Oh my goodness the bed was so comfortable and slept with ease. Highly recommend as Sheraton was a pleasure. The parking garage attendees superb service. Location is so so, but who cares the hotel was very nice and no cheap furniture. I felt as though to be a VIP.

Hunnee greeted me and helped me sort out my reservation promptly and with no fuss. She was always smiling and it was a pleasure to have such a warm welcome at the check in desk. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was very large and clean and well furnished. The free water bottles were a very welcome gift after a long day of traveling. The hotel had all the facilities you need and the free ride to LaGuardia Airport was on time and the driver was very friendly as well.

If you're visiting the Flushing area then this is a great Hotel to consider booking. Convenient valet parking located on 39th Avenue directly across the street from a municipal parking lot. Hotel also connected to a mall so guests have access to a spa as well as a few stores to shop while staying. Also good to mention that there are a few great restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so a car is not needed.

Use to get kicked out of here as a kid with my cousins trynna walk around the mall in there. felt great to finally get to have a room with my wife and kids. Great location best parking in flushing clean cold rooms awesome staff thank you so much. Us open staff and players were there, we came for Sept 11th.

Convenient location with big Chinese supermarkets nearby, this hotel checks most boxes as long as u manage your expectations. In particular, water pressure from the shower is great, and the gym is pretty good too and not stuffy. Staff is good too.

I attended a conference here last week and it was a great experience all around. But I was especially impressed with their valet staff! I had left a water flask which had sentimental value and it was shipped back to me because of the extra efforts made by the valet staff, along with the hotel’s receptionist. This hotel and its staff is all class!!
The atmosphere is neat, clean, and modern. Overall, it’s a great environment. If I had to stay overnight in the area it would be an easy decision to book a stay here. Thank you Sheraton for staffing so well.

The hospitality I experienced when checking into this hotel was unsurpassable. Because I had to wait so long in line to check in, I was given a ticket for a free drink in the bar. The room was wonderfully appointed with ear plugs since we were near the airport and lavender essential oils for calming.

Love this hotel! Convenient to everything, lots of food options. I had a lovely large room on the club level. I enjoyed free happy hour with heavy horsrdeovoures and a wonderful full breakfast the next morning. Great check in, and dog friendly. I almost wish I could live there.

Virtually everything is steps away from this hotel if you're planning on spending time in downtown Flushing - which is like little China. There are tons of great, authentic restaurants and shopping nearby.
The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. The newly remodeled lobby is great, and the staff is professional and friendly. There is also a club room for those that have access.
The only downsides I'd mention were that there are two sets of elevators you have to navigate, one set for the rooms, and the other for the lower level and parking garage. They weren't running AC in the hallways (at least on 16) and the parking level so while I didn't have to spend much time in them they were uncomfortably warm.
Definitely my go-to hotel for staying in the area.

I travel to Flushing about once a month. I used to say at the Hyatt across the street in In Flushing for 10 months now I saw the Sheridan was getting remodeled and I was looking forward to staying when completed. I stayed there last evening. The guest service was excellent. From the parking to the room. I was in Washington DC and called late for the reservation. I called at 3 and could only book a standard double bed room. When I checked in I asked if I could get a king single, and the desk was able to accommodate me. The room was great and my staff was terrific. I travel frequently and I’m very impressed with the staff and accommodations. This is now the hotel I will be staying at in the future.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of Flushing, so you'll be in the middle of a lot of Chinese/Taiwanese/Korean restaurants and malls. The central location makes it very convenient to get to as it's a block away from the 7 line and an additional block from the LIRR. As for the rooms, the only issue I noticed is the bathroom is outdated. The toilet functioned, but felt old compared to the rest as the handle was very loose. There were also rust stains in the bathtub by the drain. Overall, not a bad place to stay with some minor issues.

Hotel is under major construction right now but we enjoyed our stay. The service here is 5 star! Ever associate we encountered was so friendly and wanted to go over and above to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Ended up booking a 2nd night solely based on our service. Only reason for knocking a star is because the rooms are very dated. I know they are renovating the main areas but I hope the rooms get a face lift as well. Very, very dingy and dark. Need at least fresh paint.

Clean hotel but kinda confusing when entering and exiting. You’d have to take multiple elevators to get to and from your room, feels a bit labyrinth. On a good note, the valet parking attendants are prompt and efficient. I recommend this hotel.

Sleek hotel with oriental flair, smack dab in the middle of Flushing. Spacious ballrooms with audiovisual equipment of superior quality. Well-maintained furnishings and frequently cleaned bathrooms. Parking is impossible anywhere in Flushing, so taking a helicopter to a nearby rooftop helipad is your best bet.

Even though the hotel is being renovated it was clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly.
But if you come here you have to pay for parking and a 1 liter bottle of water will set you back $2.00.
The view from our 16th floor room was ok.
The shower was surprisingly damn good.
I gave it 4 stars. Only because of paid parking and I had to pay for my drinking water.

Service is great but the room is a bit out dated. No microwave in room, need to request a water boiler. No window opening so the only air is from the ac unit. And it comes on and off at it's own desire. Called in front desk multiple times due to ac and refrigerator, the service is nice and quick.

Great location, close to subway station. Staying here for a class that I’m attending in the hotel. The room was comfortable and the rooms very clean, the restaurant here was awesome, I had breakfast twice and was impressed that they had fully cooked over easy eggs in their breakfast buffet. I had the hamburger for lunch one day that was delicious and plentiful.

I've been here before many years ago. I had enjoyed my stay. This time it was a seminar, from what I see it still seems like a nice place. But what confuses me is when I see LaGuardia in the name I think its closer to the Airport. Then I guess it's not that far. Plus there's some good local food places in that area.

The check in was fast and friendly and the room was amazing. The lounge attendants made you feel special and made sure I had everything I need. Just returned from NY and this is our go-to hotel. The location is great: we can walk to Citi Field or the US Open Tennis Center and the Main Street station is about a two-minute walk. The staff have always been friendly, and the Club Lounge is nice.

Lobby is newly renovated. Most importantly, the staff at the front desk are so very helpful and kind. I was originally supposed to stay longer but had to check out a couple of days earlier because my baby was sick and wasn’t sleeping well. We had to travel home earlier than expected. The manager gave us a refund for the days that we weren’t staying even though hotel stays are non-refundable. What a kind person! I’ll never forget her! I wish I caught her name.

All was great until they tried to charge me $300 for a deep cleaning for my room because of smoking smell. At age 62 I have never smoked and called to dispute the charge. Still awaiting a return call from management.

Nice, new and comfortable. I would put this as my top three hotels. I travel alot and was excited to try this new hotel. Parking was a bit much, $30 a day for valet, but that's New York, so yeah. I enjoyed the clean rooms, the very friendly hotel staff (the lady at the front desk made us comfortable and was so sweet). Would recommend and next time I'm in NY, I'm staying here.

The lounge was good with some eateries and Starbucks Coffee and hotmilk. For Breakfast, sausages, baked items, bread toast and scrambled eggs were available and for dinner... Flat bread, meat balls, Quesadilla, fruits and cakes were available for Dinner.

I never write reviews but was compelled to do so after Kevin, our Airport shuttle driver, saved our day by taking the time, unprompted to wait for us as we struggled to get our two small children out of the hotel. We thought for sure that we had missed the shuttle and were preparing to order an uber when the front desk called to follow up. Kevin then came up with a trolley and helped us get to the airport on time and was super pleasant about it.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and very appropriate for the price.

Even with hotel construction, this Sheraton is top notch! Check in was easy and the hotel agent was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, with nice TV, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Plenty of toiletries too. Next time I'm near LGA, I will stay at this Sheraton again. Excellent hotel!

Staff were all super helpful and friendly. From the moment we walked through the door we were offered assistance. After check-in we went to our room and I noticed that the bedding was down feather (I have an allergy to down) and the tv wasn’t responding. We called the front desk and they had people up to fix both issues super quickly! I also loved that they arranged a car service to the airport for us. It took a bit off travel stress off of me and made my morning run much more smoothly.
Also good to note is that they are pet friendly and don’t charge a pet fee!! (Unless there is damage, obviously). I had such a hard time finding a hotel near the airport that allowed pets after my reservation at Aloft was canceled due to covid shutdowns. Luckily I talked to the right person go recommended the Sheraton.

There's soon l some construction going on currently and I had a date time locating the hotel from outside. That said, once inside, it is beautiful and the room I had was cleaned very well. Water gets hot and even the tap water tastes clean...
Lots of pillows, comfortable beds, Starbucks coffee and mini fridge. I'm happy with the hotel itself.
The staff, particularly Matthew (late night, Sunday and I think Saturday 10/16-17/21) were so helpful! Friendly, courteous, patient with questions...Matthew even helped me work out adding another night and some ways to save money during my visit.

I stayed here for one night when I had to do a quick trip to the city. It was only a 20 minute ride from Penn Station on the LIRR, so easy to get to in an affordable manner.
The inside is way more spacious than I expected for a New York hotel. The lobby has a lot of tables and couches to use, plus a cafe/bar area with more tables.
My room was a standard Queen and was also larger than I expected. The two chairs with ottomans in the seating area had a nice design and made the standard room feel elevated. Also appreciated the mini fridge. The bed was comfortable, pretty average hotel bed. I was also able to stream fine on the free wifi, so give it a try before paying the $13 extra for "streaming quality" wifi. The best part was my stay was very quiet. The area had way less nighttime noise than I'm used to in NYC and the interior of the hotel was pretty quiet, too.
The location is great if you want to explore Flushing. Tons of restaurants, the New World Mall (great food court), and a short walk from the Sky View Mall and the Main Street 7 subway station.
I had zero issues here and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I'll look here to book regularly for future NYC trips.

This hotel 🏨 is beautiful. For a hotel in NY honestly the peace that you feel once they open the door way is like you are literally on vacation. As soon as you walk to the lobby it’s like you are in a different place. It’s so peaceful and it’s they have all types of Asian food options in the area. To top it off they have a Sunday church service on the 7th floor at 11:00am .. perfect to get enough sleep and receive a blessing.

To be fair I did not stay a single night in the hotel rooms. Instead, this is my 2nd year attending a 2 day conference in this hotel. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff were. Every single person was attentive, responsive and just overall nice people. The parking lot was as quick and efficient as can be. You can tell this place is a well oiled machine.
