I've been using A-1 for many years now. The pick up & drop off location has changed but it's not bad. I will continue using them. Not to mention thier parking pricing is soo much better than the airport parking.

We have used this service 4-5 times in the last two years. I upgrade the parking with coverage parking and valet. Pickup and drop off at the airport is a little far from ticketing and terminals. But the wait is minimal to get picked up and our car is waiting when we arrive to pay.

Safe place to park and the bus from there takes you to the rail station to the main entrance of the airport 🛫.

This is the best place to park if flying out of Tampa. Amazing customer service. Very reasonable rates. They are open 24/7 for airport shuttle. You call once you are ready for pick up and they are there within minutes. Super friendly employees. They even offer car wash/ detailing services. I always park here when I fly out of Tampa. Love this place. Please remember to tip your driver.

I left Tampa for surgery in Mexico. I did not tell them that I would be in a wheelchair. Upon arrival very late 2am, I texted them to come get myself and my wife. The most reliable pick-up, you will not wait more than 10 minutes after calling for pick-up. I have waited for more than 30 minutes with competitor garages. they even rewashed my car at no charge! Best around in Tampa

I love A1 Express parking I've used them for years when I used to travel every other month. However on September 23rd I left my truck there with plans on picking it up on the 27th, but due to hurricane Ian I had to leave it for four more days, my parking fee went from $53 to $120 when it wasn't my fault that I had to leave my truck there because Tampa shut down the airport till Friday and I couldn't get rebooked till Sunday. Like I said I love A1 Express parking but I don't think that was fair. Thank you Barbara Whittaker

I have not been able to travel in over 4 years. I have always used A1 in the past and am so glad I did this time. The check-in staff is so patient and helpful. The drivers keep you aware of what is happening and are very courteous and when I got back tonight, my vehicle was ready and nice and cool, ready to drive.

This place is nothing short of perfect. I have used offsite airport parking in multiple cities across our country and this place is the best I have encountered. Everything is so easy and stress free its almost hard to believe. Call me crazy but I swear my truck was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off!!

Very good place to park car when using Tampa Airport. Very efficient, more than half the price if parking at the airport when leaving on a flight. Car reserve a parking spot in line prior to trip. Have 24 he shuttle service

Great parking. Chick fil a staff on the phone. Your ex mother in law in person. Seriously, I've never met a nice person at the des, and they seem to just assume you hit a puppy being carried by their first born child on your drive in. Otherwise it's a great parking lot.

We've used A1 parking for years very friendly people Anthony was very nice we didn't have to wait for a shuttle they were very prompt we got there early in the morning both times somebody was there they even give you water or coffee highly recommend A1 Express parking right across the street from Tampa airport they drop you off at the rental car lot you take the shuttle over to the airport we will use you again on our next trip

I would highly recommend this place! They are efficient! Staff is kind! If I am flying out of Tampa this is the place to park! They even text you on the day and time you come back and tell you just hit this link when you pick up your baggage to let us know you have arrived! I was impressed with them!

This is the garage for the surrounding hotels. Its central to the Hampton, which is where I have stayed several times. Its also the for the World of Beer customers. Hotel guests go to second floor for their parking. Its a really short walk back to hotel desk.

This place is quick and convenient. I normally don’t wait long for a shuttle to or from the airport and it’s much more affordable than parking directly on-site. I’m normally in a rush and they get me in and out. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend.

We always use A-1 for our parking needs everytime we travel. There is some few changes though, where they cannot drop you in the front door of the check in counters. There is a new drop off point.

It is not A-1 Express but they are just following the rules and regulations of TPA. You just have to walk a little bit.

This is such a fabulous alternative to on-site parking at the airport. They are literally across the street and the shuttle takes you right to the car rental area at TIA. I had a 6:30 a.m. flight and arrived at 4:00 a.m. with no problems. Pay close attention to the proper signage - pork on the first floor or you'll regret it!!

I’ve been using this service for close to thirty years and continue to do so because the positives outweigh the negatives: yes, the staff is sometimes great and sometimes not so much. Twice I’ve had things stolen from the car (don’t leave valuables) and once they lost the reservation and I stupidly didn’t bring my confirmation. But, again, this is over a 30-year span. They are convenient, reliable, fast and easy, and that’s why I will use them as long as they are in business.

I've used these guys three times and gotten amazing service every time. The instructions are clear and precise. The shuttle is always prompt. They always have my car waiting for me. And I found out I get 15% off the rate as a travel agent. When I mentioned that to the counter person, he had no problem adjusting my bill. I will use these guys every time I fly out of Tampa.

Once again am greatly impressed with this service. Now it's a quick shuttle van to the airport tram station to the terminal. Smooth. This time it was the Deluxe Car Wash and clean that I still rave about. $20 and my interior dash is still gleaming a month later. WOW.

I've utilized A-1 Express parking several times, and I have no complaints. I always valet my truck in the covered area. Regardless of the length of my trip, I know my vehicle will always be safe in their facility. Friendly staff, shuttle drivers always have stories to share on the way to the airport. They even offer services to have your vehicle cleaned during your trip. You can come back to a nicely detailed car. Reasonable prices. They will always have my business when flying from TPA.
