It’s cheap; however this is the only parking lot that I’ve used where the attendant drives to your vehicle, writes down your license plate, asks for your reservation number, amount paid, and then as soon as you’re finally ready to get out the gate, another vehicle pulls in and you get to wait for them to do the same. Spend the extra $2/day to park somewhere else.

Normally this is a great place to park, however my recent return trip to Oakland Airport had me standing over 30 minutes for the van. After over 6 calls to the attendant, a very rude person told me I should have called for a ride.



I told her that i had called 6 times with no answer and that the answering machine instructs you to wait if you need a ride from the airport a shuttle is on the way. Her attitude was as if to say, "oh well, your problem." as she smacked gum what dismissing the fact she was not there promptly. In addition, I expected to see other passengers on the shuttle when she arrives, to give me some reason it would have taken over 30 minutes. NO NOT ONE PERSON ON THE SHUTTLE!!! I will be looking for another parking lot until this person is no longer there.

Awful, reserved my parking spot two months in advance only to get there and have the gate locked. I called the phone number and got someone who barely spoke English who told me I was out of luck and just email them to receive a refund. I did and haven't got a response. It's been 3months. I had to find another place pay an additional 50 plus ride share another $20.00. thank good I got there early enough to make those arrangements at the airport.
