My company put me here .. and I won’t lie when I saw clarion I was a little bit upset because choice hotels are usually not my thing. Coming in lobby was a little shabby but nice. They have a large screen showing flight statuses which is nice. Also have a small shop with snacks. The layout of the hotel is like a maze and it’s actually a pretty big hotel. Rooms are a good size, nice and clean. New carpet, microwaves, and small fridges. Restroom is huge for a hotel. Beds are comfy and most importantly CLEAN. You can literally smell the hotel washer industrial soap cleaner on the sheets ! I LOVE IT! All in all 5/5 For a “2” star hotel. Would definitely recommend for the night if stuck at airport. Don’t knock it till ya try it !

I had a wonderful experience! After reading reviews I was hesitant but, spending $10 extra dollars was so worth it (compared to slightly cheaper hotels)! Everything worked in the hotel room. No issues. Everyone was nice and honestly I slept so well because it was just so comfortable. The shuttle was on time. It says it would take 20 minutes but was actually around 40 minutes with all the different stops. I would stay here again.

My wife was a little skeptical. We were in the newer building. Great room. Plenty of space. Large bathroom. We liked that you can keep the fan on for some noise at night. Also.. We've been in some very new rooms recently where you could hear a pin drop in the next room. No insulation. Not so here. Very private. Good value

This is one of the nicest Choice Brand hotels we have stayed in a long time. You can tell it was recently renovated. We had no issues at all while we stayed. We utilized the fitness space which was also great and the equipment was well kept. The pool area was clean and also kept well. The employees we interacted with were pleasant and accommodating.
The only downside was no breakfast was offered. Denny's was the place that was recommended to us... Thanks but no thanks. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this place. It's very inexpensive yet it's clean and well run. The staff is wonderful very accommodating kind and courteous. it's a little bit out of the way at the North end of the airport with a whole slew of other hotels. But that's okay there are great locations within driving distance the grapevine area for example. I'm a big fan of the main event just down the street. I like to call this place my home away from home.

Just wanted to add ad an additional comment regarding good customer service. Upon my check out (06/01/2020) a customer was being truly unreasonable, inconsolable and berated the front desk clerk/assist. mgr. verbally and aggressively snap chatted the whole scenario. Miss Clerk was courteous and handled a difficult customer very professionally. Kudos!

I'm giving Clarion 5 stars. No it is not a 5 star resort, but for a 2 star hotel it does the job. I could actually smell that my linen was washed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I along with my wife were quite comfortable. The staff were pleasant and we were provided a shuttle to and from DFW. Thank you.

My flight to make it home for the holidays was cancelled as soon as I landed in Dallas. In the process, my airline refused me a room they had promised and my luggage was lost. I called the Clarion to book a room and was put through to David. I immediately was overcome by his kindness literally to the point of tears. He sent the shuttle. Followed through on everything he said, and was so professional. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Not somewhere I would stay on a frequent basis but if you need a clean and no frills hotel from the airport this is it. Definitely dated and needs some upgrades, but they have a shuttle, the staff was super friendly and I appreciated that they had a snack shop.

Veronica especially was over the top. During the snow storm she was alone while things were insane. . She amazing kept her cool while being cursed by a customer. Non stop phone calls. Melody helped later to book us for another night.

I stayed at the Clarion Inn on 12-23/24 and let me just say that I have never been so grateful! My 12 o’clock flight got cancelled but because I had already bought a shuttle to the airport, I had to go anyway. (buying an Uber for the next day would’ve been almost triple because of the distance and I just didn’t have the money for it) I arrived at the airport at 5:30am with no intention of getting on a plane that day. I called the hotel front desk and asked if I could check in anyway knowing it was extremely early. The front desk worker, David, had a shuttle waiting for me ten minutes later and a room for me when I walked through that front door. He was out of this world kind and generous towards me and I am forever grateful for his service. Thank you!

Booked my elderly dad here when he missed his connection from Dallas, and the staff at clarion were amazing!! We'd reached out before his arrival and Tiffany was super helpful! She helped my dad to his room, made sure he was comfortable and coordinated with us very patiently. When she clocked out, she left care instructions for the next person, DJ, who also went out of his way to get my dad everything he needed. They really went above and beyond! Thank you!

This hotel is one I frequent, and they have nice size, clean rooms, I'm not a fan of the small square pillows. There's a little restraunt bar that can be a little confusing to access. During my couple visits, the restraunt bar serves a limited selection of bar food items, alcohol and non alcohol beverages.

I loved it here. The place was very clean, and quiet. And you get the best view.You get to see the airplanes take off and land right in front of the hotel. And even though it was close to the airport,it was a lot quieter than I assumed. I recommend 👍

Booked on line. No issues got in late.. No issues.. Forgot some overnite items, (fazor, toothbrush), no problem provided free.... Watched great movies, guest were swimming and enjoying there weekend, checked out.. No issues... Bed great with 5 pillows.. 5.. I was in heaven......best rest in weeks

and our stay was amazing the evening staff 3-11 was extremely friendly and helpful and polite in addition to outstanding service, our room was great very clean and comfortable and the size of the room, and the comfort of the beds made our sleep peaceful, the exercise room was efficient for what i needed, the swimming pool was the right size for my family for an evening dip, being able to exchange for fresh towels when ever needed was also pleasant, my only issue was the morning staff was not as friendly or helpful but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the price to stay was decent as well and we will be visiting again. The staff was great! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were super comfy, slept great. The courtesy airport shuttle was convenient, just keep in mind when using it to be patient. We waited about an hour. The courtesy shuttle picks up and drops off for most of the sister hotels for north airport locations. So if you don't want to wait or aren't patient order an uber. 😉 Definitely would stay again.

Nice place to stay. Everything was great. The hotel is two stars but I felt like I was on a 4 star hotel. They have a shuttle that take you from and to the airport. Excellent for one night lay over. Or actually your vacations. Is next to the airport. The beds were very clean Bathrooms are very nice. Adriana was very helpful and friendly. Definitely going back The new side of the building is renovated and they have nice rooms.

The staff was wonderful!! They were so helpful and courteous. The lobby was welcoming and the room was very nice and clean. Only negative, if at all, was the pool hours. We got there late and couldn't swim. It opens an hour before checkout which didn't give us much time either. Next stay we will arrive earlier.

Enjoyed my stay. Shuttle service to and from airport which was a plus and lots of eating places nearby and plenty of hotels, need a rental or other way to get around due to distance. Lots of curvey partially paved streets in this area of town.

Super clean, shuttle service is easy to access and drivers are very polite and courteous (please tip your shuttle driver!!). Our room is SPOTLESS, the property is SPOTLESS, located in a safe area across from the airport. Was able to have Dominos and China Pavilion delivered within a matter of minutes with the food being very hot and fresh. Breakfast is only available within the Bistro and begins at 7:30, this is not a complimentary service which is fine with me- other travelers should plan accordingly. Nice selection of pantry snacks, pool area was warm and clean. Front desk service was polite and helpful. Hotel decorated modestly and tastefully for the Holiday season. I have nothing negative to say about this Clarion property. The bed was SUPER clean and comfy- we slept like a champ. Despite the close proximity to DFW I heard zero aircraft noise. The light rail runs next to the property and we heard no noise from this either. We had a very comfortable and hospitable experience at this property. The next time I find myself passing through my hometown I will definitely return as a guest at Clarion. Thank you for taking great care of us during our stay.

Excellent place. American Airlines flight got cancelled so had to find a place close to midnight. Place was clean, staff was kind, coffee and water in the lobby and a nice(reasonably priced) breakfast inside the inn. Perfect for my needs. Definitely recommend

This is a phenomenal value hotel. The rooms are not the cleanest or well kept in the area, but the lobby is quite grand. Sometimes they have a pianist! The front staff was extremely friendly and understanding when I visited. And they let our dog stay with us.

I stayed here because American Airlines left me stranded in Dallas for the night. I was able to find an affordable hotel quickly and easily, with perfect proximity to the airport. Checking in and out went smoothly and without issue, I was treated with kindness, even when I couldn't find my room because I was beyond tired and couldn't follow the signage properly. The room was quiet, clean and had everything I needed, even though I was only there for maybe 12 hours. The airport shuttle arrived on time the next morning and got me to DFW in plenty of time to check in, eat something and find my gate- super smooth. The only disappointment was at that time the hotel restaurant was not serving food, thankfully UberEats is a thing and they delivered to the hotel with no issues, I was able to sit at the bar, watch a baseball game and eat my food before going back to my room. If I ever needed to stay in the DFW area again, I would choose Clarion first. 10/10.

We did airport parking via a third party site, Way and used the shuttle to and from the airport. Call the front desk to get the timing of when it leaves as it's every 40 minutes. They give you a slip with the wrong number and wrong info as the shuttle to pick up isn't the one matching which had me asking 2 different drivers that had the North hotel shuttles if it was the correct hotel. Also the shuttle pickup was a little longer than 25 minutes from when I called, but I was happy when he finally arrived. The ladies at the front desk at check in and also to get the airport pickup were very helpful (once I got the correct number). Hotel - please update the slips you give customers as the number is wrong and so is the shuttle we are looking for to pick us up. Car was safe parking in the back.

The staff at this hotel are awesome! It all starts at the top with the GM, Melanie, who greets you like a long lost friend. The front-desk personnel who always take their time to make certain you're happy with the accommodations and the housekeeping staff that does an unbelievable job of cleaning and sanitizing the rooms in a timely fashion.
I highly recommend this hotel when in the DFW area.

It was cute!!! Clean and cozy and dog friendly. Everyone working was so friendly and when I left a souvenir from a road trip accidentally, they gathered it and had it ready for the mail courier to pick up as soon as I called. Would recommend for a cozy and comfortable stay!!! And dog friendly :)
