Not happy. I booked the reservation for 3 days for at $18.99 per day (plus taxes and fees) and received a receipt. I paid the deposit of $24.49. The receipt clearly states the balance owed is $62.37. When I arrived back from my trip, they charged me $81.90. They claimed I was late by 6 minutes and that their system automatically added the charge and there was nothing they could do. The reality is, I dropped the car off on Friday at 8am and paid for 3 days. I arrived back at the parking lot on Sunday at 4pm. Thats 2 days & 7 hours. Adding to that, we waited 25 minutes for the car to be brought up from the basement and the front end was covered with bird droppings.
