We used them for the first time and they were amazing. It was the cheapest we found for long-term parking and they have a shuttle to and from the airport. The parking lot was also well-lit, fully fenced, and only about 10 minutes away from the Tampa Airport.
The service is also impeccable with all the employees being friendly and helping us with putting the luggage into the van. When we accidentally locked our keys in the car while loading our luggage into our car, they went above and beyond to help us.
We completely recommend this airport parking service and plan on using them again next time.

Except for occasionally having to wait for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport (15-20 minutes), the customer service is excellent and you can't beat the prices. I have had no issue with the condition of my car upon return from my trip and plan to use Memorial Airport Parking services many times in the future. This was very convenient to use. Reserve online at least 3 hours before your flight. Show up to the lot at least 2 hours before your flight. They take you from parking lot to the doorstep of the airport. Fantastic mask wearing, vehicle sanitizing, and social distancing to ensure the health and safety of their customers. This service is well worth the money and much less expensive that parking at the airport.

Excellent service! We recently left our car with Memorial for a 12 day trip. We opted to prepay the very reasonable Valet package. When we arrived we were immediately placed in the shuttle while our bags & mobility scooter were loaded into the shuttle by their very friendly & professional staff. The return was nearly as prompt! This is my regular airport parking service. Not only to they offer very competitive rates they are the best in customer service. The drivers are most helpful, friendly and professional found in any company. The true test came during one ride to the airport where I had left my phone in the shuttle. Obviously, I was lost without my phone. We had a great experience using Memorial Airport Parking during a recent trip. While the lot itself leaves a bit to be desired (not paved, rocky w/ potholes), the service was great. We checked in at one location, then followed a van to the actual parking lot down the street and were directed to our parking spots. The driver helped to load our luggage in the van. The ride to the airport was quick and we were given contact info for our return. Upon our return at 11pm, it was a short wait for the van to return to pick us up. Directions on the card we were given were clear as to where to wait for the van. Again the driver took us straight to our car and assisted in both loading and unloading our luggage. We felt this was a great value for the price and would use this service again.

If you book via an outside website, be sure to call Memorial prior to arriving. Our reservation was not on file; however, they had room for us to park, and they got it in gear quickly before the crack of dawn and at the same price.
Our shuttle driver Walter was very cheerful and helpful for that time of day. We followed him to the lot, and he got our luggage in the van and whisked us immediately to the airport.
On the way back, late at night, shuttle driver Decari was every bit as kind and helpful as everyone else at Memorial.

We had to extend our trip by two days because of the Southwest fiasco and they did not charge us for the extra days. Very easy and convenient drop-off, the ability to prepay online and book online, and they have always had my car ready when I come back in to pick up. You will have to wait for a driver once you arrive, as I suggest calling once you have taken the train back to the pickup. I would continue to use the service as it is by far more economical than parking at the airport. I highly recommend them!

There’s a free shuttle bus that takes you and pick you up from the airport but you have to call ahead on your way back to pick up your vehicle. I believe they are open till 11:30 pm. Overall my experience was good. I booked my reservation the night before via the website. It was reasonably priced for a 5 day, 4 night park. The check in and the shuttle to the airport were pretty quick and easy. The drivers and crew from the parking lot were all friendly and courteous. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because pick up was not the same as check in. Myself and another group called for the shuttle and had to wait longer than expected. Shuttles from other services came around twice before we were picked up. Despite the pick up, I would try this company again and recommend it. :D

Shuttle drivers were awesome, but it was not what I had anticipated. When I realized that my vehicle was going to be parked away from their facility, I asked for an upgrade to valet, and I was told sorry, “ Your ticket has been issued, I can’t”.
It’s difficult to read a ticket with a disclaimer that states you are parking at your own risk when you a sent to a spot you’d rather not be.
I was able to relax, go out for my four-day trip and return to my car intact. I suppose although it’s not the ambiance I am used to, it works okay.

I ended up having to stay longer during my trip and they made it easy for me to leave my car longer and for the same per day discounted price as my original quote. Plan accordingly to wait a few minutes for the shuttle, and they’ll drop you off at the terminal in front of your airline of choice. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to book with Memorial Airport Parking. It was a very smooth and efficient process. Within 5 minutes of parking my car at the lot, the shuttle was there. It was a short 6 minute drive and I was dropped off at Departures for my airline. I received a ticket with directions for pickup when I returned. Don’t forget that they pick you up next to the Rental Car area at the Tampa International Airport when you arrive back in Tampa. Hold on to your ticket with your number and the directions!
Memorial is also very quick to answer their phone, which was very helpful!

Parking at this lot has always been a breeze, the lot is about 2.5 miles from the airport, there is alway's a shuttle sitting in the lot to take you to the airport. From the initial phone call to when I picked up my car after my trip, everything was beyond outstanding.
Super easy to get your car parked as well as the shuttle from the parking lot to the airport. I had an early morning pick up at the airport 12:15 AM and they were very accommodating about picking me up and dropping me off.
The young man that drove us was very cordial and engaging and accommodating.

Bottom line, these guys ROCK! My wife and I arrived at 0445 hours and they were apparently waiting for us. The girl at the gate simply directed us tp follow the shuttle to our parking spot, then the driver loaded our bags and headed directly to the airport. Upon return, we only waited a couple of minutes before the shuttle arrived. The driver, Harley, was very patient while I helped a fellow disable veteran into his vehicle. We won't park anywhere else!

WE drop off our car on March 20 and they quickly loaded our baggage and drove us to the terminal. Also on our return at 8Pm on the 27th we called them after we received our luggage and they arrived to pick us up as we reached the pick up area. Our car was waiting for us and they help us with our luggage . All went perfectly. We are always a repeat customer because of the great service .

If you book via an outside website, be sure to call Memorial prior to arriving. Our reservation was not on file; however, they had room for us to park, and they got it in gear quickly before the crack of dawn and at the same price.
Our shuttle driver Walter was very cheerful and helpful at 5:15 AM. We followed him to the lot, and he got our luggage in the van and whisked us immediately to the airport.
On the way back, late at night, shuttle driver Decari was every bit as kind and helpful as everyone else at Memorial.

I had never came across an inexpensive parking method when traveling from the airport. However, I had seen the reasonable rates and favorable reviews of this company, and I decided to check them out. Undoubtedly, it was a highly favorable experience. It is a service I would recommend to others, I will most definitely be using it again myself.

Have Used Memorial Airport Parking on 4 occasions. The service has always been excellent. Shuttle has been timely and drivers / attendants are courteous. I use the Valet service and my car is always ready for me no matter what time. Will always use Memorial Airport Parking

I found their website very easy to use and with many different price points, even the choice to pay now or when you get on site. I have used Memorial parking for the last 4 years and have had great service. I feel secure leaving my var there and never hesitated to use them for each of my trips. Check in is easy and the drive to the airport is quick and drivers are helpful and safe on the road. Pick up process is easy as well. I just call and wait in the waiting area at the airport. For years my wife and I have used Memorial parking when ever we fly out of TIA. WHY--Friendliness, Professionalism, Efficiency before and after the flight and the high level of security that they offer while are cars are parked. Over the years we have never experienced any problems. Memorial parking is located just off the interstate which it makes it very easy to get to and from. Highly recommended.

I have been using Memorial Airport Parking for almost a year now. Every-time I make a reservation, it’s an easy and clear process. If I ever do have any questions, there staff is quick to answer the phone and ensures all my needs are met. Their customer service is amazing. All of there staff is friendly, prompt, and accommodating. There has been times when returning to Florida where I’ve gotten lost and didn’t know how to get to their pickup location. When I called them for help, they’ve directed me or would simply find where I was and make the whole situation way less stressful. I’ve recommended them to lots of family and friends and everyone has been pleased with their service. I will continue to use Memorial Airport Parking for every trip I take from the Tampa International Airport.

Hats off to Bianca! I arrived during a rain shower. She noticed I was in a long summer dress. She got me loaded in the van (slow load since I was recovering from shoulder surgery). My luggage was loaded/unloaded. She anticipated my needs and I appreciated the assistance.

Pretty seamless process! We parked our car for a great rate, received drop off at the airport and then called for a pickup on our return home. I even lost my AirPods in the shuttle van and I called the driver and he found them and returned it to me. Will definitely use their service again!

Jack & I returned and were taken to our car yesterday it wouldn’t start dead battery our kind driver gratefully came back after dropping off more customers and since our car was behind the chain link fence he came up the road onto the berm and the cables were long enough to accomplish the task he was efficient & kind it made a great deal of difference on our New Year’s Day after coming back from the funeral of out nephew!

We have used this service twice now and about to a third time and I highly recommend. It has been quite an easy process and is run very efficiently. I commend this company on my last experience realizing I had left my ID in my car and the driver promptly took me back to my car after dropping other passengers off and made it back to the airport in time for our flight. Extremely affordable, friendly and fairly easy to use. The return trip was a bit exhausting. Elevators to trains to bus stops. It easily took an hour to get back to my car when it only took about 5 minutes to go from my car to the airport. Otherwise, they are excellent.

I didn't have high expectations because it was so much less expensive than any other option. Man, was I wrong! The drivers were super friendly and helpful! They unloaded my bags from my car to their shuttle and then loaded them back into my cart upon our return. We only had to wait about two minutes to be picked up when we returned. Definitely the way to go if you're flying TPA!
