Microtel Inn & Suites (RDU)

The bathroom was so clean and bright! Rooms were small but great use of space- love the window seat! Only downside is the elevator and lobby are a bit tired and I felt a but uncomfortable staying in the hotel as a single female.

A great location to stay a night before a flight. Shuttle service to the airport was convenient, clean, polite and helpful. Rooms were small but very clean and comfy. Wifi, bathtub, and very courteous staff. Some noise thru walls and from air and car traffic, but not unexpected in that location or a problem that would deter a future stay.

I spent forever trying to find a hotel that wasn't $250 a night and was clean! This is the one. The beds and the bathrooms were clean and I will be using this hotel on my next trip.

I didn’t get to stay at this hotel as I got there accidentally (my shuttle was supposed to bring me to another hotel) but the front desk stuff is so polite and helpful! They helped me to get to my destination in no time and were very kind. I would consider staying there if I ever have to.

Got there two hours before check in. Asked if I could check in early, Saveen, the man at the front desk check to see. The room I reserved was not ready, however there was a room ready which my wife and I accepted. The hotel is very clean inside and out, and up to date. To control the a/c heater system, it is now control by a wall unit. Also, Raj was very pleasant to dinner act with.

Service was amazing, room was excellent and clean. It was perfect for coming one night to see a concert at PNC Areana. Gas station is next door which was very convenient! The restaurants near door are great. Texas steakhouse was amazing! Will definitely come back!

Me and my father stayed here when I went to my drill for Sea Cadets. Good hotel if you're by yourself, but if you have 2 people then not so much. The room in neat and orderly- it's just a little weird having 1 bed. There is a windowsill little couch-like bed which is comfy enough, though. Also the microwave is downstairs so if you're on the 3rd floor like we were that's kinda a bummer. Overall decent little place to stay.

Very reasonable price - it is close to the airport with extremely helpful staff, as well as clean and comfortable facilities. Great for an overnight stay if you have a long layover.

Offer airport pickup from RDU. No breakfast during pandemic. Very considerate desk clerk.

Overall and for the price charged it was a decent hotel. I'm very picky about how hotel and it could be a little bit cleaner. I did find some stuff that I don't wanna comment here that was no pleasurable but again for the price and for a quick night stay it was decent enough. One last point is that it's a really easy access to the airport if that's something you are looking for, we literally just drove straight forward for 2 or 3 min and we were already at the terminal we were supposed to be.

Clean rooms,helpful staff..Hotel is kept up and not neglected...Can't beat location for flying...small rooms,but it's in the name "micro" tel...just enough space for me and luggage...surprisingly nice stay...

This is a great hotel, only booked for 1night for early plane, the rooms was nice and clean and beds was comfortable. The airport shuttle was great got us there on time and picked us up when we arrived back, (free). There extended parking is great, affordable, and safe. We definitely will be returning.

This place had a humble but cosy feeling to it. My room is super clean and though small, it made me feel at ease. Front desk staff was also very friendly.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful! Was pleasantly surprised at the hospitality. Rooms and building were clean and neat. Location was perfect from the airport . The shuttle driver to and from the airports is professional and respectful helping with bags without hesitation. Great driver even slowing for bumps to not bounce the vehicle for a smooth ride.

I loved it , i tallked about this hotel whole time i was in NC , n to get a chance to sleep there was an Honor very respectful people . CHECKED ME IN EARLY , I LOVED THE BEAUTIFUL ROSES OUT FRONT , GRASS WAS GREEN N CLEAN. CLOSE BY A STORE N WALKING DISTANCE ,.

Please hit like, if this helps. Need 17 more for Google. Anyway, I wanted to go to this location only because it was a few miles from the airport. I checked my GPS and there is a Circle K next door or actually sharing the same lot, easy stroll to grab a coffee, cold drink and snacks to name a few. So, I stopped at Circle K for snacks and coffee. Then I found a spot for my RV. There really is no parking for big vehicles here. If I knew that, I wouldn't have made any reservations. I parked next to the shipping container in the back. There were a few large work trucks that parked on the side, but people had to squeeze by them. The lot is a half circle going around the building. I went inside the man at the desk was great. But, they have a deposit of $50.00 a day. I had paid online. He needed my card for the $50.00. I went to my room the TV was snowy. He called and said it was fixed as I was outside. Went to my room and it wasn't fixed, he came up later and changed input back. It worked. I turned it off to test it, it did not work. Obviously it was an input issue. He wanted to give me the room next door, but there was no freezer. So, I stayed in my room and left the TV on. So if you have TV issues change the input and you will be fine. Other issues was breakfast. A biscuit, a yogurt which I don't like or a packaged small muffin in kitchen or more of a break room with no tables. Made coffee with powdered cream and left. I have pics. Oh, the airplanes fly over the hotel. Couldn't get a good shot. During the day some where pretty close, the shade passed me. Thought it was cool. At night not as close, bad pics. You don't hear the planes in your room. Place issue clean. No complaints but the TV. No big deal. I took pics of circle k as well. Everything you would need and more. Good Luck and Be Safe!

I was nervous staying here based on other reviews however we gave it a shot and it was fine. We did smell weed in the hallway like other reviews said (but this is an allegedly non smoking hotel?) Otherwise the room was clean and did not smell but rather dated in appearance. The staff were helpful and friendly and there was a convenient airport shuttle available. The breakfast was just okay not many options but there was hot waffles (though it would be hard for someone who needs to be gluten free to find anything). The coffee at breakfast don't bother it tastes awful and there is none in the room which is a first for any hotel I've ever been to. Overall though we would stay here again as it was decent and reasonable.

Price is very reasonable. Rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast options usually include orange juice, apple juice, fruit, yogurt, breakfast burrito, waffle maker and Coffee. The hotel is located at the end of the Raleigh-Durham Airport so plane lovers get a chance to see planes land and takeoff.

Perfect place to leave your car, take their shuttle over to the airport & get picked up when your flight comes back in. Rooms are renovated beautifully.

After a long journey crossing states after states and settling I booked this motel no problems checking in but the first room they gave me had a foul mold smell it think there was a leak in the closet, however I notified the front desk and explained that me or my child could not be in or around mold like that my son has asthma and im on dialysis the clerk apologized and gave me another room upstairs and wow what a difference the rooms were clean and nice we slept so good til we had to get another night the bathrooms were emaculant 2 thumbs up for the 🧹 cleaning crew. Next time I visit NC I definitely will book again☺️

The hotel was very clean and accessible. Room was neat and well laid out. The 2 biggest issues I have that it is near the airport, so there was regular flight traffic especially during daylight hours, and that the only light at the bed was a very bright fluorescent. Otherwise, a great stay during a fantastic road-trip!

It wasn't attractive, but it was convenient and provided a good quality stay near the airport. I got in around 1am and it was difficult finding a hotel under $100 that did 24 hours check ins. This Microtel was 4 minutes away, booked me with no fuss, had a comfortable bed, and provided breakfast. Close to a gas station and I40.

My flight from RDU was delayed and I received a hotel voucher for this location. I expected a run down motel but was very pleasantly surprised by this Microtel. The rooms were small but very clean and the customer service was excellent from both the front desk and the driver of the airport shuttle. The hotel is also conveniently located adjacent to a convenience store if you need any impromptu overnight items. I would happily stay here again if in the area of the Raleigh airport.

Amazingly quiet for being close to yhe interstate and the airport. Rooms were clean. No carpet in rooms helps keep allergens down also. They have a microwave and small fridge.... for us, perfect.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay before or after a flight! The rooms were small, but clean and updated. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. There is a free shuttle service to the airport that was very convenient for our early flights and to drop off our rental car the night before. Highly recommend.

Used On Air Parking to park my car at this location. They are less than five minutes from the airport.

We stayed here for three nights as we explored Raleigh for the first time. Small but perfect if you are going to be going going going. Breakfast is not the best, but it’s there. When we walked in we could tell they are definitely struggling with people smoking. However, waking up to an employee screaming in the hallway about it was unprofessional. This was early morning too. The walls are EXTREMELY thing, we could here the person next to us playing a video on their phone. Overall, would recommend for a quick stay if you’re just sleeping there and not spending a lot of time.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Less than a 10 min drive to raliegh airport.

The desk attendant broke down the rates & lowered my rate when I booked extra night to match what I paid through a 3rd party source (Priceline.com\ Booked a flight probably wouldn't flight through them. Flexibility not an option. Air fare is optional.
