I was visiting friends from out of town and they were staying at the Sure Stay( formerly Rodeway). I was there a few hours but not overnight. However, not only were they dissatisfied over the cleanliness of the room, the management is very unfriendly. We did see 2 roaches crawling about and the entire 3rd floor had a sour smell about it. Hallway and the room. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It is most definitely not up to my standards.
Nice and quite hotel. Nice staff and convenient to restraints on Washington Rd.
They won't let you have visitors this isn't India you can't treat women like you did
nice and friendly service and the rooms are very nice and clean they always make sure that you have what you need as far as towels and bed sheets clean and fresh
Though some of the building is a bit shabby right now, management is in the process of renovating. The lobby was bright, the attendant helpful, and the room was very clean. The property is tucked away in a relatively quiet spot, with honeysuckle perfuming the parking area. We had a restful night and a good start to the day. Toast and coffee, juice and toaster waffles, and cereal and milk were on offer for a light continental breakfast. Since our Pomeranian had to travel with us, we needed a place where pets could stay. For $20 more, he was welcome here.
For the price, it's a great value.
The first night we got there, the lady was out of uniform. She told us she got there 3 days ago. Everything was broken, no breakfast, no towels, pool, gym. Nothing. It was not updated online that everything was out of service and the photos online were nice. We got catfished. Then there was bugs in the lights, bed bugs, dirty sheets. I would not stay there ever again. And he cost was not appropriate for our stay experience. Do not stay there.
THIS HOTEL HAS BEDBUGS. This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. AVOID at all costs. We were going to be staying here for the 2018 Masters, and when we first arrived, the original room they checked us into wasn't available. We took the elevator up to the third floor, which was terrible, the elevator should be shut down, it sounds like it is going to break and we thought we were stuck on it. When we walked into the room they had JUST told us would be ours, the manager was laying on the ground fixing the A/C and told us that we couldn't stay in that room. They changed us to a different room, and upon inspection, I am 100% certain this place has had a bedbug issue. The entire hotel is pretty gross but we were willing to give it a try until we saw evidence of bedbugs. We quickly left the room and went to the front desk to try and cancel our stay and the staff was less than helpful. The manager lied to us about who he was, and would not just cancel our reservation. The transaction hadn't even posted yet, so he wouldn't have had to give us a refund, just cancel our stay. But he wouldn't even do that. We ended up staying at much nicer Holiday Inn.
