Edit 2021: new lot location and new owners have ruined expresso. Used to be great but is so bad and rude now. AVOID

The best parking by OAK airport. Cheap $7/$9/$11 including all taxes and fees for outdoor/indoor/valet. Staff is friendly and quick. Free wi-fi while you are waiting and free muffins, coffee and tea.

We parked at the new Expresso Parking lot on 98th Avenue in Oakland. We were gone four days. While we were away our catalytic converter was stolen. We filed a claim but Propark's claims manager said they had no responsibility for the theft even though our car was parked in their lot. We parked at the old Expresso lot for many years with no problem whatsoever but we will not be parking at this lot again. Beware!

Made an effort to find the new location (i've parked with Expresso for many years) and parked outside. For 1 day and 6 hrs cost is $32.50? No, I didn't have any coupons or AAA but I could have parked at the airport for cheaper.

Very sketchy. I pulled up to the new location hoping I would find someone so that I could ask a few questions before I park my car here. I drive a fairly nice car, and I wanted to be able to park it in an area that was more secure and preferably covered or indoors. I was willing to pay a premium rate/day to do so. In the past I always used to pay for the premium valet parking and I was happy with that.

This time when I pulled up, the arm on one of the exit gates was wide open. Anyone could just pull in or out of the parking lot at any time. And there were absolutely no attendance in any of the exit gates. I pulled in and drove around looking for anybody to chat with. I couldn't find anyone. I went to the main office, no one was inside. I drove all around the lot. I didn't see a single person. It was a ghost town. If I was a criminal looking to break in to cars, this place would be a gold mine. There was absolutely zero security from what I could see. I used to park at Espresso parking all the time because I felt it was the safest airport parking lot for my vehicle, but obviously it's a sign of the times. Charge more, offer less, and just expect that people will continue to support your business. Sorry, I will be taking my parking business elsewhere.

Expresso used to be the best off-airport parking. But the have relocated and now the place is an absolute dumb. It’s sad but do not park your vehicle here. Terrible facility ran by terrible customer service now. These photos are not the real place anymore.

Parking at Expresso was...an interesting experience.

- Their address on Apple Maps is incorrect, which we inconveniently found out at 5 am as we were trying to find their parking lot.

- When we finally found the right parking lot, it wasn’t labeled as Expresso parking so it felt a bit sketchy to leave our car there for a week.

- The shuttle service was excellent.

- When we got back from our trip, our car battery had died. Shouldn’t have been a big deal, as the website states that they have a battery jumper. BUT their jumper was “broken.” Honestly, it appeared that the on sight attendant didn’t want to leave his netflix session.

- I have been unable to contact Expresso about incorrect charges since we left the lot, as their Voicemail box is full.

This place is great for parking and the shuttle service is also great. However, I have run into issues with one of the attendants while checking out. I have been using On Air Parking website to reserve spots as I fly every week from Oakland airport. 6 weeks back, when I first went to the spot I tried to get help from the attendant as to what I should do as I have a reservation from a third party. He said, I should pull a ticket, park and then when I check out, it will be settled. I continued following his said instructions.

That week it went ok while checking out on the following Tuesday.

The following week, it was a different attendant. This person did not ask me any questions, just took my ticket, copied my reservation number and let me go.

Since the week of Dec 4th, I have having to deal with the first attendant and he has been giving me a hard time. On the 8th, he said that my reservation is not visible. Luckily, I had another reservation and that worked (but that was for the week of 11th)

Now on the week of 11th to 14th, the same attendant again said that my reservation does not pop up and I tried to call On Air Parking to resolve it. But it was 8 pm PST and they had closed. However, the attendant found my reservation some how and helped me solve the issue. This attendant told me that I should not mix up reservations, which did not make sense as the reservations are for particular dates. I had tried my best to be patient all this time as no matter what, I had a reservation from a third party which is authorized by this facility. So as far as I give the receipt, I should be free to go.

Today, I had a the same issue again and with the same attendant. He started telling me that my reservation does not pop up. I tried to tell him, in any case I have the receipt, why not just use that. He just would not accept it. I completely lost my cool and did start yelling at him, especially because he asked me to pay the full charge. I ended up pay $47.98, even though I had a reservation paid in full.

In the midst of the argument, this attendant mentioned that if my reservation was good then why did I have to pull a ticket and not scan my reservation. AND this is where I lost my cool even further. Going back 6 weeks - this is the same attendant from whom I tried to get directions onw what I need to do when parking with a reservation. HE WAS THE ONE WHO SAID, PULL A TICKET AND IT WILL BE SETTELED ON THE WAY OUT.

Seriously, I never had to break my head anywhere when I had a reservation. This guy seriously needs some training.

The new parking lot on 98th Ave. is nowhere as near as good as the old location on Doolittle. The new lot does not have covered parking or valet parking. I am very disappointed. Probably will try to find a new place to park from now on.

Fasttrack parking is now Expresso parking. I guess they sold their lot and moved to a new location that used to be Fasttrack parking. They stop their shuttle service after midnight. Our flight arrived 11:50 and by the time we got our bags, it was after midnight. I called the parking attendant and was told that their last pickup is at midnight. Luckily there was a shuttle from different parking service that took us to our car. Not a great end to a long trip.

Expresso Airport Parking was the best place to park. I loved it at one point. I told everyone I met to visit their website and park there. Now at the new location, it's just a cheap place to park. I will try other parking companies as the customer service and friendly comforts were left behind at the old location. Sad day 😔

Despite the down turn in business due to covid, Expresso continues to work hard. Super friendly driver who helped folks with luggage as they need. Friendly help when I called after had troubles with their site (toggling betw week discount code or not) and they noticed as we drove out that I had overpaid by a day, I received a credit the same day.

Parked with Expresso at their new location (previous FastTrack). A good amount of spots have shade structure (no “indoor”) don’t believe it’s a guarantee to get one. At this location the van dropped us off at our car (don’t know if that was the case at previous location). Assuming fewer people were traveling/ parking due to covid, we assumed Expresso would only have one van in circulation, which was the case (but their new location is closer to airport) and I assume they can add more as needed when business picks up, since they still have additional vans.

The overall rate and ease is great but when calling customer service, they are exceptionally rude.

We were loyal customers of Expresso airport parking for 3 years. We take multiple trips both business and personal every year. When they moved to their new location, we wanted to continue supporting them. We booked parking in advance in June at the new location and thought we were set for our trip. Nowhere in the booking information or confirmation email did it state there was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE. We found this out as we arrived to our reserved parking. We were paying for a parking lot with shuttle service to the airport and received merely parking at a lot with a $15 uber ride each way that we had to call. We could have Ubered from out house for less than the cost of parking added to that. When we returned from our trip, it took us 45 minutes to get an Uber to the parking lot. When we inquired why they were still charging as an airport shuttle parking lot at the checkout station, we were told the discounted rate was because there was no shuttle. This information WAS NOT in any parking reservations or explanation of the discounted rate. I both called and wrote to Expresso and received no response about our terrible experience. I will not support a company that does not stand by its customers especially when we are willing to stand by them during a time of change and uncertainty in the travel industry.

Fantastic experience as always. I love their technology for booking and accessing the lot: pay online and get a receipt/barcode which you scan entering and leaving the lot with no need to stand in line anywhere. Transportation to/from the terminal has always been fast, courteous and helpful.

Super simple and great price!

I booked 4 days parking with espresso and was really impressed at how efficient, clean, and safe the parking lot is. The shuttle drivers and staff are helpful. Although I made a mistake with my reservation and thought I would have to pay an extra day, I was only charged half of what I paid per day. There are always coupons online so be sure to take advantage of them!

These guys used to be 5 stars plus. Now, just know that they are popular and you may need a reservation. I was sad that I had to pay a lot more for valet.

Easy in and out with a bar code because we pre-paid. Close to the airport. Cheapest we found. Shuttle was quick and clean and the driver was helpful.

Love this place! Easy to access off freeway, close to OAK, quick car drop off and shuttle to airport. I prefer to have my car indoors and am willing to pay for valet parking - car is ready and waiting as soon as I return! And...I always use their coupons to reduce cost!!

This is the best and most economical place to park off site near the Oakland Airport. Online coupons are available making it even more economical. Free coffee and muffins, and free shuttle ride to and from the airport.

I usually drive in without reserving online. Tried to get in this morning but all lots needed a reservation barcode to get in. All except valet parking. Website doesn't mention any mandatory reservations for indoor and outdoor parking. Went to Park and Fly instead. Parking at Expresso is no longer an option for me.

This is the only place I park when I fly Oakland. Great reliable shuttle with friendly drivers come every 15 minutes or so. And get a coupon online before you go!

This was my first time using this parking. I was very satisfied with the service. I did not wait more than few minutes each way for the shuttle. Your check your self in and out of the parking lot. Drivers are very polite and kind.

The shysters are hit and miss. Even with the reservation sometimes you can’t get in the park and end up having to go somewhere else and pay twice as much as you expected. It’s getting to the point that Uber is a better option for long trips
