Adrian and staff were great. Spent the night here before our flight out of Raleigh. Left our car in their lot and they shuttled us to the airport. Everything went smoothly and was as promised. Shuttle was quick to pick us up upon our return. Highly recommend!

Nice sized rooms and nice colors. Room looked clean and nice.

The building looks kept up and I could find no visible need of repairs.

Water gets hot quickly and as typical you get coffee makers and microwave in the room. A small iron is included, nice towels, nice TV.

I didn't use them but the floor I was on had snack and drink machines all at reasonable prices.

This is a fantastic hotel! It is clean - and if something isn't up to your liking, they take care of it immediately. The front desk staff is exceptional - even when extremely busy, are pleasant and customer focused (kudos to Adrian!).

The housekeeping staff goes out of their way to make sure guests needs are met.

The complimentary breakfast is really good - even though I would suggest adding another waffle maker.

I know this sounds like a paid review or a review prepared by one of the staff - but it isn't.

So let's add some negative (smile) - they have not had any bananas available for breakfast for the pass two mornings, and I wish they would not use Styrofoam plates - paper are better for the environment.

In short - You should BOOK THIS HOTEL - it is great all the way around!

Was only a one night stay but the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and an early breakfast was available. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

Im here now i loved the service, very respectful Employees and polite. Mixture of races working at the front desk, Hotel clean inside n outside .No hanging around the property with stragglers , no cigarette butts on the ground, workers stayed active n busy , included free breakfast from 6@m-9am , work out gym was clean , no stains on sheets or towls , i so enjoyed the whirlpool that was the best for me here in my room, never expected one every before .First time here at the Days Inn in North Carolina .Comfortable beds, spacey in the room with two beds , no noises from The Neighbors.. Iam enjoying my stay here n it was a j coles n usher concert going on so my week here was active with folks come in they booked out on rooms. Affordable rooms if you make reservations online

I actually had to go to the airport. So I parked my car in there parking lot. Note: which is located in the back of the hotel. The lobby attendant was very helpful and friendly.

I love this place! My initial thought in booking this place was the location of so many amazing quality outlets in the area! It's close to the airport, in which they offer a free shuttle to and from, there is also a workout room for cardio and light weights/cables.

I've been here for a few days editing fiction for the weekend!

The restaurants around the area are awesome and affordable as well.

Great people and awesome staff abroad.

Was pleasantly surprised. Quiet, extremely clean, comfortable rooms. It was cleaner than some more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were friendly and accommodating too. All other days inns should be like this one. Would gladly return.

Pleasantly surprised. For the rate I though it may have been not such a nice hotel. But all was good. Parking was well lit, clerk at the check in desk was very nice and polite, room was clean with in room coffee and it was very quite considering this was a Friday night. Only heard a few jets seeing as it is near the airport. Great stay at a great rate.

No frills hotel with a shuttle that starts at 5:00 a.m. to the airport. Rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful. Shuttle was on time.

After reading so many negative reviews I had a bad feeling about this accommodation. Upon arrival the front desk service was good, the facility was clean and well-kept. A negative experience was the extremely hot hallway and in our room on the third floor. It took several hours for the a/c to make the room comfortable. Checkout was quick and easy. Watch out for the reckless shuttle driver. When I was backing into a parking space the bus came barreling across the lot and actually passed between my vehicle and the space I was backing into. I blew the horn, driver of the shuttle blew back and never slowed down while entering the highway. Hang on to your children in the parking lot.

When your flight is delayed until midnight and rescheduled at noon the next day, call the front desk with your voucher and cross your fingers.... The shuttle may not be running, but if they gave rooms only about 2 miles and 17 dollars for a taxi and rest in the nice air conditioned room... Nice people yes I would recommend giving them a call...

The service and for what I do the location was great. 20 mins here, 20 minutes there, and obviously not during rush hours times. Quiet during the night. Bathroom can use a little TLC. I don't like to stay at a Days Inn but this is one of the very few that a lot of low budget hotels should be. Didn't reek of cigarettes or weed in the hallways or stairwells. It seriously was great for a Days inn. Good job to this team. To the housekeeping!!👏🏽🫱🏽‍🫲🏾, front desk 👏🏽🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 and management.

Unexpected stay. Pick-up at the airport is on time. The staff at the front desk is professional and efficient. The room and bathroom is clean with comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi connection. Big parking with walking distance restaurants.

Was going on vacation and stayed here for the convenience to park and shuttle to the airport.

The clerk at check in was fantastic as was the early morning clerk. The rooms were clean, new linens on the bed and the comfort level of the bed was good enough.

This is an older property and you can see the upgrades and repairs, but this place is clean and sufficient enough for an overnight stay, park your car, shuttle to the airport and back again.

And did I mention the shuttle drivers? They were courteous, friendly and helpful...

When we initially got our room the bathtub wasn't clean it had a ring around it so I went back to the front desk and they gave us a new one desktop had a ring around it too but I told him don't worry I'll take care of it. The guy at the front desk was great I wish I remember his name so I can add it otherwise the gym in the room was very nice and clean I definitely will return I got to get rest it wasn't noisy no druggies no people running around and making a bunch of noise like the other hotels thank you Days Inn.

First impressions are everything. Was a little uneasy when I seen how dirty the entrance doors and glass was.!! But VERY CLEAN ROOMS. AND BATHROOMS. Bring ur pillows and blankie.! GREAT VALUE.

You get what you pay for but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and the a/c units won't cool the room down below 75 degrees but we stayed there to catch an early flight. It was all that we needed.

The room was surprisingly clean. Even the outside, when I arrived, looked better than expected. It's no five star hotel, but its definitely worth the price I paid. The beds were comfortable and I got some good sleep every night there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had no issues there. And they serve breakfast here as well. If you don't want that, then there's a Waffle House across the parking lot. Overall I had a great stay. If you book here just don't expect all the amenities of a fancy hotel and you'll be fine.

They have one tractor and trailer parking spot it's right when you pull in hang a tight right and park right there in front of the building. Clean rooms, friendly staff and convenience store next door along witha Waffle House. They also provide escort to and from airport.

The room was nice at a budget-friendly price. The check-in and check-out was super easy. The front staff, Mercedes, was very nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, the hallway and lobby had unpleasant smells and elevator could use cleanliness. Trash bags staying outside the rooms were also not a pleasant sight either. While showering, the water cut off many times due to low water pressure.

Staff were very nice. Jerry was at the front desk and he was very kind and helped us to check-in early because of Hurricane Helene. The driver to the airport was very nice also. And the cleaning staff all said hello.

Excellent check in experience. Easy location to find and access.

We did have a couple minor issues in our room:

--Dead bolt on door was not lined up with receptacle and would not lock (door handle lock and manual lock did work).

--There was a short in the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and it would cut off intermittently.

I stayed here my first night after arriving too late to head to my destination. Great service from Chad on my initial check in and checked back in the night before my early morning flight. The shuttle driver picked me up at the rental place as I didn't want to deal with that 1st thing in the morning. The customer service is why they earned 5 stars. Safe, close to the airport and accommodating!

We stayed here after missing our flight and they were fantastic! Jerry at the front desk was very helpful, kind and accomodating the whole time. I was able to relax in a jetted tub after our stressful evening missing our plane. Breakfast was available the next morning during our rush back to the airport as well as a shuttle to take us there! Rooms were clean, just very dated, and hot. The air conditioning units were outdated and did not work well. There was a plastic tote under it that had to be dumped before it overflowed. The towels were thin, and ruff needed replacing. Curtains did not block out the light as they did not come around the edge of the windows. Front desk clerks left a little to be desired in friendliness. We were in town for the Tim McGraw concert, and the location to the PNC arena was great!

Last week I stayed here for 7 nights, and I can not compliment Adrian and staff enough. They bent over backwards to take care of us, and made our stay such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was so friendly! The hotel was very clean, and is close to many restaurants. Highly recommend!!!
