The shuttles are always fast, workers are friendly and helpful, and pricing is good comparatively speaking. We also use their app to schedule and pay for the parking. It's great for a few reasons. One, you can just pull up a barcode easily to enter and exit. Two, you will earn free parking. On, and almost forgot three, they will post sales on there so you aren't trying to track down coupon codes, their best offer is right there waiting for you.
The only thing I really think they could use is to re-pave the front part of their parking lot, there are a few pot holes. But they are pretty easy to avoid and don't deter us from using them.

My mom and i were exhausted on our way home, but when the shuttle picked us up, I have never felt more alive. Our kind bus driver Tony played my favorite song and turned on some party L.E.D lights. He drove us right next to our car, Tony is truly the best shuttle driver I’ve ever met! 😊

It was easy to find, I found a parking space right away & the shuttle was almost right next to my car. The shuttle driver left for the airport immediately. It was a very short ride to the airport. Upon my return, the shuttle came to the pick up area within a few minutes & I got in my car & left. I like the QR code method of getting in and out of the lot. Even though their first facility was amazing (free coffee, pastries & hot chocolate), they're now in a smaller, uncovered lot without the goodies but I still get great prices and great shuttle services. I've been using Expresso for years without any complaints. They even take you right back to your car! Scanning in & out of the lot and booking online was a breeze. The drivers always help with the bags ... can't say enough good things about Expresso Oakland!

I have used this parking lot for travel upwards of 10 times in the past year. It is convenient, safe, reasonably priced and no hassles. I normally do not write reviews for just being a good business but I was included to write a review about our driver, Antonio. As a business owner myself I look for and notice great customer service, genuine care and efficiency. Antonio embodies all of these. When I arrived he kind offered to help with our luggage and saved us from walking a bit. My daughter and I were the 1st of about 5 parties to get on the bus. Unfortunately, a lady behind me was extremely rude. Asked Antonio to not touch her luggage and demanded it be in a place that was unsafe and it would slip. Antonio maintained his composure and remained professional. The last lady to get on the bus had a leg cast. Antonio quickly switched gears balancing many task at once and ensured the lady that required assistance get on safely. Once, she got on she realized her husband wasn’t on the bus. To remain efficient Antonio radioed the other drive and verified the “husband” was on there. Again, showing genuine care! As a business owner I was impressed and can only hope my employees demonstrate these core values (even when faced with adversity or challenges) when management isn’t there. Way to go! I will continue to remain a customer of Expresso Parking!

First time leaving my car at an airport parking and the experience was fine. Waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle to get to the airport and only 1 minute to get back to parking lot when we returned. Shuttles were clean and drivers were very friendly. On our return trip the driver dropped us off right next to our car which was greatly appreciated. It’s about a 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport. Also appreciated the coupons online which gave us a free day.

I returned from a recent trip and discovered my battery was dead. I called AAA, then thought to ask the staff if they had a jumpstart device. They did! Two staffers were very friendly and helpful, and worked with me for several minutes because the jumper didn’t start the car right away.
I was able to cancel my call to AAA and get on the road quickly, thanks to the effort and expertise of the people on staff. Definitely five star service!!!

The ability to scan your reservation on entry and departure was very helpful, but the service from your drivers coming and going was outstanding. When we arrived and parked the driver told us to wait there so she could turn around and pick us up, and when we returned a different driver took us directly to our car. Now that’s Service with a capital S. We also liked the jazz the return driver played in the van. Very Oakland!

Conveniently right off 98th St. exit & close to airport. I have used this lot and shuttle service twice since August.. Shuttles to and from airport always prompt & drivers courteous & helpful to passengers as they board & exit the vans with all kinds of baggage: car seats, golf clubs, guitars, etc. I recommend having a little cash in hand as they deserve to be tipped.

Only had to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. On the way back, the shuttle was already there, so no waiting. The lot is very close to the airport. Drivers were helpful. Entering & exiting very quick with barcode scanning. Overall I’d rate them excellent. Definitely will use again!

Expresso parking provided prompt transportation to and from the airport. There was lots of parking spaces and security for the cars. The price is unbeatable and the check in process is simple and straightforward if you book online. Only trouble I had was the mean driver who was rude to everyone on the bus and made us all feel uncomfortable and unappreciated. Thank you for taking care of my car!

Despite the down turn in business due to covid, Expresso continues to work hard. Super friendly driver who helped folks with luggage as they need. Friendly help when I called after had troubles with their site (toggling betw week discount code or not) and they noticed as we drove out that I had overpaid by a day, I received a credit the same day.
Parked with Expresso at their new location (previous FastTrack). A good amount of spots have shade structure (no “indoor”) don’t believe it’s a guarantee to get one. At this location the van dropped us off at our car (don’t know if that was the case at previous location). Assuming fewer people were traveling/ parking due to covid, we assumed Expresso would only have one van in circulation, which was the case (but their new location is closer to airport) and I assume they can add more as needed when business picks up, since they still have additional vans.

Great location - super easy to find, almost next to highway exit, and very close to the airport. Good rates. They currently require that you use their app to make reservations, so if you are able to figure that out, it makes check in and out very easy, in that you just present bar code to scanner and no need to talk to anyone. The app needs serious updating though, very buggy, probably costing them business. Shuttle van has never made me wait too long. Has covered parking available for about half the lot.

Nice and helpful staff -- it makes all the difference! The first time I used the current outdoor parking lot, I forgot where I'd left my car! It was very late -- close to midnight, and the shuttle said quietly, don't worry. He told me if I was willing to wait while I drop the other passengers off [yes, of course I was], he'd drive me around until we find my car. Which he did. Unforgettable!

Even with everything going on, you took care of your customers - AND your employees. That's the kind of business I want to support.The electronic check-in was a breeze, my ride was there for me within ONE MINUTE, the driver (both ways) was helpful & courteous with friendly conversation and helped me with my ridiculously heavy luggage even though I had no cash for a tip (I would love it if you had an electronic means of tipping your drivers after the fact).Of course I miss your previous glamorous coffee-bar setup & waiting area, but at the end of the day Expresso is STILL all about customer service, safe and secure parking, prompt pickup at departure and arrival, and great pricing. It is very easy to reserve and pay online. Entering and exiting the parking lot is simple. The shuttle driver we had on the way to the airport was very nice. The woman we had pick us up at the terminal and return us to the lot was AMAZING! I wish I would've thought to get her name. She was so friendly and our ride back was so much fun! She was a joy to ride with and she made the end of our trip exceptional. We always use Expresso and tell our family and friends about it too.

I booked 4 days parking with espresso and was really impressed at how efficient, clean, and safe the parking lot is. The shuttle drivers and staff are helpful. Although I made a mistake with my reservation and thought I would have to pay an extra day, I was only charged half of what I paid per day. The only drawback to this parking area is the dust. Why can't you all pave the parking lot? After a week, it seems like I parked in an unpaved lot? I like the old Expresso on Davis street much better. Yes, I understand the least may have been lost!! Thanks

The feature that I liked the most is that they sent me a text message one hour before my arrival to the airport that they're expecting me and let them know when I'm on the pickup spot and when I texted them they'd pick me up in 5 minutes.

I had a 530am flight and dropped my car off at 3:45. The driver followed me to where I parked and got to the airport in plenty of time. Easy pickup as well. Really appreciated it. I took 1 point off only beacause there was conflicting information online regarding the 24/7 shuttle. I had to call. Yes, shuttle is apparently 24/7!
