No water pressure as the water pipes on the street were broken. Continental breakfast, umm... Bottle water and a tiny little granola bar. Don't recommend this place, especially during Corona pandemic of you can shower and wash your hands. I listen to the workers complain that it's an ongoing issue there. Not necessarily the hotel, but the workers who cut the water on accident, cable line on accident... I hear a lot of issues at this place... Probably won't stay at that one again.
Pros - Convenient location to airport.
Free shuttle to airport from 5am.
Printing available via computer at reception.
Cons - Only 2 thin pillows. Thin walls
The staff was courteous and prompt. The room was damp and musty. We noted on an outside wall where they had washed mold off of the wall. The pillows were a reduced size and extra firm. The electronics were not plugged in. The television in the room next to me was on the same wall as the head of my bed. This made going to sleep difficult.
Great motel, always clean, super personable staff, great shuttle service, love leaving my car. Great price too!
Room was clean bed was nice but small would be a under statement I guess that’s why they call it Microtel
Clean small hotel room. Great for a place to stay prior to going on a flight. Close to the RDU airport with a free shuttle every 30 minutes. No coffee or refrigerator in room. Video surveillance on site and enough people coming and going it seems relative safe. Would recommend the Asian restaurant across the street if you are looking for food. Otherwise, there is only a Cuban restaurant and gas station within walking distance.
Solid 3 star motel. Their sheets are white, which is a good sign to me. After reading reviews, we checked our bed and found no bed bugs and slept very soundly for the two nights we stayed. The breakfast was a decent assortment of things and the lobby was very lively in the morning with plenty of people working on laptops and just hanging around and chatting. For a quick trip, it worked and we were comfortable.
