Park here. This was so much easier than parking in the airport especially during all this construction. Coming off the grand central to terminal C/D I didn't even see signs for parking. I left the airport and saw this Air Park place. When I parked my car I got a text that I checked in. When I came back, I called the 800 number, gave them my claim check number, told them which terminal I was at, they told me where to meet them and the shuttle was there before I got outside. When we pulled in my car was upfront and ready to go. This was fast, easy and the staff was friendly! Thanks!

Super convenient, the staff is very friendly. They are located just steps from Laguardia Airport so you don't have to wait long for your shuttle. I am very happy for using this service, they have gained a new client for life.
Good parking and convenient location. Service was fine and reasonably quick. Shuttle worked fine and picked up in 10-15min. Four stars is because of price. Was only slightly cheaper than LGA parking with a coupon.
Fast pace airport especially for NYC great food selection
The best part of traveling through LGA. Easy, fast, convenient and literally everyone I interacted with was warm and personable. I drove into the lot and was at the airport door 10 minutes later. Absolutely worth the few extra bucks.
Another fail from Airpark. Close to the terminals but they don't communicate at all or respect your time. 3 separate times I've tried them and 3 times I've waited 30m or more to be picked up. Walking would be faster. Don't update, you have to badger them with no sorry. It's traffic. You're .2 miles from terminal and I'm watching cars go by. Bananas.
Must RSVP ahead of time...lot fills up quickly... quick service and reasonable prices...much cheaper than long term parking inside airport...shuttle vans run often.
This place is a complete scam and nobody should park there. I left my vehicle there for a short trip in August, when I came back I noticed new damage to the front bumper of my car. Upon immediately filing an incident report with the team there, I was then ignored for weeks. Finally got somebody on the phone who made me send pictures. Was then again, ignored for weeks. When I finally got an answer - 2 months later - they told me I would not be handling the situation. Their reasoning? I only walked around the front of the car to check for damage, "it was like I knew it was there"...It's one thing for them to try and do their due diligence to look into claims fairly. But to accuse the CUSTOMER of trying to scam them out of a damage to their car is beyond anything I've experienced. I knew from the start they were going to dodge this claim, so no surprise there. But their tactics are beyond unprofessional. I will be following up with a police report and contacting my insurance. Park anywhere else than this place.
