San Diego's Park, Shuttle & Fly is a fully fenced, well-lit parking
facility and is a SAFE and SECURE. Open and staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Bring a copy of the reservation with you to scan the barcode and ensure
the proper amount is charged. If you pick up your vehicle later than your
reservation states, the location will charge Posted Daily rates accordingly.
Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2-3 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at
parking location before this 2-3 hour window.

The folks here are very friendly. The parking spots are pretty tight. We had to pull the car out of the spot to get the luggage in the back seat. The wait for the shuttle is pretty long, but it is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a decent option for cruise ship parking.

As usual, I park here when I travel, which is usually every other month. While the rate has increased, they do offer a coupon on their website. The drivers & gate staff are friendly, yet professional. Today I discussed a small hiccup with the owner Rene' & he was receptive & apologetic. When I got to the exit, he had already passed the info along to Lorena & it was resolved immediately! Thats what I call customer service! Looking forward to seeing them next month. NOTE: Lorena was NOT the issue.

No covered parking but that has never been an issue.
Coupons for a bit lesser daily rate often available online. Make a reservation! Too, follow the directions they offer to get to their lot ~ it can be confusing the first time but you will have no problems the next time!!!

This is a super convenient place to park. Have you ever parked near the airport and came home late and had a hard time getting a shuttle? Maybe they run only run every so often, maybe they skip some times, maybe they don't come at all...this is not the place! You call them directly and they come and get you. For us it was less than 5 minutes and it was there! The driver was very nice and personable even though it was so late. So...to sum up close parking, cheap parking, convenient parking.

We visited San Diego hauling a teardrop trailer. We stayed on Mission Bay in an AirBnb while in town and COULD NOT find a place to park the trailer. We called several lots and all other attendants were confused at our request and could not accommodate. Park Shuttle & Fly employees were WONDERFUL, they were very helpful and made sure everything was as easy as it could possibly be. 5/5 they were great.

I was hesitant to book here which I did on their website due to recent poor reviews. I like to give people a chance if they are at least close to 4 stars so I did. The customer service was great actually! They even picked me up within 10 mins at 2am from the airport . The only down side and can be a big one, is the coupon that I printed off when I booked was not honored. Apparently the only coupon that is usable is the one that is currently on the website. In my case it was about a 16 dollar difference. If not for that I would have rated 5 stars.

Been parking here for over a decade. Reliable shuttle, reasonable rates, 2 lots next to each other with plenty of spots. Give yourself 20 mins to get to/from airport via shuttle, but it's usually quicker.
