Great experience! Front desk staff and manager were super friendly and helpful. However, Would have loved if the hot tub was back open permanently. Overall we’ll definitely visit again!

Pictures do it no justice, much nicer in person. We really enjoyed our stay here. I'm very big on cleanliness the rooms were perfect. Loved having the Keurig in the room. Kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was very good minus the omelette station running out of products both days we were there. That was the only negative. We would definitely stay here again when in the Raleigh area.

One of my favorite hotels in the area. Spacious rooms that are clean and the beds are comfy. I like that there is a microwave in the room (I was in a suite specifically) as opposed to being downstairs in the lobby like some other hotels. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

I am a loyal fan of Embassy Suites and overall our stay was almost perfect. Breakfast was a made to order omelette with fresh fruit and orange juice. Each evening free drinks at the bar with pretzels. Mid size pool and equipped gym and shower areas. The only complaint was the bathroom bath tub slow drain rm 413.

I would highly recommend this hotel! From being picked up and dropped off at the airport with their free shuttle service, to the happy hour and complimentary breakfast, reserving pool and gym time (due to COVID restrictions), the staff was phenomenal.

The main areas, lobby and reception, were clean and felt safe.

I cant remember if his name was mark or Michael..but when I checked in, he was so pleasant and understanding. I appreciated his superb customer service! Thank you! Room was clean and Sharad at the reception night was very accommodating.. The ladies and gent at breakfast were extremely pleasant and attentive!!! I truly enjoyed my stay! Continue the "extra mile" customer service!

I've always loved this place, though I do miss the old 90s interior design. It felt very chic and classy, and I especially miss the old fountain and plants in the atrium. It feels kind of empty without that. Maybe add some more plants? It's probably just a personal taste thing, but y'all do what you gotta do. Service has always been excellent and the rooms have always been good.

The property is quite nice. I’ve stayed multiple times on trips this summer. I was caught off guard on this trip when I was charged $10 dollars for parking. This was not the case on my previous visits. And this charge isn’t included in the nightly rate when you book. Also, the parking at the hotel is ample and never full so charging for parking seems a bit “gougey” in my opinion.

OUTSTANDING is the only word I can use to summarize Embassy Suites. The property and interior is beautiful. The staff is kind and accommodating. The food is delicious. The management is outstanding. If you are thinking about hosting an event here, think no further ad this is the best place with the best people! Carlos the banquets manager is wonderful to work with and exceptional when it comes to ensuring you have everything you need for your event.

Attended an industry training event hosted at the Embassy Suites. The staff was courteous, kind, and always helpful.

The room was enormous! The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The coolest feature was a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser mounted to the wall in the shower. No more wasted bottles in every room!

The first room we were put in someone had been in and left used and I don’t think the staff knew about it, so this was very strange so we had to go back to get a different room. Being Hilton Honors members, we had searched for the right kind of room for our stay, and had chosen a Wellness room as they call it but the front desk people didn’t know anything about that which was odd so it probably should be removed from Google and the Hilton app because you’re charging extra for amenities you’re not providing. The breakfast was good with lots of selections and a great omelette chef. Overall this would have been a five star visit had we received what was listed.

The suite was perfect for our needs and the amenities nice. Made to order breakfast was very good. Surprised to find two used washcloths left in the bathroom and a few ants wandering around. The bed was diappointing. Anticipating a lovely cushion of comfort after a long drive, instead it was hard and unforgiving. What pushed it from 3 to 4 stars is the work area. It accommodated my needs perfectly as this was a working vacation...and the breakfast was outstanding.

Great hotel. Very nice and clean inside. The staff for breakfast went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and keep the place spotless.

Room was good. . Brand new TV’s in front and bedroom. Everything was clean. The pillows weren’t very comfortable and the mattress was a little hard for my liking but those aren’t deal breakers for our 1 night stay.

We visited for a convention and were there for a week. Everyone at the hotel were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Amina in the breakfast area was so nice. She was smiling every time we seen her. Brook & Kirsten at the front desk were very friendly and helpful!!

I work for another Hilton property but I love coming to stay here! The front desk staff is AMAZING. Some of the most friendly people. They always great you with a smile. Even when we came during the pandemic it was amazing. The breakfast was so yummy and the drinks at night were good! The pool was awesome. Only thing is i wish the hot tub was open but it was being fixed! Can’t wait to come back and visit again. Most relaxing place to stay!

The rooms are great! The breakfast order and happy hour I just phenomenal touches. But, the staff here made it exceptional. They truly want to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Angela went over and above to help me get some of the things I needed for my stay. I now have a favorite hotel

We stayed for a weekend and had breakfast at the hotel. Wonderful staff, especially the restaurant staff Melody. She is the sweetest person ever. She was kind, engaging and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. When breakfast time was about to be over, she let us know so that we could go for a last round at the buffet. She made sure that we felt absolutely welcome here. It’s the small things that make a big difference. We would stay here again just because of her.

Excellent hotel! This is our second time here. The first was during Covid and that last trip would've been more stressful if we didn't see all the extreme steps they took to keep everything clean! We remember they had someone cleaning the elevators constantly! Anyhow- this time was just as good! Everything is always pristine, and they've added these air purifiers in all the rooms too. Service is always top notch and all the employees always have a friendly attitude- must be a great place to work! Breakfast is pretty amazing too! Wish I thought to take a before picture of the beautiful omelets they make to order, but all you get is the almost empty plate! Ha!

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, FRIENDLY STAFF

After "check-in" through the app it appeared that my bed type had changed from KING to 2 DOUBLES. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Adrienne. Adrienne was extremely pleasant and professional. She promptly switched my room from 2 DOUBLES TO KING per the original reservation made July 18th. She was very professional during the entire ordeal although she was very busy checking in soccer teams. Thank you Adrienne!!

Shout out to entire breakfast team. The hotel was sold out but dishes were picked up with a smile, tables sanitized, food was plentiful, etc... My omelette was fantastic! Thanks to all!!

THE HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS!! THANKS TO ALL!!

Is the Marriott titanium elite member I typically always choose Marriott. My travel companions are wanted to stay at a Hilton, and I was pleasantly surprised by this embassy suites. The hotel is nice and clean, but the highlight of my stay was the great service at the reception and at the breakfast in the morning. Amina was so attentive and kind which was a perfect send off making sure I had everything I needed as I left. If I’m back in the area, I will definitely be back.

I did not stay in hotel but had a convention I attended. It was very 5 star worthy. The staff was super friendly and kept it clean. But the main lobby was just amazing. The water fountains are beautiful with super comfy little nook seats or open seating available.

When I walked in the hotel, I was greeted by the BEST representative name Nabeel. He was very helpful and pleasant and he had the best personality great customer service. He had a smile on his face, and he made me feel very welcomed after a long drive to get to the hotel. Those are the type of people you want to greet you, someone with a smile, friendly and great customer service skills, embassy suites, need to keep him and allow him to train other individuals on how to greet their guests.

The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is particularly welcoming. They were a particular help to us when our car would not start, and they went beyond what was necessary to ensure that we got to our appointment on time. The complementary breakfast is significantly better than most. A particular shout out to the staff at the complementary breakfast. They are very helpful and warm and particularly cheerful, given the hour. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to the area.

Earlier this month my husband and I were invited to a work event to honor their employees for the year. I was surprised at the size of the room but I really enjoyed that we had space and didn’t feel we were on top of each other while in the room. The room was very clean and put together really well. I really enjoyed the location being close to local restaurants.

Stayed here and participated in a conference within the hotel for three days. This was the nicest hotel experience I have had in the U.S. in a long time. Very nice suites. Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent, really beyond what is usually provided at U.S. hotels. The hotel and parking are mostly surrounded by a forested buffer. It was a nice area to go for an outside walk throughout the day. The facilitation of conference events was also excellent. Thanks!

I had such a great experience! The hotel staff is so friendly specially the lady from the breakfast bar. She had a beautiful smile on her face while helping me. She was very attentive. Loved the happy hour area with the 2 free drinks and snacks. The gym was clean and quiet and had very good equipment. The room was clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. Great hospitality service!

This our first time staying at an Embassy Suites hotel. We're used to Marriots brand because of the kitchenettes. My kids absolutely loved their stay here. From the check in to the check out everything went very smooth. Our decision to stay in this hotel started with a phone call I made to Embassy Suites and another hotel. I was trying to decide on which of the two we should stay in. When my call was picked at this hotel, I was amazed at the niceness of the person that answered the phone. Most times when one calls a hotel's front desk to make enquiries, the staff that answers the call either sounds grumpy, cold or distracted. But that wasn't the case with this hotel. Nabeel, the staff that took my call was very pleasant on the phone, patient, professional and very understanding. He answered all my questions about the breakfast food, proximity of the hotel from the airport and late check-in nicely with smiles(I could tell from his voice). I decided this was where we would stay when we get to NC. We arrived late and was able to check-in. The night staff, Dementra(Mimi) was professional and very kind to us. She exhibited what I felt on that phone call. My kids love her. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff, Littledeer, was very courteous, nice and kind. She was always ready to help and she guided us around the food area. We missed her at breakfast the next day because she was off. We really wanted to see her and her sweet smiles that lights up the room. Every one I spoke to at the hotel about Littledeer, agreed that she is a sweet lady. Our check out was smooth. Nabeel cheked us out of our room. I did let him know he was a big part in our decision to stay at this hotel because I don't think anybody would like to stay in a hotel that has grumpy staff. Thank you to all the staff that made our short stay a comfortable and beautiful one!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a short weekend birthday getaway. Our room was very clean. We received great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located. The price was decent for the quality of the room. We love the climate control A/C, that allows us to control the temperature by the push off a button on the wall. We always look for hotel rooms that do not have the floor units. Sometimes the floor units contain dust particles- which doesn't agree with our sinuses. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan to stay again in the near future.

My family and I visit this hotel every couple of months for mini- vacations.

We love that this hotel is close to every major event in Raleigh/ Cary area.

We love the staff..they make everyone feel like family! We come every couple of months and it is nice to see the same faces of those in the restaurant/ bar .. like “Angel”. Also, huge shout out to receptionist “Xenia”!! We were experiencing an issue with our reservation via the online reservationist. Within 5 minutes of me explaining the issue…. She had resolved the issue!

Love this place and the staff!!

Great rooms, comfy beds, and the area inside the hotel is beautiful. The inner courtyard is calming and serene. The morning breakfast is excellent. They serve a breakfast buffet or you can walk over to the special order area and they will cook you an Omelet to your preferred taste. Great for a stay as a couple or with the kids.

We hosted our 400 person national conference here this past week, and it was a great venue! We had plenty of space for a main general session space, plus plenty of different meeting spaces they have were perfect for all of our breakout sessions. The open atrium with natural lighting was the highlight, and became the go-to spot for deep conversations and networking outside of the main sessions. In addition to being a great space, the management team was very collaborative and accommodating to our needs. The team was easy to partner with from the very early stages of planning all the way through tear-down!

This is a beautiful well maintained hotel conveniently located near almost everything. It is in a park like setting. The only thing I would say is be observant. They have homeless encamped at the edge of the property, and no one is doing anything about them.

I had a delightful stay at The Ambassy Suites where I was on a business trip. I anxiously look forward to staying in this hotel many more times. The accommodations are spacious, modern and very comfortable. The gym and spa do not disappoint. What made my stay extra special was the gracious and attentive staff that were always available to provide help or a smile. The lady from Morocco was so sweet and did not hesitate to brew more coffee although complimentary breakfast window was just about to close.

It was a wonderful experience! Thank you

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was huge! Really enjoyed the breakfast. Alvaro made me the best-tasting omelette, Amina was very helpful and attentive, she kept my table clean and even offered a to-go container. It meant a lot for me as a busy traveler! Always a treat coming to this hotel.

Embassy Suite Triangle Research in Cary, NC has excellent staff! Thomas Parrish went above and beyond assisting us! We were hungry late, late one night and he offered to drive us to get something to eat. He was very patience with the elderly ladies in our group with assisting us on and off the van and entertaining us! He is a jewel!

The room layout is one of my favorites. The bedroom can be closed off, leaving the wet bar, bathroom, and sitting room open for business associates to work, and/or family friends to pop in & out.

There was plenty of room on the main level for everyone to meet and hang out. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

The furniture in the lobby was in depsperate need of a good cleaning. The stains were so significant that we couldn't sit on any of the upholstered furniture near the front desk.

I will admit this was a bit of a surprise because the area was nice. The decor was current trendy, too.

Fantastic stay. Very nice, large, comfortable rooms. Excellent service from the staff, and a large selection of restaurants and stores within walking distance. My only constructive criticism would be trying to use the digital key in their phone app sometimes won't work, taking several retries (once an app restart) due to poor signal. They need AT&T (and possibly Verizon) antenna boosters in the hotel. It can be a little nervous at 1am being locked outside your room with several failed unlock attempts.

Beautiful establishment. Nice staff. I had just a few observations. The vending machine didn't take dollars and who has $2 of change on them.. there was a beer bottle cap on my trashcan and some kind of rust was on the shower. Maybe hard water stains. But other than those minor observations, everything was lovely.

I initially wrote my opinion on this Embassy thinking it was a different Hilton hotel I visited over the past several days that Google gave me an opportunity to review. I attended a symposium at the Embassy and stayed at another Hilton hotel down the road so there was some confusion on my part. I must say the Embassy, though I was only there for a conference, was outstanding. The restaurant was great and the cook offered to make me breakfast even though they were preparing to cater lunch to the symposium. The lobby restrooms were clean and there were plenty of sitting areas to use when on break from the conference. Spacious parking and within walking distance from Bass Pro. We have held our annual meeting at the Embassy for the last several years and hope to continue doing so. Again, I apologize for my initial review.

Clean, staff is friendly, the courtyard is massive (per embassy suit standards). The room I was in had it's own living room which is always nice. The gym was fantastic, with a full set of weights, and the pool was also well taken care of. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was better than expected, and the bar is huge with an unhealthy selection of just about everything you'd want. My one disappointment was breakfast. Large space for a small selection of standard eggs, bacon, potatos, cereal, etc. But none of it looked appealing. The scrambled eggs were dry, but sufficient. The coffee was a bit weak, but them I'm an espresso guy. Next time I'll just avoid breakfast. Ending on a high note of service: leaving to the airport the shuttle was full. So the front desk called and paid for a cab. Overall I felt well taken care of and would recommend a stay.

Very nice hotel. Free made to order breakfast and free happy hour cocktails. Waking distance to quite a few places to eat and Bass Pro Shops. The gym isn't great but dumbbells go to 75lbs. Indoor pool.

First of all the greeting from Ms. Xena was outstanding. She was very polite, helpful and knew what I wanted before I even asked abs took care of my needs immediately. She made me felt like the Diamond member that I am. Second the room is amazing, from it being cleaned above standards and spacious. I can’t wait to try the restaurant and bar.!!! Thank you again Ms. Xena for a pleasant check in.

Part 2 the food is wonderful. I had the steak tip sandwich is delightful to the pallet. One would expect for a steak tip sandwich to be kind of tough. Nevertheless, this steak is tender, season perfectly, the salté onion was juicy and not over cooked and the cheese was melted perfectly, and the meat was glazed just right. My waitress Maria was very very attentive, my glass never went below halfway not to mention she checked on me to see if I need anything at all, she will get a great tip.

Overall this is by far one of the best or maybe the best place I’ve stayed in years. Wonderful staff I’m just speechless of how wonderful this place is. The price is even wonderful also.

Xena the Warrior Princess saves the day!

We were only able to book 1 night and when we checked in Xena was able to get us our 4 night stay. Love the breakfast omelettes and the social hour! My only complaint is you can hear your neighbors pretty well through the walls but it hasn't caused us issues.

I am Realtor from Orlando, visiting Cary to speak at a real estate conference being hosted at the Raleigh Realtor Association (.5 mile from hotel) I Stayed 1 night. This Embassy Suites was perfect for business travel. Very clean, great service updated and comfortable. We had 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, which is enough space for 3. We arrived later in the evening and were grateful to grab a quick dinner at the hotel restaurant. The dinner was great. The morning breakfast is included and offered great selections while being very convenient & fast. I absolutely recommend this location for any business travelers.

The serviced was mixed. Some of the employees were great but others were a little bit rude. It was a bit dated also. That being said I loved the free breakfast buffet AND the managers evening snack. The location was excellent, right by the airport.

A nice hotel in a good location with excellent amenities. The inside of the hotel is very nice with beautiful water features and koi. They are located close to a green way where you can go run and walk. Their are some restaurants and bars with in walking distance.

Yesterday morning, the hubs, our dog & I were stranded on I 40, due to a car accident rendering our car undriveable. A kind police officer dropped us off at The Embassy. Jabeel showed us, not even guests, the most kindness and caring. He assisted me in obtaining a rental car reservation, and even shuttled me to the airport to pick up the car! What a great experience! There was also a young woman there, whose name I did not get. She was awesome, as well! When we return, we will definitely stay here!!!

A HUGE shout out to Lisa, the Front Desk Manager. She was instrumental in helping me retrieve my lost phone, which was a great blessing. Super friendly, very sweet, explained everything I asked, and had our room cleaned right away when asked during our extended stay here. She was exceptional in her duties. The hotel is very clean, great food and drink, and has a nice pool. The cleaning staff is very nice as well.

We are really enjoying our stay here. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here. Very pleased... Richard

This was potentially the greatest hotel stay I’ve ever had, but it was influenced by one factor more than the others. The hotel was perfectly located for what I needed, it is clean open and friendly, but in the end, it’s because I got the most extra extraordinary hotel room I have ever had… This little gym was literally inside of my room! The room itself was incredibly large with a seating area, comfortable bed and a refrigerator. They also offered complementary refreshments based on the gym. There was a free smoothie and other hydration options. I was literally in heaven!

This hotel was in a great location for what I needed while working at the airport. It wasn't too far of a drive. There are also some restaurants near by in the strip mall across the street.

Upon check in, the front desk was a bit slow and not very welcoming. They were probably a little busy with something else when I arrived. Anyway, it was a bit early and they found me a room and checked me in. No water was offered as that is something that they all do. Not a big deal.

The room was spacious and the bed comfy. Big TV set in the bedroom. Plenty of pillows. Quiet on the 7th floor. Breakfast was good, like all embassies.

The one problem that I found was charging for parking. One of the reasons I use embassy suites is because there is plenty of free parking. More hotels are doing this. I don't think there is any real good reason for doing this other than making a little bit more money. What's the reasoning behind this?

In all, this was a good place for a few days. It was clean. Looked fairly new. Tons of parking. I didn't find honors parking but again, not a problem.

I would stay here again.

They tried to charge me twice, I paid when I booked, then tried to charge twice the incidental charge, I have to call tomorrow to make sure I wasn't charged twice, because there was an additional charge today on my account. The front desk lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. Checking out the other woman was confused at what happened, now I am confused, we spent tons of money with the hotel function and lots of rooms booked for it. But the hotel is very nice, rooms clean and comfy. I have stayed here before and will again next year.

First- I can’t say enough about Thomas & Corey. These are two standup employees who conduct themselves as class acts through extremely difficult hospitality situations. Always first to offer a solution with kindness and a smile.

Second- The large 9 Panel monitor in the back left lobby corner is slightly bothersome. A waste of technology greatness dedicated to the most discerning Burning Man veterans. I have a firm belief that politics and/or sports should be offered instead of the moving acid trip would be greatly appreciated.

Respectfully-

A very happy patron

Excellent accommodations. Buffet style breakfast with an omelette station. Then, complimentary evenings with 2 free drinks and snacks. Overwhelmed by the ambiance of the atrium as I go up and down the elevator. Heated indoor pool for swimming pleasures during the cold. Absolutely perfect.

Let’s start out with the staff, they were awesome! The hotel itself was great. The open lobby was very large and was great for the evening reception and morning breakfast. The breakfast at this place was great. The omelettes were my favorite. The gym here was one of my favorites that I have used at a hotel. They had a lot of exercise equipment from bike, elliptical, treadmill, free weights, machine weight, mats, resistance bands, etc. The indoor pool looked really nice(never used it). The hotel room was really nice. Beds were good but could have been better. Not very soft or comfortable. Bathroom could use an update, the tub/shower was a little out dated. The only thing that was bad at this hotel was the coffee! The coffee here was horrible. But luckily there is a Starbucks right down the road. Overall our experience here was great and would love to come back. Highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was delicious. Every staff member was extremely nice and accommodating. The pool was nicely heated. We did have a hiccup with our room on more than one occasion (dirty towels, leaking vent, etc.) but waiting to hear back from management. Assuming an appropriate response, I will gladly return to this location!

One of the best I have ever stayed in and kudos to the staff. Breakfast included, reception with two drinks, indoor pool with gym and the room was exceptional. The place was super clean and the place is gorgeous. Getting to the hotel was super efficient and getting out too. And there are more than five places walking distance to eat. Magnificent place we will come again to see the town.

My business partner and I held a class at this hotel and we were impressed! It’s is a great area. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive. The food was AWESOME—breakfast, as well as the catered lunch we purchased. I did have a problem with my refrigerator when I first got in, but it was swiftly replaced. You do have to call for housekeeping services after you’ve been there two days. They also have a shuttle to and from the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This is the first time I have stayed in an Embassy Suites and I will say it’s been wonderful! Check in was super smooth and the room is beautiful! I got a 2 double bed room. The living area is separate from the bedroom which was super lovely. Now the breakfast was my favorite part!! Their selection is really good and even have a made to order omelette station which is cool. On our second day I was sent downstairs with a breakfast order and was having a hard time trying to carry my multiple plates and drinks back up to my room luckily Amlina saw me struggling and got me a tray and even plate covers to keep everything warm!! She was super helpful and kind. Overall my stay was 5 star and I would definitely stay here again!

There’s more PROs than cons at this location. First let me start by stating the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I received from Kirstin. Kirstin was friendly, professional, and so helpful. Kirstin knows her job and she knows how to assist customers. I first notice Kirstin’s friendly and professional attitude when she was assisting the customer in front of me. When it was my turn to check in I received the same service. Hilton should be proud to have Kirstin as an employee.

The rooms were well kept and clean but the bathroom and carpeting/flooring could some updating. The beds were comfortable, pillows were fluffy and bed linens were clean. The towels in the bathroom were nice and soft.

The hotel itself is clean and the all inclusive breakfast has an omelet station that is beyond clean and delicious.

The pool and pool area could use an update along with furniture. The air conditioning vents in most rooms have some black residue from the condensation.

Overall I was pleased and would stay at this location again. I recommend this establishment.

Would like to add a review for this evening‘s dinner located at Embassy suites in the Carey area of Raleigh. Our servers name was Allie.

She was up most professional. She presented extremely well with a very well knowledge of the menu and the items for dinner she could speak to them and she provided exceptional customer service. She knew the menu well, but most importantly, she knew the proper follow up for two people that were not necessarily able to stay very long for dinner and we greatly appreciate her. Great customer service and making us feel so welcome.

Wonderful property and wonderful staff. Great proximity to RDU is a plus. The omelette and the included breakfast buffet is delicious. However, this property is known to constantly have some fun but rowdy events on weekends. The rooms on the higher fliers will be more insulated from the loud crowds. But you are almost guaranteed to have people knocking on your door in the middle of the night looking for someone else. Not the end of the world, and none of it is the fault of the property or it’s staff. Gorgeous property, decor, and very hospitable staff though. Forgot to mention that the staff here have the best attention to detail of any Hilton property, as well as any hotel brand I have personally witnessed in the USA. They take cleanliness to whole other level. It’s seems that they have a specific housekeeper assigned primarily to elevators. The wonderful lady was scrubbing the elevator when I entered, she stopped to greet me, pressed the button for me, then continued to scrub the interior of the elevator, only to stop again and wish me a nice day on my way out. It is very obvious that staff love their jobs, and it also very apparent that they under the leadership of a true Hotelier there. This is very rare to see in USA but it is certainly appreciated. Thank you to the Hotel Staff and their General Manager!

Good location, a clean room, a good breakfast, and good evening snacks and drinks. Very kid-friendly. The pool had a lot of mold in the ceiling and the support beams, and no pool towels after requesting them multiple times, but understand they were busy and shirt-handed. There's a tennis court, I wish I had brought my racket to play.

My parents stayed here for a banquet, and I came to visit in true spoiled child fashion.

This place is beautiful! Something about the skylight view just really sells the ambiance. It gives high end but with an affordable price tag. Better believe I'm booking a room here when I need to come in town...and not stay with family 🤭.

You should book it!

Average Embassy Suites. The shower was weird because it didn't seem to have a flat bottom in the tub. Almost like standing in a canoe. The room was otherwise comfortable enough. The evening reception was ok but the bartender was kinda rude about how you were able to order from the bar. They were trying to keep patrons with drink coupons segregated from patrons that were paying for dinner. But it seemed odd and not well organized. Overall, not a terrible place to stay but not great either. Average.

The hotel and rooms themselves are in need of maintenance and upgrades in some areas, but the staff is wonderful overall. They really make the experience 5-star. The hotel receptionist, Karen, was very kind during check-in and offered to upgrade our room due to our room not being ready when we arrived. The breakfast attendants, Amina, Little Dear, and Melody, were absolutely phenomenal! They really helped get each day off to a great start both days that my husband and I were there. The breakfast buffet and omelet station were very good as well.

I spent 10 days at the Embassy Suites for two back to back conferences I was hosting. Lauren DeAlto went above and beyond in her service. She assisted with last minute items brought to me by my client, ensuring a smooth and successful conference for the attendees. The entire staff was flexible and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. If you’re considering booking an event here I absolutely recommend!!!

1. This is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel in America.

2. The breakfast attendants were VERY helpful with the foods and also in cleaning up the tables.

3. The rooms are huge. Two-room suites. Larger than most 1 bedroom apartments.

This is a lovely restful stay.

Hotel needs updating, especially the guest rooms. Our first room had a view of the air conditioning ducts and the air conditioning wasn't working. We were very uncomfortable the first night and requested a room change and got the run around until Thomas helped and moved us to a much better room. The breakfast is outstanding but the evening reception was skimpy. The pool needs better maintenance and was always so crowded that we really couldn't let our 2 year old granddaughter enjoy it. We were glad the hotel was pet friendly but there were no bags at the poop station, so the area around it was like a minefield of poop. Luckily we travel with our own bags.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and the spacious. The breakfast is not bad at all too. compared to a lot of other places I've stayed at in the Raleigh-Durham area this is a great one.

The breakfast is fabulous but it’s the staff in the breakfast area in the morning that were just the best. I was in charge of a 10 month old and 7 year old while their parents ran a marathon and they were so awesome helping me gather everything for the kids. I feel like I have 3 new friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have one encounter with the front rest with the man being just short of rude. I would say he was very short with his answers to our questions. Other than that it was a great start.

This hotel made me feel right at home after an extremely stressful day. It was so nice to lie on a couch after being on the road for several days. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, including the omelete station. Amina was my "server". She was friendly and right on task. Thank you for all the extra water! 😀

The room was great, clean and nice. Most of the staff were amazing. The man who checked us in and out was just short of rude. He took a call in the middle of checking us in and walked away with no comment, then my wife had to ask for our breakfast vouchers. Everyone else checking in was greeted kindly offered water... he might should be a different part of staffing then front desk. Again Everyone else housekeeping, culinary, the rest of the front desk were fabulous!

The only other negative was the pool (the reason we booked this place) the water was so dirty you couldn't see the light in the 3'.

Food was great, most of the service was top notch.

I was recently staying at this property as I was in town for the NCAA D2 Baseball Championships. Everything about my stay was AMAZING!!

We had a large group in the hotel…and everyone from management to the front desk personnel to the food and beverage staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. We were there for 11 days and absolutely nothing fell short of expectations.

BIG THANKS to Bill McCallen and his staff for a wonderful experience!! Can’t wait to come back down to the Triangle to see everyone again!!!

Wonderful experience at the Hilton in Cary NC. Great hospitality from beginning to end. I went for a two day weekend (birthday celebration). The breakfast is amazing and the refreshments during happy hours were also a treat. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back to this hotel!

Special thank you to Amina one of the breakfast servers for being so helpful and polite.

We've held a 600 person corporate event here for the last few years and having worked with countless venue teams I can say Carlos and his banquets team are some of the best. Fantastic attitude, accommodating and can pivot in a minutes notice if needed. The food is always top notch (and we do filet for 600 which is not an easy task for every culinary team). Their team is efficient with service during programing times and we always appreciate the facility being very, very clean.

A great stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. No equipment, which is fine. The living space is huge. Very fast WiFi so work is easy to do. A very comfortable stay.

Update: I must comment on the front desk staff. Most were curt and somewhat rude. One young lady continued to scroll through her phone while I asked a question. The initial check-in was good, but all communication beyond that was not. The front desk staff need to be trained.

I can't say enough about how this hotel accommodated me and my family when my mom passed. They were compassionate and we received good service. We also referred them and had other family members stay there. Front desk staff was phenominal!!! We will definitely stay there again when in area.
