I don't like to review, but for this I will because they were AMAZING drop off and pick up was super easy and fast on my return the shuttle was already waiting for us!! My truck was there for 15 long days and was safe and secure with them.. I do recommend and I myself will use them again!!

Airpark Oakland is a good place to park your car when you travel for a few days out of Oakland Airport. This place is guarded and gated after hour. The big gentleman who drives the shuttle is very nice, friendly and helpful. He even knows the regulars by their faces and very welcoming. Next time I fly out of Oakland Airport, I feel secure to park my car at this place again.

I love that they tell you which row to park upon entry. Saves time looking for a spot in the dark at 6am. Shuttle picks us up at our car for airport drop-off. Shuttle arrives within 3 mins of calling them for airport pickup.
For less than parking at the airport, you get excellent service and a shorter walk to/from F4 Off-airport parking Shuttle stop.

I used to go to another off site parking company and tried this one on a lark when I noticed it was literally the closest one to the airport. Made a reservation online, showed up and the attendant helped direct me to the nearest spot, and was immediately picked up by the shuttle. Great customer service. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best airport parking experience ever. Friendly knowlegable staff available to help. No waiting. This is clearly a safe and secured parking lot. The airport is just a couple minutes away and we didnt have to wait for the shuttle either direction. It was fantastic and wouldn't think about going to any other parking facility in the area!

When I drove in, a person in the office told me which lane had open spots. That saved the stress of driving around looking for a spot at 6 am. The shuttle driver met me at my car right away. On return, the shuttle driver was super helpful. The lot seems to be the closest to the airport. Check in and out was easy. I will use them again.

My new go to spot when flying in and out of Oakland. I used to go to another parking company but tried this one on a whim and have been so pleased with it (and hesitant to share with others because I want to keep my spot!). Their lot is paved, there are always spots, and if you pause at the check in kiosk the attendant will helpfully direct you where to the closest open spot. The bus picks you up immediately and then drives are so friendly. When landing I have not had to wait too long and they take you right to your car. All in all it's a great customer service experience and pretty affordable.

This is a review for experience mid-December 2022. After trying several other companies for previous trips and having either either merely passable or poor experiences, I have finally found my go-to airport parking site (at OAK): Airpark. When we arrived on our departure date, a van showed up within minutes and drove up to where we were getting our luggage out of our car. The driver didn't make us schlep our bags to a kiosk. Loved that! The van driver was courteous and helpful. On our return, we only had a short wait until a van picked us up at the airport and again dropped us off right at our parking spot. Wow!!
Additionally, we had an issue with our QR code on the app. I was able to call customer service--a live person answered and expertly and quickly solved my problem.
An A+ experience. I'll be using Airpark any time I am flying out of Oakland from now on.

The site is very secure, staff helpful and friendly, and the shuttle very efficient! It’s on the higher end of the offsite parking facilities but well worth the value you receive and not the most expensive. We will absolutely use their services again!

I used this parking lot for the first time in March 2025. We used to use the lot across the street; but when their prices went up, I had to search for an alternative. This lot is easy to reserve online and easy to find. The price is a good value. The only drawback is that their shuttles don’t come to pick up at the airport as often as the one across the street bc this is a smaller business. Another traveler that was waiting longer than us eventually called them to let them know we were waiting. The next time I use this lot, I think I would call once I’m at the airport so they know someone is waiting.
