The driver by the name of DJ middle aged Indian man was the driver. After waiting more than 25 mins at the airport drove past me even though I waived him down. I was with a toddler and two older children and big oversized stroller. He stopped passed me and started loading others and as we approached him with out bags he yelled at my daughter commanding her to give him the bag to load even though he didn’t ask the other passenger to do so. He was very rude and disrespectful to us. He ignored us at one point to take others that were behind us. He was courteous to others. And he refused to take the stroller and load it in the back. He made me carry it on board the shuttle even though I warned him it oversized and may block people inside. He insisted I take it. He was trying to humiliate us in front of the crowd. Worst experience ever. I will never use this service at Loews again. I told him he was rude at the end and he was yelling at me trying to scare me. This guy should be fired. No respect for his fellow human being. So disgusted by this experience. I was also overcharged for my parking.
