I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Quality Inn located at 1001 Aerial Center Parkway, Morrisville, NC. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The carpet in the hallway leading to our room was dirty filled with large black stains. When we walked in the room it smelled of mildew and cigarettes. The blanket on the bed didn't look like it was washed in days, as it too had stains. When I went to use the restroom, I noticed black mold on the walls above the shower and the toilet had cigarette burns on it. When I went to wash my hands, there was also cigarette burns on the counter. When we told management, we were given an "I'm sorry" and sent on my way. I am not sure how this place has such high ratings, but to send customers to this place is an absolute tragedy. Never again would I ever spend a money in an establishment that has so little regard for its customers. I hope you take this matter serious and not refer costumers to this Inn ever again.

You get what you pay for. Place is beat up, dirty, and the front desk lady is extremely unprofessional. I witnessed her fighting with a client when I was checking in. You’re better off at the hotel across from this one.
Pros: it was the cheapest airport hotel option for me, and will likely be for you.
Cons: you get what you pay for.
The hotel is absolutely decrepit and in disrepair, inside and out. Stains and smells abound. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin, and you will hear your neighbors all night.
Trust me, just spend the $10 more at one of the many other hotels nearby. It will be the best $10 you’ve ever spent.
I parked my car here while out of town. Great experience. The airport shuttle was timely and pricing was affordable.
A steal for the price. Clean room, hot water and quiet at night. Free airport shuttle service as well.
The location is great! Only 7 minutes from the airport! Staff at front desk were very helpful! Got there with my wife after I picked her up and went straight to this hotel, we checked in but the room we got smelled like mold and the thermostat in the room didn’t work! Went to front desk and the staff right away upgraded me and moved me to another room! The room was good the bed was comfortable and the pillows as well, AC was working find. The hotel looks and feels a bit old but The room looked clean!
In general I was happy with my stay! For one night and needed something close to the airport it worked great!
Friendly staff, clean rooms. Had no issue whatsoever with my stay. I would gladly book this location again.
Decent if you need a bargain. Otherwise, I would not recommend...
The owner called my room at 530 am thinking I got a shuttle. Once I confirmed that his call was in err, no apology....
Do not give them your money. I was flying into RDU from a trip and had a delayed flight. I immediately called the hotel and informed them that I would be very late checking in. They said it was ok and I was satisfied with that, knowing that I would still be able to sleep somewhere. Then my flight was delayed again.
After sitting at an airport for 7 hours, I was on my way. I got to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning, directly after my delayed flight arrived. When checking in, there was already one guest at the front desk having some sort of issue.
Extremely tired and hungry and dirty, I asked if there was any way that I could get a later checkout...even if I had to pay an extra fee. It is now after 6am, mind you. My request was met with attitude and a swift "NO" by the man behind the counter. I explained my situation and again asked if there was anything at all they could do. Then a woman behind the counter jumped in saying, "we already gave you an extra half hour to check out at 11am". Well, I had no idea that hotels had a 10:30am check out in the first place! And all i was asking for was a 12noon checkout!
Nothing but attitude from these two representatives of this hotel. Beyond that, the room stunk, the carpets were sticky, the bathroom was horrible, the sink had hair in it, the coffee machine was dirty and the AC was sub par.
Do not stay here. There is a La Quinta Inn right next door. I wish I had known beforehand. Don't patronize this hotel.
Staff was completely rude. Would not acknowledge registered service animals. I'm not done with this establishment
The place is very old, smelling of mold. It seemed they just replaced the bath tub, so it was nice. Staff was unfriendly, not bad. Just a little smile goes a long way. The TV had very bad reception. The remote did not work even with new batteries. I won't stay here again
Rooms were clean. The staff was cool and it easy to get in and out here st their location.
Good for airport parking, but we returned after midnight so their shuttle was no longer running, paid $35 to Uber 2 miles
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The exterior and lobby have seen better days. But no complaints. Thanks for the hospitality!
I was there for 2 nights and interacted with the staff on a few occassions. They were very sweet. I asked their names but have forgotten, a very sweet lady i believe was indian as well as an oldwr gentleman who was also indian. They were super hospitable. Very professional and attentive. I believe both of their names began with D.
Dish TV issues. Also staff must find balance to keep noisy pets away from weary travelers looking for rest. Otherwise room and hospitality fine.
Place is super clean. Staff are very understanding and friendly really wants you to have a good stay. Always try to make things easy and not give you as a guest any complications. The price is also one of the best in the area.
Because the staff was very helpful especially the young lady who did her upmost to help me and my gf have a good stay. Nimmy defiantly try’s to make sure she puts 100 into keeping everything clean and nice! If you have a chance to stay here you should!
Not posting about their hotel however if you're looking to do airport transfer I would strongly recommend against them. They are only 5 minutes from the airport but they batch riders and don't want to travel more frequently than every half hour. I waited 30 min for a pickup at the airport (never have waited more than 15 with any of the other local services). Would highly consider other options in the immediate area (there are plenty).
If you are planning to leave your car parked here for travel to/from the RDU airport, consider parking elsewhere. While the website advertises easy parking and timely shuttles upon departure/arrival, we have had the complete opposite happen and experienced waits between 30-45 minutes each way. Upon arrival, we promptly called the shuttle service to notify them we’d arrived and needed a ride back to our car. The front desk attendant told us where to wait, and upon waiting 20 minutes, we decided to call again for an update on the shuttle (keeping in mind, the hotel itself is only 3-4 minutes away from the airport). When we called again, we were asked several questions about our reservations (they had no indication we had even parked our car there even though we’d filled out the necessary paperwork upon arriving initially at the hotel and had not been asked these same questions the first time we’d called), and we were told the shuttle had not even left the hotel yet. After waiting an additional 15+ minutes, the shuttle finally arrived with no explanation on the long wait. This was after we’d waited 30+ minutes for a shuttle to the airport initially when there were no other guests waiting for a shuttle to begin with.
Good service and clean rooms it's a good loca6to stay
Since the beginning my whole experience was a total nightmare. When I checked in the front desk clerk MeMe was extremely rude. I explained to her that I made a reservation for an one night stay with Priceline. She immediately and rudely stated that since the charge was paid with a third party, it still doesn't matter what negotiated price you paid with them and because they didn't send the payment method to them for the reservation, she insulted me and later asked "CAN YOU READ ENGLISH?"as she referred to the paper taped on their front desk window and demanded that I must pay the $100 deposit with cash to pay in advance for any damages/incidentals due to policy. I'd politely stated that this rule wasn't explained prior to making the reservation with Priceline, so how would anyone know. She insulted me and said "WELL NOW YOU KNOW..." as if I should have known already. I went on ahead after all this chaos and immediately paid the $100 deposit with debit card since I didn't have cash at the time I checked in to keep my reservation. Unfortunately later that night while laying on their disgusting bed, I noticed that there were small black bugs crawling on their bed sheets while I slept. I'd reported it to the morning front desk clerk but he stated that since I'd reported this too late, there is nothing much that can be done. So I just checked out immediately. I didn't enjoy my stay there and wished I stayed at home to avoid the headache. For anyone who considers them as a place to relax, think twice and read the policies before checking in. 😭
Nice staff, rooms were nice, clean and smelled clean. They have a Airport shuttle that few hotels around the airport even offer, I would stay there again.
Very nice hotel. Customer service is just wonderful. Remember you if you stayed with them and try to get you in your favorite room upon request if available.
Was ok. Convenient to airport and you can park there for $4 a day
I was actually here for La Quinta but allmofnthe hotels look well kept and obviously because of the airport, convenient.
The place was clean neat and nice the staff was great they were friendly they went overboard to take care of me I will return to that hotel again I got better service then I got in some five star hotels did I drop $1,500 a night at
The service was great and friendly. Room was very clean. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area again.
I can't really say why, because it's the only hotel in town...js
Clean, quiet and friendly.
A/C not cool enough and TV kinda dark...about to go out
The rooms and hotel as a whole are a little dated as others have mentioned, but they're clean and the lady at the front desk was great. super nice and friendly. I would have rated it around 3 stars, but she seems to really care about the hotel and the guests, so I believe it deserves 5 stars just because of her.. I'll be back if I travel this way again.
Very accommodating for my pet. Only a $15 pet fee per day. Clean room. BeautyRest mattress. Comfy pillows.
Convenient for airport travel. Free airport shuttle. Even their breakfast room opens 4 a.m. for early morning departures. The breakfast is rather basic but the coffee is good. The beds are comfortable so you will get a good nights rest prior to your travels. Safe flying.
