We’ve used this location quite a few times now and it has always been seamless, from check-in to check-out. Their system is up to date and user friendly. The shuttle has always been there to take us and never more than a 10 minute wait to pick us up upon arrival. In fact, yesterday was less than 5 minutes. I just returned from a 5 day trip and as we were getting in the shuttle, my 10 year old daughter says, “Mommy, we should use them every time.” Dropping the car off was a quick process and when we returned, we didn’t have to wait at all for the shuttle. We got our bags, called, within a minute or two the shuttle was there. When we arrived back at the facility, we checked out and got the car key in less than 2 minutes and my car was right in front. I was a little scared to book due to the bad reviews. I'm glad I didn't listen to them. We had great customer service and as soon as I got on off my plane I called and of course I was lost. The front desk called me to guide me to where I need to be to catch the shuttle back. From drop off to pick up never had a problem.

Someone suggested we try Purchase Park 2 Fly when flying out of LaGuardia. What a great suggestion! The price was great, the staff very friendly and the proximity to the airport fantastic. Within minutes of arriving a shuttle van took us to our terminal. On the reverse trip we made a phone call, went to the designated pick up area and again within minutes we were picked up and taken to the parking facility where our car was waiting for us.
