It was a good experience bed was comfortable nicely dressed I wasn't overly impressed with tile floors (cold, hard, slippery) or water pressure

Awesome rooms! Very good rates and nice staff!

Pet friendly for a fee. Nice rooms. Nice swimming pool. The only complaint was, the toilet seat was coming off because a screw was missing.

Rooms were nice, clean as were hallways and lobby...elevators could use some more cleaning but all in all a great experience..

I love it and house keeping is wonderful its a very colm environment for kids great service

I just can't say enough the very helpful,friendly, and accommodating staff, Angie, Jessie, Tyler, and the rest of the front desk staff as well as the housekeepers, all made our stay as stress free as possible, the room was excellent the balcony was very nice, I mean no place is perfect and I have to say after reading some of the negative reviews regarding the Sure stay KCI Is there just some people that will find the negative in every situation and look for every opportunity to complain about it The fact is anytime I witnessed anything with myself personally for any time I seen any issue arise it was dealt with and made right by the staff, they were very professional in handling any and all issues professionally and swiftly and over all It was a very positive experience And would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and friendly or anyone or anyone Needing a hotel by the airport this is definitely one of the nicest places to stay in the area and the price is Very reasonable, Me and my family will definitely be returning to stay here at a future date thank you everyone at the Sure Stay KCI for a very pleasant experience

They have grass for windows plants and their Cheap And close to an airport so you have lots of planes flying overhead

The rooms are gorgeous and accommodating. Every bit as nice as the embassy suites. I highly recommend it.

Used the airport parking service. Friendly, courteous and helpful drivers. They helped me load and unload luggage even though that wasn't their job. Car was in great condition upon my return.

My family and I loved it. It was really nice. And clean. And really cheap. They are ferry helpful. And you don't got to rush to check out.

Our stay here has been wonderful. The AC in the room works great which always seems to be an issue at hotels. When we had an issue with charges to our card Angie at the front desk had it sorted out quickly. She was incredibly friendly and made traveling much easier for us.

I have witnessed this hotel pre and post renovations. I was excited for the balcony rooms mostly. I love the light simple theme throughout the hotel. Less is more! Staff was super awesome and helpful!! The room was stocked nicely. The beds comfy and pillows are like giant squishy marshmallows! Love the grab and go breakfast. Of course it would be great to have regular breakfast back at hotels. Patients is key though. Once people realize how, regardless of covid, hygiene and hand washing is a habit for always; hotels will confidently offer breakfast again assuming we can keep up with hand washing. There does seem to be a plumbing, rain, or possibly both in a few spots. And it feels a little cheaply put together with more laminate than what seems to be nice tile or real hardwood .. it's a cheaper alternative that still looks nice yes and can be successful in many cases; however, when it's used to hide problems that already exist, such as water leaks, defeats the purpose of a cheaper alternative that was quickly installed then charging guest more because of the bigger issue that if you would've just forked out the money in the first place you could've saved, had a better built business could have confidently used cheaper material with out the worry of it pealing up looking cheap and revealing a mold issue... I think better shampoo and conditioner would help with the cost for a room- cause a shower is a big deal. But that's neither here nor there.. In general I did enjoy my stay, thank for making it easy to have a pet also! Very pet friendly ☺️

Not the most luxurious you will find but for the money definitely can't complain. It's clean and haven't come across a staff member yet that hasn't been helpful and friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the brown bag breakfast due to covid needs serious work. Here is a view from my balcony.

I always use their shuttle service. They always get me to the airport in a timely manner. Inexpensive parking. Save money and book with them.
