Very clean , lovely bathrooms, soft beds And pillows , clean microwave clean fridge , fast wifi, LOVELY STAFF , bug free . I recommend this hotel this is a very good price I also stayed for multiple nights and no problems yet this is the most peaceful hotel in this area!

It was a great experience. The staff was polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and cozy. It was a perfect resolution to the power outage.

The front desk customer service are all very friendly. It's always a hi how r u doing . The rooms are kindda big.housekeeping is also pleasant. It's quiet for the most part.

I’m writing this review from the hotel now. The only complaint I have is the elevator is down. We was not aware of this until after we paid. But we were only in the 2nd floor so it wasn’t too big of a deal. The bed was comfortable, and clean. The first thing I do in any hotel when I stay is completely take everything off the bed to check it out and spray it with Lysol. The bathroom was decent. The tub could use a major scrub but I once again cleaned it with Lysol cleaner and wore shower shoes, which I do in any hotel. Place could use some updates but overall it is a decent place to stay.

Sarah the manager was very respectful and helpful as always I encourage a tip to the front desk as they go above and beyond beds are so comfy WiFi tv is excellent and they are renovating so I cant wait to see them grow my crew was fond of this hotel aswell and I will definitely bring them back to stay

No microwave but a fridge. Needs a remodel. Definitely not worth $90 a night. Was safe for my car thankful for that as well.

Used to park car for flights to and from Richmond. Very convenient, helps local establishment, and reasonably priced. Arrived back in RIC 10:30pm called after luggage arrived and in under 10 minutes they were there to drive us back to car. Gentleman also helped getting baggage into car.

The rooms aren’t that great, but the management here is awesome! We came as a group of about 50 college students, and they gave us all free breakfast and free gift bags on our way out! I would definitely recommend as an affordable hotel option.
