, who promptly sent Brian to get pick us up and take us directly to our vehicle.

Please know, that though I do not have to pay to park, or use the service, I would do so without question. I absolutely recommended the service, and do so often with colleagues and friends. We have never had a truly bad experience, and though some drivers help with luggage and some do not, I always tip those who do. We certainly appreciate the great service when received...

After the airport parking was full, I was skeptical of coming to this place after some of the not so great reviews. But everything went great! From the gentlemen that picked me up and gave me a card to remember my parking spot. To the guy who picked me up and even put my bags inside my car after an exhausting international flight with my daughter. It was the little things. Even the checkout with my QR code was painless! I use PNF probably four times per year the last three years and never had a single problem. Entire staff and all drivers are never anything but friendly and efficient. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes in either the lot or at the airport. Online booking process is quick and painless. We returned from a month long trip with our infant and two year old with 10 bags and a large stroller. Martin was the driver of our shuttle and provided outstanding assistance. My husband asked what he should load first and Martin said “you just worry about helping your wife and kids, I’ve got the rest.” He proceeded to load everything and then had to take our stroller on and off the shuttle each time another rider got off. He was so nice, helpful and friendly. Everyone on the shuttle had positive things to say about him. It’s so refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and just be a genuinely nice person. I give Park N Fly a 5 star rating. When we arrived a shuttle followed us to the parking spot loading our bags and drove us safely to the airport. Once we returned we used the mobile app to request a shuttle back to our parking spot. This process worked smoothly.

We were gone for two weeks and I forgot to lock my car. Everything was good when we got back so this place seems pretty secure. I wouldn't suggest tempting fate though. They have a courtesy van that drops you off and picks you up from the airport. The price isn't too bad compared to the others, not the best or the worst but I do think they were worth it overall. You can summon the courtesy van from the app but you have to dig around a bit. It would be nice if they put that feature right up front.

Easy to get in and out. Staff was available 24/7. One gentleman took us to our car in a golf cart since we had to come from another location by Uber. Shuttle drivers met us at our car and were very helpful with everything. Great experience.

It was a great experience! The pick-up was easy, and drop-off was extremely easy. I got picked up from the airport. The shuttle was waiting. You must call a number on their card when you park. My mom was with me, and mobility was a little slow with her, but the staff was very courteous and they were patient. They helped her get on and off. They also helped with luggage on and off. The location is so convenient. It’s just off the highway. I will use it again. I got in and out of the parking using the barcodes. I parked there for two weeks and was lucky to find a spot under a tree. The staff was so lovely and let my mom use the toilet.

My sister forgot her luggage at the airport’s courtesy van pickup location. I noticed about halfway to the ParkNFly facility. Our driver immediately called dispatch, a ParkNFly van at the airport quickly located and grabbed her bag, and had it to the facility. We waited maybe 5-10 minutes - that’s all! I don't fly as much as I used to, but I prefer Park 'N Fly to the long-term lots at the airport. It's cheaper and offers covered parking and they are very prompt at picking you up from your vehicle and delivering you to your terminal. They are also pretty efficient at picking you up when you return. I don't recall having to wait more than 15 minutes for a Park 'N Fly van to come pick me up after I've notified them I'm ready to be picked up.

Park n fly is a great service at a great affordable rate. I love that I can park and right away we have someone there to pick us up and load our luggage. It’s very convenient from having to find a spot to park at the airport which can take a while and it’s a hassle. Using this service just makes it so convenient when flying out of DFW and definitely will use it again in the future.

I had the option of paying half price of what it cost me to pay here but having a safe place and picking me up at 4 a.m. for flight at DFW was well worth the few extra dollars. My driver that picked me up for my trip to the airport was knowledgeable and courteous, and the driver that picked me up on my return at 12:30 at night had the same great attitude. This is the only place I choose to park. My family and my vehicle's safety are well worth the slightly higher price than other off-airport parking options. Still far cheaper than the actual airport.

What I hate about Dallas/Fort Worth airport is the traffic. The mix of ramp and off-ramp is so complicated I found myself turning around and around and around. A friend told me about Park n Fly about a couple of years ago. Last year was my first time using it, and it was an incredible experience. Last Tuesday was the second time using your service. The hospitality and professionalism of your drivers are admirable. Taking Park n Fly is a fantastic experience that I will share with everyone I meet.

Don't have to worry about logistics of parking except to purchase a spot online, and you don't have to drive near the airport with all those weird turns while looking for your terminal. The parking lot looks safe and it's not bustling with people. Friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long. Sure, you might need to get there 30 minutes earlier than if you found a spot yourself the day of travel (because it's 10 to 15 minutes to the airport), but who wants to think about how to park when you already have so many other things to coordinate? And face it, you told yourself you were getting there earlier from now on anyway. And you won't forget where you parked your car when you come back...they take you right to it. Just don't lose the little piece of paper they hand you (maybe take a picture of it).

After the airport parking was full, I was skeptical of coming to this place after some of the not so great reviews. But everything went great! From the gentlemen that picked me up and gave me a card to remember my parking spot. To the guy who picked me up and even put my bags inside my car after an exhausting international flight with my daughter. It was the little things. Even the checkout with my QR code was painless! Love it! And will for sure come here instead especially since it was more affordable.

Convenient, secure, friendly helpful drivers and cashier's. I once dropped my cell phone in my car and realized it after we were at the airport. The driver was so understanding and comforting. Location is convenient to highways and the airport. Price is reasonable. Drivers are friendly and courteous. On my most recent trip, I left my phone on the shuttle, and when I contacted the driver by calling the phone, he went the extra mile to get it back to me. Great Service!

Works well but a little pricey. Two day’s was $40. Keep the two papers you get. One is for the shuttle driver & has phone number & texting number. The other is how you pay. Departure was easy & fast. Shuttle was waiting for me to park & drive me to the airport. With the arrival it is a little different. What they don’t tell you is you must order your return shuttle. Unlike other services such as Spot. Spot has continual shuttles going around to each terminal. For Park N Fly, when you arrive home, you need to text or call & let the company know which terminal you are at. From the call/text they dispatch a shuttle to come pick you up. They want you to wait at the grey courtesy van sign. The wait is about 15 minutes. I called about 3 times to ask where to go, to make sure I was in the right spot & ask how long it will be. They were responsive. Shuttle driver is not chatty- which I LOVE but he was sweet & a good driver.

Reservation was quick & easy. No long wait for the shuttle, driver was very nice, we were dropped off right at our vehicle. We were a little past our scheduled pick up due to a flight delay but there was no extra charge. I'll definitely use Park 'N Fly again.

Great location! Friendly drivers and they usually pick up very quickly from your car.

The only downside is the wait at the airport can average 30 min. But checkout is pretty quick, and they always offer a bottle of water.

A great place to park your car when flying out of DFW. Their always so friendly and helpful. Very fast at picking you up from your car to head to the airport and always quick to pick you up from the airport. I always feel safe leaving my car there.

It was so convenient and cheap!! I looked up what it would be to Uber to the airport and then back again. It was $80! But Park N' Fly was only $38 (if you have the Google discount) to park for 4 days. They also have a rewards program, so if you fly frequently, you can earn free parking nights!

Plus they have a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at your car! It takes you directly to the airport. It wasn't crowded; it was very clean. And the gentlemen who drove the shuttle were very kind, explained everything, and gave me advice on how to find them once I get back from the airport. They handled my luggage as well. So, if you are elderly or do not have someone who can give you a ride and pick you up from the airport, Park N' Fly is the way to go!!

This is really good and safe place to park. The best driver I met was Apryl. She is so nice and friendly. She helped me with luggage and made sure I was safe. I enjoy everytime, I get a ride with her. The shuttle is usually there, the moment you park the car. While coming back from the airport, you can call them.

Located close to airport and off of 635 makes it easy to park and get dropped off at airport. Shuttle drivers pick you up and drop you off at your car and gate with very short wait times. Phone app makes it easy to book and manage reservations. I live out of town and this is my go-to location when I travel from DFW.

Great service. There was a person to smile and say hello to when I was entering the parking. I online check-in was great. A shuttle bus followed me to my parking spot to pick me up immediately. And started driving me alone to the airport.

I came back early due to a canceled flight they promised to refund me.

I did not imagine the service can be that smooth.

The ability to schedule parking on the website was incredibly convenient. I downloaded the app prior to our departure date, and was able to easily scan the QR code into the parking lot. Parking was easy, and a shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport before we could even get out of the car (at 0300), and helped load the luggage!!! I was given a card with the parking space number and a phone number to text message on our return. Arriving back at the airport at 2300, it took less than 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and pick us up. What a marvelous and convenient way to travel!

I really loved how simple it was to get there and park plus to purchase to reservation. The employees were nice and friendly. It was nice to see that it actually lets you look to see where your shuttle is when you are at the airport so you’re not sitting wondering where it is. My car did start, and the driver was as excited as I was that I did not have a problem. I am confident that he would have helped me if I needed help. Had the pleasure of being greeted by a very nice young man name David. My spouse and I were delayed due to early morning traffic which we thought for sure we would miss our flight. David gave us instructions on where to park, joked a little with us( which really helped to pick our spirits up) BTW. The purchase of parking was so simple online. Then the sign in was so simple. Finding parking in the area we paid for was so simple. As soon as we parked the bus to pick us up was right behind us.
