Marley was helpful and I received great customer service.stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was a pleasant stay. Clean rooms and great staffs. Definitely recommend this stay on the new building.

I loved it here. The place was very clean, and quiet. And you get the best view.You get to see the airplanes take off and land right in front of the hotel. And even though it was close to the airport,it was a lot quieter than I assumed. I recommend 👍

This is one of the nicest Choice Brand hotels we have stayed in a long time. You can tell it was recently renovated. We had no issues at all while we stayed. We utilized the fitness space which was also great and the equipment was well kept. The pool area was clean and also kept well. The employees we interacted with were pleasant and accommodating.



The only downside was no breakfast was offered. Denny's was the place that was recommended to us... Thanks but no thanks. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked on line. No issues got in late.. No issues.. Forgot some overnite items, (fazor, toothbrush), no problem provided free.... Watched great movies, guest were swimming and enjoying there weekend, checked out.. No issues... Bed great with 5 pillows.. 5.. I was in heaven......best rest in weeks

Checked in on Monday August 15 just a little after check-in time. Was not pleased with the room due to uncleanness and weird mold smell. I asked to be moved to a different room and was told nothing was available even though it was just an half hour after 3pm. Which is check in time. Later on I went to brush my teeth and as I grabbed a towel noticed mold behind the towel placements. So then I took a step back and noticed mold EVERYWHERE! Not even just the bathroom but EVERYWHERE. To anyone that has ever had COVID-19 you have already received irreversible lung damage and now you are exposed to even more lung damage and upper respiratory problems just by inhaling mold !!! In the morning I notified front desk and the manager stated she would have it taken care of and to take my belongings as I was already heading out for the day. She stated when I got back around 12 noon she would move me to another room. I come back to get my keys and the black lady Ciara told me I had to wait till 3. She was very nonchalant and unprofessional. She literally was being trained by the manager when the incident occurred so she was already aware that I was going to be switching rooms due to all the mold. She even engaged in the conversation I had with the manager & now you're telling me I have to wait 3 hours to check back in when I was already checked in. I spoke to my fiance and he stated to just cancel the reservation and go elsewhere. I come in to cancel and now she states it won't take long to get into the room. What changed within those few minutes ? Very unprofessional. The younger lady Valerie is also very rude. Walking around in Adidas flip flops. I've stayed here quite a few times and today was my last time ever coming. There's plenty of options in the area.

I had a wonderful experience! After reading reviews I was hesitant but, spending $10 extra dollars was so worth it (compared to slightly cheaper hotels)! Everything worked in the hotel room. No issues. Everyone was nice and honestly I slept so well because it was just so comfortable. The shuttle was on time. It says it would take 20 minutes but was actually around 40 minutes with all the different stops. I would stay here again.

Rooms looked and felt pretty dirty. There was also a very noticeable mold smell in our room.



The beds were nice and comfy, though. Airport shuttle was also pretty convenient.

My family and I stayed at the Clarion Inn 07/23/21-07/25

and our stay was amazing the evening staff 3-11 was extremely friendly and helpful and polite in addition to outstanding service, our room was great very clean and comfortable and the size of the room, and the comfort of the beds made our sleep peaceful, the exercise room was efficient for what i needed, the swimming pool was the right size for my family for an evening dip, being able to exchange for fresh towels when ever needed was also pleasant, my only issue was the morning staff was not as friendly or helpful but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the price to stay was decent as well and we will be visiting again. Checked in at 4am this morning. Greeted by a rude front desk clerk. Both making the reservation and checking in. The room was good for some sleep. Mr. Cheerful dragging rating down. No need for verbal sword fight after a long day.

Room was good. Thats the important thing I guess but the shuttle service does 9 hotels. We waited 70 minutes at the airport starting at 12:30am. We finally made it to our hotel at 2am. Watch your step getting in shower. Our tub/shower was slippery like ice and I went down when I stepped in. Sore shoulder and hip but nothing broken. TV didn't work either. No signal it said. If we hadn't only stayed 7 hrs I would have complained.

The check in was easy until I walked into a room that had someone staying in it already. Went back to the lobby, and it seems like two other people were also having issues with the card reader and wanting another room. The entire process took an hour. We even got another room but was not impressed at all. It was muggy and the air conditioner isn’t working well. Very humid in the room even after turning the temp all the way down. The desk looked like it came out of a thrift store. Literally had chunks of leather coming off of the arm and the side. Found a French fry under the desk also. We were not impressed at all. We will not be coming back.

I made a wrong booking Saturday night, called them a couple of minutes after and was told they could cancel it and give me a refund. Called again on Sunday to confirm, as they seemed busy on Saturday. Then I was told I would probably be able to get a partial refund and I would get a call back.



Did not receive a call back, so I called again on Monday. Now they are saying the information was wrong and they can't give me any refund at all.



Then don't tell the customer they are going to get a refund if you are not actually going to do it! If I would have been told from the beginning that it is not possible, that would not have been a problem at all. But telling me that I will receive my refund and then just not calling back and ignoring it, is not ok!

Just wanted to add ad an additional comment regarding good customer service. Upon my check out (06/01/2020) a customer was being truly unreasonable, inconsolable and berated the front desk clerk/assist. mgr. verbally and aggressively snap chatted the whole scenario. Miss Clerk was courteous and handled a difficult customer very professionally. Kudos!

Staying here for the night and the lady that greeted us while checking in was very sweet and had great customer service, even with being obviously stressed. We went downstairs to buy some snacks and a man was taking care of us, but he seemed very rude and acted more bothered than anything and was very off putting. I would understand if we were doing or saying something to cause upset, but we weren't, as far as I know. Giving 3 stars only because I have a soft spot for this hotel, as I used to be an employee and the lady, like I said, was super sweet. The guy needs to learn how to do better with customer service. I really don't want to even try to interact with the front desk anymore, due to that interaction feeling like it'll potentially be worse.

We had items that were stolen and our luggage rifled through. The GM lied to me about checking things out and claimed to have watched over 24 hours of video in about 4 hours. No way she watched the whole thing or with any clarity. She was also extremely rude about the whole thing! I’m sure it’s not the first time things have been stolen.

On a side note, it’s not a clean hotel, and poorly kept up.

Was told the owner would contact me directly but he has yet to do so!

This place was super clean and friendly staff. We went here when our power was off and they treated me and my girlfriend like they cared. Our room was exceptionally clean and I would stay here again if I needed to.

Veronica especially was over the top. During the snow storm she was alone while things were insane. . She amazing kept her cool while being cursed by a customer. Non stop phone calls. Melody helped later to book us for another night.

Excellent hotel! The hotel is clean, the rooms are very nice, and the service is exemplary!

Plus they have an indoor pool/hot tub!

I love this place. It's very inexpensive yet it's clean and well run. The staff is wonderful very accommodating kind and courteous. it's a little bit out of the way at the North end of the airport with a whole slew of other hotels. But that's okay there are great locations within driving distance the grapevine area for example. I'm a big fan of the main event just down the street. I like to call this place my home away from home.

Unsafe handrail in pool area stairway, ants in and around the hot tub, which had stung my 2 children multiple times and places. Unsafe top rung on pool ladder. Cold coffee in front desk area. That being said, Jessica (the front desk attendant) was a wonderfully friendly, breath of fresh air! She would be one of the only reasons that I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable and they have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The only thing I didn’t like personally was the look of the hotel. The pictures online look better than the actual hotel. Renovations needed ASAP. Also housekeeping could pay attention to more details when cleaning.

Roshell and the manager was awesome and very inviting. The rooms were clean and we were very happy...had a small problem but the manager took care of it and made sure our stay was very pleasant. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't book in this hotel, I had bug bites, not sure what type of bug yet. I stayed there Oct 31, 2020. You should probably book a busier hotel where they vacuum everyday at least. They might have given me room that was unoccupied for weeks.

The staff at this hotel are awesome! It all starts at the top with the GM, Melanie, who greets you like a long lost friend. The front-desk personnel who always take their time to make certain you're happy with the accommodations and the housekeeping staff that does an unbelievable job of cleaning and sanitizing the rooms in a timely fashion.

I highly recommend this hotel when in the DFW area.

I used priceline to reserve a room for a week .I paid up front with all the money I had besides the money I had for food for my family of 3. I arrive at the hotel to find out that there is a $100 deposit. Nowhere on priceline did it say anything about a deposit upon arrival. I tell the young lady who is the manager that I dont have it and I am going to be homeless if she could just work with me. She said no so my husband came in and she said she felt intimidated because of other residents who was defending us and trying to help us. She called the police on us and little do you know now my husband and I have nowhere for our 2 year old son to lay our head because I paid $360 for a week and have to wait 2 days for the refund from priceline.

The rooms are clean and nice and well-priced but the staff is woefully incompetent. They gave away the room that I had been renting, and I had to wait the better part of an hour while they looked for another room that was vacant, because apparently that information wasn't readily available to them. This ordeal entailed me knocking on doors and disturbing other guests, not what I felt like doing at 11:00 at night.
