Helpful staff. new renovated room. Wonderful shuttle service. Too many choice for Breakfast

The stay was amazing! The bed and pillows was sooo comfortable. I normally have a hard time adjusting to different hotels but decided to try a Choice Hotel again for the first time in forever. Room was clean. Tub and floors were clean. Linen was also clean. Staff at the front desk is friendly and quick & efficient with checking in. Did not try the breakfast as I enjoyed my QUALITY sleep past breakfast time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone around RDU Airport area. 10 stars!

The rooms were newly renovated with new flooring in room and hallways. Breakfast option was also great.

Stayed from Sunday to Tuesday. Clean room, quiet location (aside from the planes coming and going) comfortable bed. No bugs or anything. Definitely come here to stay again. Close by amenities and entertainment within 15 minutes.

The hotel is near the airport. The room was very nice and clean. The front desk service was excellent. Because of my time to travel, I didn't use the continental breakfast. Everything was a lot better from the last time I stayed in.

We did an overnight as we had a flight early the next morning. The young man at the check-in counter was a real grouch. No smile no welcome. I tried to make light of his unpleasantness. I asked if he was having a bad day and he shrugged his shoulders. I was beginning to think my color was his problem so I just kept it together and took my keys. As we waited for the elevator to arrive, a Caucasian man came in. I watched to see if his reception would be different. Sadly it wasn't but I was somewhat happy it was the same disposition. At least it erased the racist factor. The lad was just downright out of place working in the wrong environment. I care not if you are having a bad day. When you are at the front desk of any institution, company or organization, you are the face of the business. You make the first impression on customers or clients. You literally set the tone for their experience. We went to our room and at least that was pleasant ☺️ Very nice indeed. Spacious, clean with all the features we needed for our short stay. The location of this hotel is ideal. Not too close to the hotel where you would be affected by the noise of the aircrafts. Personnel just needs improvement

The shuttle drivers were the best! Chris and Anre(sp) were both so helpful and friendly!! The breakfast was not that great whomever is in charge of keeping it filled was not on it. Overall great experience just need to work on the breakfast.

Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Immaculately clean bathroom and shower. Clean mini fridge. No complaints with parking lot. Haven't tried breakfast yet, but it looks great. Polite front desk staff. Near the airport so the airplanes can be a bit of a disturbance, but this is to be expected since the hotel IS listed as "RDU Airport". I will book my stay at this hotel for the duration of my work contract.

Because the staff was very helpful especially the young lady who did her upmost to help me and my gf have a good stay. Nimmy defiantly try’s to make sure she puts 100 into keeping everything clean and nice! If you have a chance to stay here you should!

For the price I paid, I was overall happy with my experience. The shuttle service to and from the airport was flawless, room was quiet and clean, the bed comfortable and staff friendly. It is a budget motel, so expect the renovations to be sloppy (as it was), the gym poor quality (throw away the broken treadmill), and subpar breakfast. If I paid twice the rate and this was the Hampton Inn, I would have been disappointed. This was perfectly fine for a couple basic nights and would return if not needing more than a bed and good location.

Convenient for airport travel. Free airport shuttle. Even their breakfast room opens 4 a.m. for early morning departures. The breakfast is rather basic but the coffee is good. The beds are comfortable so you will get a good nights rest prior to your travels. Safe flying.

Very accommodating for my pet. Only a $15 pet fee per day. Clean room. BeautyRest mattress. Comfy pillows.

I parked my car here while out of town. Great experience. The airport shuttle was timely and pricing was affordable.

Place is super clean. Staff are very understanding and friendly really wants you to have a good stay. Always try to make things easy and not give you as a guest any complications. The price is also one of the best in the area.

Dish TV issues. Also staff must find balance to keep noisy pets away from weary travelers looking for rest. Otherwise room and hospitality fine.

I was actually here for La Quinta but allmofnthe hotels look well kept and obviously because of the airport, convenient.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The exterior and lobby have seen better days. But no complaints. Thanks for the hospitality!

Good for airport parking, but we returned after midnight so their shuttle was no longer running, paid $35 to Uber 2 miles

The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean however did need some minor repairs. But nothing that caused a bad experience. Breakfast was great, however for someone with gluten allergies there wasn't much I could eat, but again that's everywhere. Hot shower, great water pressure. Great value! Thank you so much for a positive experience!

Stayed overnight. I was concerned because it was so close to the airport that I would not be able to sleep. I am very light sleeper. But I did not wake up a single time. Loved my stay

Nice staff, rooms were nice, clean and smelled clean. They have a Airport shuttle that few hotels around the airport even offer, I would stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel over twenty times for years. I haven't really had any issues that would have me leave a bad review. Some rooms have larger televisions than others. It was one time that the elevator was not working, yet I was able to get some great exercise. The price is great and the rooms are clean, plus this hotel has been remodeled, so it has came a long ways. I been staying here before they even served breakfast after the pandemic. The staff is great to me and they never gave me any problems. I just treat people with a ton of respect and it returns back to me. I talked to many guests and some of them are just having a bad day due to flight issues and that traveling experience. The shuttle driver is great and professional at his job even though I never needed a shuttle. The pool has always been closed from what I seen. If you are looking for a king size bed, this is the place. Just keep the noise down, relax and unwind.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Had no issue whatsoever with my stay. I would gladly book this location again.

I was there for 2 nights and interacted with the staff on a few occassions. They were very sweet. I asked their names but have forgotten, a very sweet lady i believe was indian as well as an oldwr gentleman who was also indian. They were super hospitable. Very professional and attentive. I believe both of their names began with D.

The rooms and hotel as a whole are a little dated as others have mentioned, but they're clean and the lady at the front desk was great. super nice and friendly. I would have rated it around 3 stars, but she seems to really care about the hotel and the guests, so I believe it deserves 5 stars just because of her.. I'll be back if I travel this way again.

Only stayed one night but it was good. Very clean. Downstairs looked awesome very well kept. But as you head upstairs it's a little outdated and you can hear the traffic noise a little on the side I was on. Overall was a pretty good stay.

Rooms were clean. The staff was cool and it easy to get in and out here st their location.

Everyone that I came in contact w/ was very nice and responsive. It was a little loud at times but I believe they are doing some work around the motel. The only thing I saw that I didn't like was that the exit doors are inside the stairway. Which if the door isn't locked, anyone can enter the motel easily. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The location is great! Only 7 minutes from the airport! Staff at front desk were very helpful! Got there with my wife after I picked her up and went straight to this hotel, we checked in but the room we got smelled like mold and the thermostat in the room didn’t work! Went to front desk and the staff right away upgraded me and moved me to another room! The room was good the bed was comfortable and the pillows as well, AC was working find. The hotel looks and feels a bit old but The room looked clean!

In general I was happy with my stay! For one night and needed something close to the airport it worked great!

It was clean. Towels were a little frayed...morning breakfasts were EXTREMELY skimpy compared to other QIS's that I've stayed at.Housekeeping staff were very friendly and hard working. Tub spout needs to be fixed! Rm 206.
