Carvia Parking runs a free shuttle every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, and says the ride to any LGA terminal takes 5 to 7 minutes. The lot at 90-01 23rd Ave, East Elmhurst, is 0.6 miles in a straight line from LaGuardia's airport coordinates, and the drive is longer.
Carvia describes the lot as about 500 meters from the airport, close enough to see the runway. The air-conditioned shuttle seats up to 12 passengers with luggage. The operator does not publish where it stops at Terminal A, B or C. Airport Parking Reservations describes the shuttle as every 10 to 15 minutes on request, slightly different from the operator's wording.
