Shuttle runs from 9am to 11pm to and from the airport. No transportation will be provided outside of these hours.  However, there is a strict limit for the shuttle: 2 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage per car. If you exceed the limit, you may drop your party off at the airport before parking (it's only 3 miles away) or arrange for Uber/Lyft

The hotel needs a renovation; but the staff went above and beyond and they made it a great experience; always helpful, great service. Thank you at the desk Rodríguez, Darius, and the drivers Tom, Bill, and Jim all were great and make you feel very welcome, they make you want to return. Management is very friendly and other staff also.

Booked online; yet had issues checking in with Rodriguez. They placed us in a high floor room… which was supposed to be an “upgrade”. 11th floor 1128 & 1126. Both rooms smelled horrible. One was musty and humid. The other smelled of animal urine. Rooms were dark; could use updating. The AC unit in 1128 is extremely loud and does not blow cool air efficiently. The temp was set to 68, but it never cooled below 73. The unit turned off and on all night.

Clean rooms, and comfy beds. Seriously wanted to steal the bed if I could. And the staff is super friendly and just fun to talk to during your stay. My only complaint or note would be that every time the A/C kicks on in your room it sounds like someone is opening your door which is a little freaky the first few times it happens. Overall though recommended.

I enjoyed it. The bathrooms and rooms have a bit of an older style, but everything was clean and seemed to be well kept.



The staff was friendly, but I do think some breakfast menu options were a bit overpriced. The gym is decently equipped with some treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and free weights.



The pool seemed small for the size of the hotel but I didn't see anyone use it during my stay.



I heard the bars food is really good but I didn't have a chance to try it. The airport is really close and the shuttle is convenient!

The staff was very fast and friendly. The entire experience was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle driver who picked me up from the Dallas Fort Worth airport was exceptionally hospitable very informative and friendly. Considering that I had missed a connecting flight, he made the experience enjoyable. Thank you

I had a missed connection and AA gave me an option to stay here. My check in took literally one minute. The woman at the desk had the key ready as soon as I told her who I was. So the staff is 5 star.



I was in a room on the 9th floor. The room was very clean. However the AC wasn’t working adequately. It was a little warm in the room. Not unbearable, but not comfortable either.



Still, that happens anywhere from time to time. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.



Oh! They have a very nice restaurant as well. I didn’t dine there, but the menu looks decent.

WARNING if you drive a truck watch out for your tailgate mine was stolen off my F350 King Ranch this week and it was locked!! And windshield is busted. Irving police advised me when they are at this location all the time for theft of Cadillac converters and tailgates constantly. So thought I would warn others. Estimated insurance claim 5,700.00..

I am platinum for life member and travel all over the globe. And this was the most disappointing Sheraton I have stayed at. All though the staff was friendly the accommodation were very subpar. No club lounge or alternate means for club lounge members. Bar and restaurant closed at 20:30 on a Friday night even though my wife and I were still sitting at the bar and wanting food. No room service. Breakfast was a complete disappointment. Freddy the bar keep was awesome. Would recommend other accommodation in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and received great customer service from Yolanda. She was polite and helped me through the process of getting a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. I also came across Star who is another employee and she was very pleasant, as well. The shuttle bus driver, Darrin was very helpful and nice. It was really refreshing to meet such nice people during a chaotic trip.

I really like this hotel. The staff is friendly, quick and professional. The hotel itself is very nice, well maintained and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to avoid floors 10-12 in the summertime. They do not seem to cool well and as such are not comfortable to sit in let alone sleep.



The restaurant is quite good. I highly recommend the brisket mac n cheese and their Brussel sprouts.

Very nice hotel! Had a mini fridge, no microwave but there was one a few floors up we were able to use. Comfy bed, lots of soft pillows. Right by the airport but didn't notice any plane noise at all. Also had a safe, which was nice!

Our flight out of DFW was canceled leaving us scrambling late at night for a hotel. I called and they immediately sent a shuttle for us. We arrived with absolutely no luggage and they gave us all the toiletries we needed to get us feeling human again. The next morning they gave us a late checkout because of the travel mess we were in. I was literally in tears because of how friendly, kind and helpful the entire staff was.

Room smelled like smoke. The room was not cleaned/sanitized at all. The sink had beard trimming hair, used soap was on the sink and used napkin. I noticed the sink and soap in the morning as I checked in at night. Also what are the odds that bed sheets were even washed after noticing that sink wasn’t cleaned. Also due to some party going on there was so much noise and management didn’t do anything about it. We could literally hear people talking/laughing out loud at 3 am. I couldn’t sleep and had to just check out by 3:30a. I left my contact info at the front desk and yet Management hasn’t reached out to me.

By far and away one of my favorites!! The staff is amazing. The hotel versus the price is the best value. Five star living with three star prices. Large hotel with every amenity. Close to Dallas forth airport and Love field. Also within 5-10 of some of the best food in Dallas.

Whoa! So excited to come back! Booked this hotel for a excellent rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I enjoyed this resort and I'm extremely thankful I stayed at my favorite place for much less than what I usually pay.



Clean1 ,affordable , attentive staff. Would highly recommend if you want an affordable place near the airport. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport.

TERRIBLE Shuttle!! We lost 2 of our flights because of the shuttle service. Thank God after 5 hours of waiting at the airport my dad and brother were able to find another flight but if not they would have missed our family vacation. Sheraton did not tell us it was on a first come first serve basis, and although we arrived first we ended up losing our spots because we believed that they had some sort of organization and possibly a list of who was getting on the shuttles. We payed for the service so we did not expect to have to pay again and lose flights. We ended up paying some random van that the hotel shuttle driver pointed us to (how convenient) when the hotel had another perfectly working shuttle out front parked.

And on the way back from the airport to the hotel we waited almost 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. and since we now knew it was first come first serve we stood there ready to jump in the van as soon as it stopped. Sadly only a guy, our family, and another was able to get on and a couple was left behind. I'm not sure how long they had to wait for another shuttle or if they had to pay for an uber. Sheraton really needs to get organized.

I DO NOT RECOMEND. Such a headache. Never using again.

The staff was more than friendly and completely accommodating. The hotel was clean, the rooms were very comfortable and well placed. I was there for a symposium and I heard no complaints about the hotel or the service. Job very well done Sheraton DFW.

Hands down probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.. first day here my room didn’t have any AC, it was extremely hot.. called the front desk they claimed maintenance was working on it. Ended up switching rooms.. Then towards the end of my stay they turned off the water for hours and didn’t advise us, when i called front desk they said it was a ETA of 3 hours to turn back on but didn’t know exactly when that ruined our plans for the morning.. when it turned back on it was only cold water.. Shuttle service takes forever it only runs maybe once an hour. Other than that the food was good only reason I will give it a 2 star & the staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay again.

The bed and linens are nice with a large TV. This is not worth the fact that one out of three elevators are working. The line to get on the elevator is about 10 to 25 people deep at all times of the day. The stairs can only be used down to the 3rd floor and then they are locked. I feel like this was a fire hazard. The Tango Whiskey restaurant had one person working. Therefore the line just to order food or a drink was at least 15 people at any time. I would prefer to never stay here again.

Due to the ice storm hitting across the country our flights were delayed due to an act of God. Hotel charged me for the evening our flights got canceled. Instead of putting that toward the credit for the night we were staying the "hotel manager " refused to accommodate us. Plus our room was filthy. Towels were stained and we found the remote on the floor under the bed unsantized



We called the front desk they said they didn't have another remote. They don't have plastic around the remote during covid. Plenty of hotel to stay at. Don't stay here

I must admit my price from my online search was very easy on the pocketbook but It is definitely impacted as with most other hotels with the pandemic. Our TV did not work which I only like to watch the weather and morning news to start the day... And it advertised breakfast but it is by purchase only from their store where you nuke it from the microwave behind the front desk. The Whisky Tango lounge was very nice and they had a nice big screen TV there but I didn't have the drive to brush my teeth in the lobby while I watched the weather and news...

Beautiful clean hotel with delicious food, we had the buffet style burger. The chicken and the beef was moist and tender. The server was friendly and very attentive. Definitely a nice hotel to stay and enjoy some quiet time.

Giving it one star because at least the rooms seemed clean and properly maintained. However the services of this hotel are horrible.

Shuttle: We used the complimentary shuttle and it took us 50 minutes to get to the hotel by the time they picked people up from each terminal and packed us all in a shuttle. I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s Texas but no COVID precautions were followed. We were all touching shoulders and breathing each other’s air since the van was over packed and the windows were up so no fresh air circulation was happening.

Breakfast: I was told my reservation came with continental breakfast. I called the hotel ahead of time to ask about the hours for that and they gave me the info. But on the day of, I went to the front desk and was told they did not have this service. I don’t really care for the breakfast much, but it’s just the fact that it’s advertised when making the reservation and was confirmed about it when I called but when I’m there they tell me they’re not doing that.

We had to stay the night in DFW after a miscommunication in airline layovers. We scrambled for a back up plan and were able to get a last minute room here with 2 adults and an infant. They were so accommodating bringing up a crib for our baby and a mini fridge for our milk for her. I will forever be grateful for the great customer service on a stressful day and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in dfw

We got a room here compliments of American Airlines(plane issues). Best of the option hotels they offer. First room was fine except for no working TV. They came quickly to fix it but it could not be fixed, so we were quickly switched to the room next door. Ate at Whiskey tango inside the hotel. Had 2 $12 meal vouchers. Food was excellent. Would stay here again if delayed or if just passing through. Very close to airport.. Nice shuttle service to/from airport.
