This was a great way to park for air travel. We were going on an extended trip and did not want to pay the high prices on the airport sit itself. It worked out very well for us. It was extremely easy. I reserved our spot and checked in at the front desk. It was quick and easy. Then they took us to the airport on the hotel shuttle then when we returned I called and they picked us up in about 15 minutes. Dropout off and we were on our way home. I highly recommended this parking option.
When i returned, I was told to call the front desk number. No one answered after 8 calls I ended up having to pay for a taxi back to my car , just frustrating for no answer. Will not book again

The website airport parking is completely wrong about this place and made me waste a lot of time. When parking the car, instructions say for you to scan the QR code, arriving there you can't find any scanner; you'll see QR codes to read using your phone and pay. I had pre-paid so entered in the hotel and I learned that it would have been cheaper parking at the hour instead of weeks earlier. :( Additionally, that email with the QR code is completely useless! the airport parking instruction says shuttles happen every 30 minutes between hotel and airport. Another terrible mistake! I waited with a 13 months old baby and my wife for 35 minutes in DFW and no shuttle. Decided to call and then I was told I have always to call - they don't have such thing as every 30 minutes. It is on demand. Turns out, again the hotel website says exactly that and the airport parking web site is wrong again. In summary, this web site Airport Parking is a total trash, awful experience, I will never use it again and clearly recommend against it. Waster 1 hours with a baby for a shuttle is ridiculous and paying more is stupid!
