its neat and clean and with cozy welcoming rooms. nice and quite for business trips and family friendly for vacation
Honestly they have gone down since I last stayed here 10 years ago. First I was very disappointed that they didn't have breakfast available nor was I informed prior to booking that it was not available. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known. Guess imma pay 100 plus breakfast. The room was not as clean as it should have been. DO NOT TOUCH THE DOOR HANDLES
We have been here a few times for quick stays on the weekend.
Beautiful atrium and yummy breakfasts. Loved the omelette bar this Sunday!
Was here for the Maggy Awards Party (vendor), the lobby in this hotel is absolutely stunning, it has a bar and a brick oven pizza kitchen on site, and is a nice well lit open area with plenty of lounging room! Would love to spend a weekend here!
I recently traveled to a business conference held at the Embassy Suites! I have been to a number of conferences over the years at this location, but this most recent time showed off the newly renovated property (February 26th, 2020). I must say that the renovations make the conference center appear to be brand new! The look and feel have increased tremendously!
This was the first occasion I had to stay overnight at the center! The room was spacious & clean! It was top notch and very close to being on par with the few Ritz Carlton Properties I have stayed at
This was my second stay at Embassy Suites in Cary, N.C. I absolutely loved my suite with a view of the woods.
Also, breakfast was great.( gobs of food choices)
Hats off to the waitress named 'Little Dear'. She was SUPER sweet.
I can't say that for the rest of the staff.
My family and I have been staying at this hotel every Chistmas for 21 years and counting. They just finished the renovations and the place looks great! Very modern. Nothing beats the happy hour 2 free drinks per night and some snacks and they do this every night. Breakfast is included and it's always good including the omelet station. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.
Nice and modern hotel with very friendly staff. Awesome breakfast and a nice bar. Rooms a well equipped and quite big. After shifting the room I can say that they are although quite.
Restaurants are in walking distance.
We stayed there for Thanksgiving night. Really nice hotel. Quiet and clean. Would definitely stay there again, especially on the weekends, when not many business travellers.
Beautiful with the renovations, but it was homey and inviting before and I miss that. Disappointed that the hot tub wasn't up, and fee for parking. We went for New Year's eve, and even though it may not be the hotels fault it felt abandoned and like we were one of the few visitors.
Stayed here instead of the Umstead, where we stayed last year. The staff is wonderful, and maintenance was on target with a heating issue. My only complaint is that the bathroom was very dated. Everything else was fantastic. Their complimentary breakfast was incredible!
Great modernized Embassy Suites. Clean fresh hotel. Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Always cool to check into a Hilton hotel with a staff member from out of state. The man I checked in with was from Chantilly, VA. We chatted about the Udvar-Hazey annex to the Air & Space museum in DC.
Was there for my daughters soccer tournament. The place looked great. Room was excellent. All the staff was friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great job!!
Very nice and clean. Amazing Decor. The have. A bar and grill that stays open late. Friendly and welcoming customer service
This hotel has been beautifully renovated and I had a fantastic two week stay here while on a work trip. I had two minor issues and the staff couldn’t have been faster to resolve, and staff remembered me as I was staying there for a while and this made the service feel extra special. The beds are very comfortable and my corner room was very spacious! The food available at breakfast and for room service was limited but what was on offer was very delicious! Will be asking to stay here again when travelling for work
We stayed here for one night in October, 2019. The check in person was very pleasant; she answered my questions and called right away to make sure we had a pack and play/crib in the room. She explained everything - I wish I remembered her name to make sure she got the kudos she deserved.
The rooms themselves are very nice. I know it's been remodeled and they did a very nice job. It was still being remodeled when we were there, but nothing that caused any disturbances to our stay.
We attended the nightly reception. I don't drink but my husband was disappointed regarding the lack of beers on tap that were included in the reception. Also, the reception food was okay, but kept running out and staff was not very good at making sure it was being replaced in a timely fashion.
The air conditioner in the room itself did not work very well. I put the AC very low and the bedroom was still hot. You could feel the air blow out of the vent in the livingroom, but barely any air was coming out of the vent in the bedroom.
The breakfast in the morning was nice, nothing spectacular as we stay at Embassy suites often, but it was good. One thing I did really like and appreciate is that the orange juice was actually cold!
All in all, we would stay here again.
Great place for training event convention, or the like. Construction wasn’t yet finished but wasn’t an issue. Location is relatively close to restaurants & shops should you want or need anything. The manager’s reception and daily breakfast are great as well.
Currently under a renovation, but nice facility. Staff is welcoming (Grover was my favorite, very personable), located near a nice shopping center within walking distance, conveniently situated off the interstate, nice spacious rooms, excellent event spacing available, all needs can be met within the facility. I really enjoyed my stay overall.
This hotel was amazing. They were doing construction, but it was not an issue. The rooms were beautiful. The staff went above and beyond. Christine from Kenya was a particular life saver. And when I got the breakfast time wrong, even though the staff was trying clean up, the chef made me an omelet and the staff got a me a cup of coffee. Well worth staying here.
The rooms where awesome. But they cut down drinks during happy hour to two drinks. A little disappointed about that. But that was the only disappointment everything else was great even working through the remodeling it was still a awesomeand I want to give a shout out to the woman who's been there for over 20 years she drove us to the train station. I forget her name but she's awesome she's a black woman older. But beautiful and great customer service. She deserves a raise. And thank you for the awesome stay...
I have been very fortunate to have been working for Hilton on various projects around the country and here as well.
The real treat was when my children booked a room for my wife and I for the weekend recently. They certainly lived up to the great reputation that is well earned. The staff is always courteous and professional and always went the extra mile. You can tell they love their work and are proud of the facility.
One of the absolute best hotels I've ever been to. Very clean and friendly staff. The service here is amazing. The view from the floors are gorgeous both inside and out. The burgers here are quite good from room service and the prices are reasonable. Definitely a 5 star hotel at a very reasonable price.
