Very clean and friendly and easy check-in process as well as check out process. I've stayed in several hotels, especially the past 2 months, and hands down, I'll be coming back to stay here and wish I had done so the last few times I needed a hotel in Phoenix.
Thank you for a truly clean room, refreshing clean air and extremely simple check-in process.
Very horrible customer service. Woman at front desk was extremely rude. How she managed to land a job in customer service is quite surprising. Manager was equally as rude.
Nice place. Will visit again. They can work on getting some wanderers another place to hang around.
Rooms are very clean and the place follows a strict covid 19 protocol. Rooms are designated as sanitized and sealed between guest visits.
It was ok, rooms were clean, but no soap. The area is full of homeless and people wondering around. No security here.
The room and stay itself was nice. The hotel has a unique contemporary vibe and everything felt very clean. I would absolutely NOT recommend paying extra for breakfast though; they only provided these frozen Jimmy Dean microwave breakfast sandwiches that did not taste good. I don't know what the breakfast option was like pre- Covid, but they could have done a better job in that area.
Overall good value for the stay.
The hotel is very unique and has a friendly and invigorating atmosphere. Bright colors, eccentric furniture pieces, and a beautiful layout. I read reviews that raved on the cleanliness of the hotel, my room was as clean as described, but the elevators and exterior windows were not very clean. I also paid a few extra dollars on Expedia for breakfast that I didn’t receive, but I left at 8 so I didn’t make a fuss. Aside from that everything was cool. Friendly helpful staff!
Amazing place with great rooms and respectful staff. The hotel was immaculately clean and so we're the rooms. There is a circle k basically right out the front doors so if you need anything it's right there!
I usually don't post too many reviews, but when I am totally impressed with personnel and property I am staying at, it worth my time to sit down and write a review.
I am a frequest traveler to say the least. Been to many hotels and encountered all sorts of hotel staff.
I recently stayed at the Aloft Phoenix Airport and I was impressed. The staff is very friendly both on the phone and in person.
I want to acknowledge Front Desk Manager Ben. Sorry I don't know his last name, but what a service oriented individual. He address everyone by Sir and always looking to help. I had some issues and he was on top of everything. People like him makes the Marriott brand stand out.
As for the property, it is modern, clean and situated in a ideal location. There is a convenient story nearby which is convenient, but does attract a certain crowd there. I would be a little bit more cautious when going out to your car at night but that can be said about any property.
The room again is modern. It has a hip vibe to it and its very clean.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is people friendly and I slept like a bear.
Last month, I spent 20 days at this lovely Hotel. It's a 3-Star Hotel with the heart of a 5-Star. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to save money. The service is incredible and the staff is highly professional and courteous. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner they cover it all. The room I stayed in was very neat and modern. A sleek tiled bathroom with all the amenities you can ask for, and a quite ice-cold air conditioner to escape the heat.
stayed here overnight due to plane delay. Overslept and received a call from the front desk for the shuttle bus. Overall everything was nice.
I love staying here when I travel to Phoenix. I take the skytrain nfrom the airport and take the walk across to the train station. I walk across and straight into the Lobby! I never have to rent a car which is awesome. Happy Hours are 1/2 price drinks and atmosphere is cool too.
Very clean hotel by the airport. Gets the job done if you are between flights or before an upcoming flight. Shower is hot. Dog friendly makes it fantastic if you have your companion with you. Cafe in lobby is overpriced and no seating if you are looking to dine.
Nice place.. bar is good.. the room is sparkling clean and and modern... definitely will use this location again
First time hotel experience and I was truly amazed at the amenities, the breakfast options were amazing, service all around exceptional and amazing views from my room! I will absolutely revisit this facility on my next business trip, or my next vacation. #phoenixrocks
Not great for long stays. The staff are not helpful.
I am a Marriott rewards member and I love all of their hotel except this one. All the staff just stared at me like I don't belong. I am here for work on short notice during spring training so I cannot move to another hotel. I have work in the morning and I can hear the party in the lobby. I do not feel welcome. I have breakfast vouchers but I don't care for the 4 choices for breakfast. This is my worst stay in Phoenix. The Econo Lodge is more accommodating.
First stay here and pleasantly surprised. You can use your phone as your door key. They send you a key code and you just hold your phone on the lock panel. Nice room with 2 Queen beds. Plenty of electrical sockets and USB outlets for your electronics. Coffee service with refrigerator. Big mirror in above sink. Shower is big and tall. View out window to airport and transit platform. Interesting to watch planes landing. Restaurants nearby. Small store in lobby. Nice sized parking lot.
Nice Loft-style room (semi open floor plan) with comfy bed (though not much privacy if in bathroom). Could use some basic usability improvements. TV mounted to high (eye level when standing instead of when sitting) and does not pull out/ swivel (making it hard to work at the desk while watching TV). A bit noisy as well (close to airport).
Bathroom is basically a closet with the door being a sliding mirror door. Rooms are cheap because everyone in your room gets to hear you go to the bathroom right next to them. I love my girlfriend, still want a bit of privacy in those moments though.
I had a wonderful time as a guest at ALOFT during the Christmas holidays and I think my dogs enjoyed it even more! The staff is so friendly, the pool table is so much fun and the rooms are so clean and spacious. The location is so close to the airport and freeways so it's a very ideal hotel. I will absolutely be staying at ALOFT for all future trips to Phoenix.
Excellent location. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Attentive staff. High definition TV signal. Wide working area for the business traveler.
I love this hotel. Best staff, best rooms and best prices. It's the only hotel I will stay at when visiting the Phoenix area.
Wow. My flight was cancelled and they had a room deal. I took the deal over a free hotel. I was curious and this place is amazing. I wish my apartment was this nice.
I was blown away by this place. First night there they were doing whiskey tasting! Second night was pool and beer night.
Third night we went out to Tempe.
Room were very nicely done and spacious. Loved it.
Nice place. Great service. Was only there for one night, but wish I picked them to stay at the days I was at Phoenix. They are conveniently located near the zoo and dowbtown. The place is stylish and the shower was great. I had a horrible experience with a resort that was was totally rude and with old card readers that caused difficulties and inconveniences in checking in. If I had picked aloft for my place of stay, right after I landed, I would have had a way better night and much happier experience. Basically the next time I head to Phoenix, I know I will prefer to stay at Aloft.
When I arrived,
I didn't feel safe. The whole area looks like commercial zone and parking didn't have enough of lighting . The hotel itself look like an apartment complex , had to circle around couple of times to make sure i got the right address...
There were a few suspicious people on the parking lot.
When I walked in, place looks nice and modern, smells good. I asked attendant if area was safe , he suggested not to leave anything in my car, because they are not responsible for any damage or breaking into my vehicle.
The room I got A/C didn't work , so they switched me to the other room right away. My room was clean a bit small, but I like the modern style. Bed was comfortable .
By the time I got to bed I realized walls was made of off cardboards ,
I could hear foot steps from above, noise from the sides and hallways. I heard airplanes and trains like it was behind my door ( but hotel offers ear plugs :) )
Breakfast wasn't included.
Pool located on the side that blocks the sun .
Staff was polite.
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Room was large, open and modern. Lobby was typical Aloft which is a little hip, not my taste but nice and open. Only issue was a little noisy with airplanes and trains. Also it had a good price for the location near airport.
Great and friendly service. Very nice hotel for the price. Lobby and room were very clean. Would highly recommend for the price.
This hotel has something of a modern European vibe. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. It has a nice lounge / bar area that we enjoyed at night. The rooms were clean, contemporary in design with an eye toward efficient use of space. Very near airport. Recommended
Clean rooms. Friendly front desk and quick check in. We spent the night before an early morning flight. Bring a bite with you or plan on ordering take out. Not much at or around hotel. I would stay here again. Shuttles to the airport run on time. The driver was most helpful.
We stayed a night at the Aloft Hotel because we had to catch an early flight and wanted to avoid a long drive. The rooms are simple yet trendy. The studio like room had retro throw-back details that put a cherry on top of the chic decor. They provide all of the necessities for an over night stay as well as the convenient amenities you're used to enjoying at a higher priced hotel! Great place!
