We used them for the first time and they were amazing. It was the cheapest we found for long-term parking and they have a shuttle to and from the airport. The parking lot was also well-lit, fully fenced, and only about 10 minutes away from the Tampa Airport.
The service is also impeccable with all the employees being friendly and helping us with putting the luggage into the van. When we accidentally locked our keys in the car while loading our luggage into our car, they went above and beyond to help us.

Except for occasionally having to wait for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport (15-20 minutes), the customer service is excellent and you can't beat the prices. I have had no issue with the condition of my car upon return from my trip and plan to use Memorial Airport Parking services many times in the future. This was very convenient to use. Reserve online at least 3 hours before your flight. Show up to the lot at least 2 hours before your flight. They take you from parking lot to the doorstep of the airport. Fantastic mask wearing, vehicle sanitizing, and social distancing to ensure the health and safety of their customers. This service is well worth the money and much less expensive that parking at the airport.

The drivers are most helpful, friendly and professional found in any company. The true test came during one ride to the airport where I had left my phone in the shuttle. Obviously, I was lost without my phone. This said, after frantically explaining my situation to someone; I borrowed their phone, called Memorial Parking who contacted their driver and he looped around and delivered my phone. We had a great experience using Memorial Airport Parking during a recent trip. While the lot itself leaves a bit to be desired (not paved, rocky w/ potholes), the service was great. We checked in at one location, then followed a van to the actual parking lot down the street and were directed to our parking spots. The driver helped to load our luggage in the van. The ride to the airport was quick and we were given contact info for our return. Upon our return at 11pm, it was a short wait for the van to return to pick us up. Directions on the card we were given were clear as to where to wait for the van. Again the driver took us straight to our car and assisted in both loading and unloading our luggage. We felt this was a great value for the price and would use this service again.

If you book via an outside website, be sure to call Memorial prior to arriving. Our reservation was not on file; however, they had room for us to park, and they got it in gear quickly before the crack of dawn and at the same price.
Our shuttle driver Walter was very cheerful and helpful for that time of day. We followed him to the lot, and he got our luggage in the van and whisked us immediately to the airport.
On the way back, late at night, shuttle driver Decari was every bit as kind and helpful as everyone else at Memorial.

We had to extend our trip by two days because of the Southwest fiasco and they did not charge us for the extra days. We always use them every time we travel out of Tampa International Airport. Our most recent trip we didn’t have any issues with them of course it just all depends on how many people they have which makes you wait a little bit longer for pick up other than that they are always nice friendly and if you follow the instructions on the paperwork they give you you are good to go. Excellent experience parking here for a flight out of TPA. Very affordable and extremely convenient. Checking in was fast and efficient, and the shuttle service was exceptional. Dropped us off right at the ticket counters. I landed after midnight, and the driver was already making rounds to pick up passengers. Obviously you’ll need to budget some more time since it’s about a 10 min drive to the airport but I believe it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend

Very easy and convenient drop-off, the ability to prepay online and book online, and they have always had my car ready when I come back in to pick up. You will have to wait for a driver once you arrive, as I suggest calling once you have taken the train back to the pickup. I would continue to use the service as it is by far more economical than parking at the airport. I highly recommend them!

I have a great experience everytime I park at this lot, but I have to give a special shout out to Decari. He saved my trip! He wasn't the original drive taking me to the airport, but after I locked my keys and my phone in my vehicle, he saved the day. He helped me break into my car (AAA would never have arrived in time) and got me to the airport, with moments to spare. I don't know what I would have done without him. He is pleasant, friendly and has great customer service. Even when he pick me up after my trip, his communication when got off on the wrong stop was very helpful and he was so present. Engaged with all the passengers about their travels and plans. Give this man a raise. Thank you again.

I used this place to park my vehicle in multiple occasions and I love it. There’s a free shuttle bus that takes you and pick you up from the airport but you have to call ahead on your way back to pick up your vehicle. I believe they are open till 11:30 pm. Overall my experience was good. I booked my reservation the night before via the website. It was reasonably priced for a 5 day, 4 night park. The check in and the shuttle to the airport were pretty quick and easy. The drivers and crew from the parking lot were all friendly and courteous. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because pick up was not the same as check in. Myself and another group called for the shuttle and had to wait longer than expected. Shuttles from other services came around twice before we were picked up. Despite the pick up, I would try this company again and recommend it. :D

Shuttle drivers were awesome, but it was not what I had anticipated. When I realized that my vehicle was going to be parked away from their facility, I asked for an upgrade to valet, and I was told sorry, “ Your ticket has been issued, I can’t”.
It’s difficult to read a ticket with a disclaimer that states you are parking at your own risk when you a sent to a spot you’d rather not be.
I was able to relax, go out for my four-day trip and return to my car intact. I suppose although it’s not the ambiance I am used to, it works okay.

When we came back after 4 weeks, at 10pm we found out that we had a flat tire. We called the guy from the office and after short time he came, helped us out with an Air pump, drove me quick to the next Gas Station to buy a Emergency Flat Tire Repair Kit and helped us to fix the tire. Plan accordingly to wait a few minutes for the shuttle, and they’ll drop you off at the terminal in front of your airline of choice. When you get back, you go to the meeting spot, THEN call them, and they arrive a little while later with your car pulled up and ready to go at the lot (valet option). Simple process really. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to book with Memorial Airport Parking. It was a very smooth and efficient process. Within 5 minutes of parking my car at the lot, the shuttle was there. It was a short 6 minute drive and I was dropped off at Departures for my airline. I received a ticket with directions for pickup when I returned. Don’t forget that they pick you up next to the Rental Car area at the Tampa International Airport when you arrive back in Tampa. Hold on to your ticket with your number and the directions!
Memorial is also very quick to answer their phone, which was very helpful!

Great service. I self parked and someone showed me directly to the spot I needed to park. Ended up at the airport within 15 mins of arriving to parking lot.
My flight back was delayed and ended up coming in at 3:30 am. Someone immediately picked up the phone and grabbed me from the airport within 15 mins of calling. I was even able to text a picture of my location to confirm I was in the right spot for pickup. Will be using their service again the next time I need to fly out.

I have used Memorial Airport Parking on numerous occasions. This is my 1st review. I use the self parking and have never had a problem. They follow me, I park they are right behind me pick me up and off to the airport. In about 10-15 minutes I arrive at the terminal.It could not be eaiser. I prepay online but of course you can pay at the location. Arriving back at the airport is just as simply as departing. You recieve a ticket with instructions. You simply call and within 15 minutes the driver arrives at a predetermined location which never changes. I have never missed a flight and the drivers are friendly and courteous. The prices are resonable and they also offer points fror previous reservations which I just used saving me $19 off of my $66 fee. I highly recommend Memorial Airport Parking.

Parking at this lot has always been a breeze, the lot is about 2.5 miles from the airport, there is alway's a shuttle sitting in the lot to take you to the airport. The driver's have always been courteous and helpful loading and unloading your luggage. I have been using this service for over a year now and wouldn't think of parking anywhere else.

Alvin was great! Very friendly and polite. Living in the Tampa/st Pete area Ubers can be a hassle especially in the morning or around surging time. Save yourself the hassle and pay to park here with their complimentary shuttle service that is quick and efficient. It’s also incredibly cheap compared to parking at the airport. Definitely recommend, I will never not park my car here every time I go to the airport.

I recently used memorial airport parking and wanted to share my opinion.
From the initial phone call to when I picked up my car after my trip, everything was beyond outstanding.
Super easy to get your car parked as well as the shuttle from the parking lot to the airport. I had an early morning pick up at the airport 12:15 AM and they were very accommodating about picking me up and dropping me off.
The young man that drove us was very cordial and engaging and accommodating.
I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a parking spot off-site from the airport.

Excellent service! We recently left our car with Memorial for a 10 day trip. When we arrived we were immediately placed in the shuttle while our bags were loaded into the shuttle by their very friendly & professional staff. The return was nearly as well. Bottom line, these guys ROCK! My wife and I arrived at 0445 hours and they were apparently waiting for us. The girl at the gate simply directed us tp follow the shuttle to our parking spot, then the driver loaded our bags and headed directly to the airport. Upon return, we only waited a couple of minutes before the shuttle arrived. The driver, Harley, was very patient while I helped a fellow disable veteran into his vehicle. We won't park anywhere else!

My experience with Memorial was flawless. The minute I arrived I was taken to the airport. I was sure my car was safe with them. When I returned I was pick up with almost no wait. Great, less expensive alternative to parking in the economy garage. Instructions on the stub to find the pick up spot were fantastic, take a photo of ut when they give it to you in case you misplace it on your trip. I just had one slight issue the morning of our flight out, but it was with one employee and not worth bringing the rest of the company down.

Only thing I’d say to those who have just washed your vehicle, parking is not covered and the lots were not paved, meaning you park on gravel, rock and grass and there is dust. Hopefully they’ll pave them soon!

They seem to have a good system for pick up and drop off. If you want to save some money on longer trips this is an alternative. You can also consider taking UBER to the airport if you're traveling for a while.nice for drop off and pick up.

A special shout out goes to our shuttle driver Yogi, she was amazing! Our flight came in very late Saturday night and she was able to stay in contact with us to make sure we had a ride to our cars. WE drop off our car on March 20 and they quickly loaded our baggage and drove us to the terminal. Also on our return at 8Pm on the 27th we called them after we received our luggage and they arrived to pick us up as we reached the pick up area. Our car was waiting for us and they help us with our luggage . All went perfectly. We are always a repeat customer because of the great service .

My shuttle driver, Marlin is the reason why I would use this company again! From the beginning he took great care of us! Didn’t had to get out the car to touch our bags, he grab all our bags, and even gave us direction for pick up while going to the airport. He deserve my tip every time!!!! If you book via an outside website, be sure to call Memorial prior to arriving. Our reservation was not on file; however, they had room for us to park, and they got it in gear quickly before the crack of dawn and at the same price.
Our shuttle driver Walter was very cheerful and helpful at 5:15 AM. We followed him to the lot, and he got our luggage in the van and whisked us immediately to the airport.
On the way back, late at night, shuttle driver Decari was every bit as kind and helpful as everyone else at Memorial.

WHY--Friendliness, Professionalism, Efficiency before and after the flight and the high level of security that they offer while are cars are parked. If I ever do have any questions, there staff is quick to answer the phone and ensures all my needs are met. Their customer service is amazing. All of there staff is friendly, prompt, and accommodating. There has been times when returning to Florida where I’ve gotten lost and didn’t know how to get to their pickup location. When I called them for help, they’ve directed me or would simply find where I was and make the whole situation way less stressful. Pretty seamless process! We parked our car for a great rate, received drop off at the airport and then called for a pickup on our return home. I even lost my AirPods in the shuttle van and I called the driver and he found them and returned it to me. Will definitely use their service again!

Jack & I returned and were taken to our car yesterday it wouldn’t start dead battery our kind driver gratefully came back after dropping off more customers and since our car was behind the chain link fence he came up the road onto the berm and the cables were long enough to accomplish the task he was efficient & kind it made a great deal of difference on our New Year’s Day after coming back from the funeral of out nephew!

Extremely affordable, friendly and fairly easy to use. The return trip was a bit exhausting. Elevators to trains to bus stops. It easily took an hour to get back to my car when it only took about 5 minutes to go from my car to the airport. Otherwise, they are excellent.

I've used Memorial Airport Parking twice now. The first time went very smoothly.
This second time did not. There are only 2 employees and 2 shuttle vans. No one at the booth when I arrived at 5am. I had to wait almost 30 mins for them to come back from the airport. Thank goodness, they did answer their phone to let me know what was going on but not a good way to start the trip.
On a positive note, their employees were apologetic about the delays. Thewere also very courteous and helpful with both of my elderly, slow moving parents I was traveling with, even under stress. For that, I am extremely appreciative!!
If I ever used them again, I would definitely allow an extra 45 mins, just in case.

I didn't have high expectations because it was so much less expensive than any other option. Man, was I wrong! The drivers were super friendly and helpful! They unloaded my bags from my car to their shuttle and then loaded them back into my cart upon our return. We only had to wait about two minutes to be picked up when we returned. Definitely the way to go if you're flying TPA!

I'm very late getting to this review but here it is. We parked here for 16 days in January 2024. The price was great and close to the airport. When you arrive they had us line up and they took us to sect C parking. It was a small fenced in parking area. Then onward to the airport. Took us about 20 mins from arrival to airport. When back from trip we were told to sent text but never got a response so we also called. This was confusing. Pick up took about 20 mins once we got our luggage. We will use them again on our next trip.
