I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The customer service was top-notch, with staff always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. I particularly loved the complimentary breakfast—delicious and a great way to start the day! The hotel is somewhat old but was everything we needed for an overnight layover. Airport shuttle is not 24 hr, check the hours on the website. Staff was helpful and pleasant when we had to ask for help.

I had a nice stay. It is an affordable hotel that is newly renovated (however you can tell it is still an older hotel). Decently clean. Breakfast is in the hotel next door but easy to get to and good food. I had an overnight layover the hotel shuttle picked me up no problem just call them when you arrive and have your bags. The next morning the shuttle was too full at my designated time so the front desk called a complimentary Uber for me and another lady which I appreciated.

I finally figured out the lights are activated with pass card "key". Unfortunately, there was a man snoring next door and I could hearhim right through the walls. Overall, decent, and it felt clean.

. I paid 65 dollars for a slightly above typical hotel room. Parking lot is well lit but a little sketchy at night.
Most of the amenities worked fine. The place is a bit banged up and I think I like it that way. AC blows cold and the TV and fridge are Gucci. Couch, king bed and low noise from the airport. I was extremely surprised at the noise level. Just for that I added an extra star. Overall, very good deal for your money.

One of the nicest hotels in the IAH area. Convenient location. Great staff. Clean rooms. Very quiet hotel. Shuttle to the airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Lots of workers. Jennifer, the general manager, makes sure "you feel at home." For someone who travels weekly for business, I can say..."you won't be disappointed staying here." So, just stay here and enjoy your time in Houston.

Finally, my favorite hotel very close to IAH is open!! They just finished the renovations. Very clean and has an excellent welcoming hot breakfast and a shuttle is available to and from the airport. I highly recommend this Comfort suites, less than 2 miles from IAH.

The hot breakfast is in quality, but it's free. And at least there are eggs and a waffle maker.
Paula, the employee at the front desk, was extremely kind and helpful. The maids were also very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were spacious and on the first floor, the ceilings were high which I like. It was a weekday but it seemed quieter the most hotels. I'm extremely thankful for Paula to accommodate me in a late check out and retrieving more bath towels, etc.
Certainly not luxury, but very comfortable and the bed was fresh and comfy.

Was the cheapest of the hotels right on that road near the eco-park. But yet the rooms and the whole hotel were newly renovated, nice big "modern" room up to code now. The parking lot was full and there must be some kind of park-n-fly to explain the number of cars, I wasn't using that, I was driving off to the eco-parking lot.

Room’s carpet is becoming old, at least in the 1st floor rooms.
Other than that it’s perfect place before or after the flight.
Few good option nearby to eat.

It definitely could use an update but like I said it was not the worst room for a comfort suites. They should however not fill their parking lot with too many park and fly customers.

The beds were super comfortable, and the service was great! It is near a major airport, so you will hear planes landing throughout the night. The shuttle service was super convenient, and saved us some money on an Uber/Lyft. The continental breakfast is located next door at the sister hotel, Country Inn and Suites. This wasn't a problem for me, but if you have mobility challenges then it may be.

There is a weird smell in the third floor hallway and alot of unknown noises in my room. But for the price it was terrific!!

Service is friendly, breakfast is hot and included, you want more restaurants are an option. Glad the renovations are done. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable bathrooms work and have soap, shampoo and conditioner and towels of course. Was impressed by Paula, recieved us well, provided a wake up call, helped me out when I locked my keys in my room, was ontop of breakfast and handed off the front desk position after pulling a double shift.
If you want a place to stay and not miss your flight this is it. Never disappointed by the service here even when they were remodeling

GM Jennifer and front desk Diego were great! Quick check in even when we had 6 people in front of us and United decided to cancel our flights and leave us stranded !!! Diego was training and did a great job! Will stay here again under different circumstances 10/10! No hot breakfast but their kitchen is being renovated and should be done within the next month!
