Traffic pattern is well laid out, efficient. Signage is quite adequate, slow down so you have time to digest them. Landscaping and buildings are well maintained. Police presence is quite appropriate and they facilitate good tragic flow. Adequate lighting in all locations. I like the overpass for airplanes. It's amazing. But whoever thought of the Cell Phone Lot is a genius: adequate parking and a giant arrival board are very helpful.

Inside the airport everything is good and also a quick security check but the only complaint I have is seating they don't have enough seating near gates and always have to stand and outlets won't work most of the time. Terminal roads are a bit confusing for new people it takes time to get used to these roads. Like the sky train we have one every 5min and it takes us to the parking lot pretty quick.

My experience was wonderful it this airport. I especially enjoyed the quick, clean ride on the sky train from terminal three to the rental car Center. Easy directions on how to get where you need to go and amazingly clean. I really appreciated the TSA experience. It went very quickly getting through thanks to Clear! This experience made me realize I will definitely renew my membership which I was considering dropping.

Phoenix International Airport is a modern Airport in US which serves the growing Phoenix area and surrounding parts of Arizona. Airport and its terminals are well designed with adequate space between the gates. There are good number of restaurants after the security. There are many security gates so it does not get too crowded even in peak times.
I liked the interiors of the Airport which was well thought out to reflect the unique southwest geography and culture.

I like this airport, this is my first time passing through here. It is my connecting airport.
The airport seems like a medium size airport, but it is very easy to navigate your way around it. Some little shops, lots of food places, from grab and go to actual sit down fast food restaurants and bars!
Very clean Airport. The staff we interacted with was very kind and helpful.
They also offer a room for your flying pets. They can go in there, let them out and stretch their legs and let them relax for a bit!

Signage can be improved.
Food variety in a gate can be improved. Waiting benches have electronic sockets available.
Security lines were decent.
Have a great flight!

Really well designed airport. They claim to be America’s Friendliest Airport & while I’m. Kt sure about that - it definitely is one of the most efficient airports. The flow of people is constant yet theres no bunching or bottle necks.
Plenty of lounges & theres food options a plenty.
Washrooms are clean & spacious. Would recommend flying through PHX for sure.

It was a great experience. The airport was very clean, and TSA was not a problem at all. Oh my return flight Hall. They did not even require us to remove the shoes which was a pleasant surprise. It’s the little things that count. Also, I had breakfast at one of the restaurants there and the food was fresh and delicious and the cost was very reasonable. This airport is very excellent example of a international airport. Excellent customer service, great travel experience.

The airport inside is very clean and organized, I had zero issues finding anything that I needed. Security was very fast, it took no longer then 15 minutes which was great! There’s lots of little things shops selling various items and lots of different food options. The only thing that is weird is the outside pickup, my friend had picked me up and it was extremely confusing to find where we both had to go to pick me up but other than that the airport is great!

The approach into the airport on landing is scenic albeit bumpy with the winds considering this is a desert. Long walk to baggage reclaim and it can be confusing at times but a nice sight to look out with massive windows that aren't tinted which is a huge plus. The toilets are fine but it is a bit of a maze to find them and its not big enough to have your suitcase inside the stalls. Signage is clear to follow. I've done international departures once to London back in 2020 pre - covid days and that was a breeze. Either PHX or PDX would be my choice of airport leaving/ arriving internationally, unlike LAX, SFO, DEN, SEA, JFK, CLT, ORD, DFW to name those which I have flown into from outside North America.

Flying in here for the first time, I think this is a beautiful, well designed, clean, and modern airport. I especially love the art installations placed throughout the terminals and the floors. The layout of the airport is very easy to navigate through and I like the SkyTrain that got me from the terminal to the parking lot for my rental car very quickly. The SkyTrain reminds me of Japanese infrastructure which is very clean and fast. Lines to TSA were very quick and organized and the agents were nice and in a good mood. This is one of my favourite airports now!

Nice airport to fly in and out of Phoenix. The gate and security staff were friendly and fast, easy to locate your gate, convenient skytrain to get to the rental cars from the terminals, and was a clean airport overall. Signage was great and it was also easy to locate your departing flight on the screens. Although it was a bit of a challenge to determine which terminal your flights depart out of since it does not say that on your boarding pass for some airlines but was easy when you go onto the airport’s website. All in all, a great airport and highly recommended!

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Clean Well lit facility with a modern feel.
Plenty of little stores to shop in and places to catch a bite.
While the building is clean and nice , the men’s restroom floor was disgusting. These should be cleaned at least hourly - it’s a guy thing.

I had a fantastic experience at Sky Harbor Airport, where the service was top-notch and incredibly fast. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Additionally, I was impressed by their quick response and efficient towing services 😀😀, making it easy for client to not delay stopping other cars to move. Sky Harbor Airport sets a high standard for customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

This airport is very easy to navigate on your own. If for some reason you are not able to do that they have wonderful staff who will guide you along the process. There are numerous places to shop and eat if you arrive early and get hungry. They have the usual airport snack stops but also many restaurants. While the terminal is massive it is laid out in such a way so it does not get congested or confusing.

This Phoenix Sky Harbor has multiple TSA entry points. Definitely a busier airport over the summer. Not recommended if you have less than an hour of layover at this airport. Be prepared for a lot of walking. The tinted windows here is pretty cool. They make the sunlight so pretty.
The restrooms are clean. Expect a line waiting for the #2.

I can hear and understand the boarding announcements! Assistive listening hearing loops are located throughout the newly remolded terminal 3 at the gates in E and F. Waiting at E4, I can easily understand the PA announcements as well as the aural paging! No more asking the person next to me: What did she say? What group is boarding now? So empowering to receive access to critical information at the same time as my fellow passengers. Kudos to Sky Harbour for making communication access a priority and installing hearing loops at the gates!

I love so many things about this airport. It’s clean so clean and modern. They sanitize the handrails with UV light. The staff is all super friendly. The United Club is a decent size with a good selection of food and seating. Signage is clear and easy to follow. They even color code the elevator to match the parking ramp colors. There is great art throughout the airport. My only complaint is that exiting the airport feels clunky. Getting out and on to the highway feels like it could have been designed a little better.

Not too bad airport , nicely designed and organised and especially with the recent skytrain addition makes it so much easier to travel to/from. It used to take forever to take bus between terminals or rental car place, but now it’s actually quite a short and pleasant journey. Compared to other airports security is also very smooth and efficient, there are plenty of check points and it goes really fast. Inside the airport seem to be quite limited food and drink options however with quite a long queues everywhere of passengers trying to get their coffee or food. Finally there isn’t enough seats in gates area.

Clean and cool! The airport temperature inside feel like 72f which is a comfort level despite Phoenix day-time heat. I am comparing this airport to narita, japan airport in summer which you will be sweating in duty free shopping area. Phoenix airport could upgrade plugs for 2 out of 8 works, and add more charging stations.

The airport is convenient and was very easy to access. Everything was nice and clean. Uber picked us up and dropped us off right at the door which was very convenient. We had no issues with security getting in. There were plenty of vendors and things to see in the airport although I'd hate to get stuck there for an extended amount of time. I hope to be able to come back through there someday!

Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix is a great place to fly in and out of, and overall, I’ve had good experiences here. While it’s technically a large airport, it has a smaller, more manageable feel compared to some of the bigger hubs out there, which I really appreciate. Navigating the terminals is pretty straightforward, and everything is well-marked, so getting where you need to go doesn’t feel overwhelming.
That said, one thing to keep in mind is that the rental car center is quite a distance from the main airport. It’s not hard to get to—there’s a shuttle that takes you there—but it can be a little bit of a process, especially if it’s your first time figuring it out. Once you’re there, though, it’s well-organized, and the rental car agencies are all in one place, which makes picking up or dropping off a car pretty convenient despite the distance.
Inside the airport, I like how clean and well-maintained everything is. The dining and shopping options are solid, with a mix of local and national spots to grab a bite or a coffee while you wait. Security lines are usually efficient, and the staff I’ve encountered have always been friendly and helpful, which goes a long way in making the travel experience smoother.
Another thing I appreciate is how the airport feels less chaotic compared to some larger ones, even though it’s still a major hub. The layout makes it easy to find your way, and there’s enough space to not feel crowded even during busier times. The smaller feel, despite its size, makes it a lot less stressful to get around.
Overall, Sky Harbor is a well-run airport that strikes a nice balance between being big enough to have everything you need and small enough to feel manageable. Aside from the rental car process being a bit of an adventure, it’s an airport I genuinely like and don’t mind flying through whenever I’m heading to or from Phoenix.

This airport is easy to navigate with its clear signage to provide directions. Security is efficient. Although, the TSA screener held my carrying luggage for a more detailed search because my 3 bags of Baked Cheetos looked suspicious. The tram to the rental car center is quick and runs frequently.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a testament to organization and efficiency, providing travelers with a seamless experience from arrival to departure. It was a pleasure to arrive and depart from this airport. It was also clean and orderly:
On my departure, from check-in to security screening and boarding, the airport's streamlined processes make navigating through it a breeze. The check in staff and security were also kind and professional, unlike some other airports. At one point, they had a German Shepherd security dog passing between us as we walked two by two through the security and immigration line.
One of the standout features of Phoenix Sky Harbor is its integration of art throughout the terminal areas. The airport boasts an impressive collection of art exhibits, ranging from sculptures to paintings, providing travelers with a unique cultural experience as they make their way through the terminals. These were from local Arizona artists varying in background and ages. This thoughtful incorporation of art not only adds aesthetic value but also enhances the overall ambiance of the airport, creating a more welcoming and enjoyable environment for passengers. Even the flooring in some areas of the airport had beautiful colourful designs. What a delight!
Moreover, the placement of these art exhibits strategically throughout the airport allows travelers to appreciate them at their own pace, whether they have a few minutes to spare before their flight or are looking to pass the time during a layover. This infusion of creativity and culture adds a refreshing touch to the travel experience, setting Phoenix Sky Harbor apart from other airports.
Overall, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport impresses with its organization, efficiency, and commitment to providing travelers with more than just a means of transportation. With its art exhibits enhancing the passenger experience, it truly stands out as a model of excellence in airport design and management.

For such a large airport, it definitely was lacking food/ variety of restraunt choices. I did love the view of the mountains. Hopefully in the near future there will be more food/ restraunt variety and choices.

Had a lay over for about 2 hours here. Nice big airport. Spacious, wasn't over crowded when i arrived. Walkways were clean and bathrooms were nice. They have lights above the stalls to tell you which ones are available. Variety of foods options and signs were easy to find to go where you need to.

This review is for terminal 4. Very modern and new terminal. Good shops and eating places. Not too much of a walk. The ticketing areas were clean and bright. Nice art works as you walk to the gates.
There are also exhibits in various areas. We went around 2:30 and the security lines were not bad.
Few good stores like Uptown Phoenix to buy a variety of souvenirs

To me, flying in here for the second time, I think this is a simply structured beautiful airport, well designed, clean, and modern. I especially like the art installations placed throughout the terminals and the floors. The layout of the airport is very easy to navigate through, thanks to the low ceiling signs. I like the SkyTrain that got me from the car rental center to the terminal for my rental car very quickly. The SkyTrain reminds me of Frankfurt International Airport. This is one of my favourite airports I've flown from or to.

This was a layover airport for me. I was here for about 2 hours until my next flight out. It’s a clean airport and easy to navigate. They have a variety of restaurants and convenience stores to pass your time while waiting for your flight. Overall it was a very nice airport.

I am admittedly fond of this airport, because my dad used to lived here. I probably gave it five stars because of that.
I used the Skytrain, which connected to light rail, which got me to a bus. This did the trick and I didn’t have to spend $50 on a car ride. Plenty of clear signs and people to help along the way.
The sign about maintaining physical distance while boarding might not make sense in terms of aerosolized particles since we were about to sit with a bunch of people in an enclosed space, but maybe every little bit helps 🤷🏻♀️

Airport is the nicest, however the bathroom stalls are the smallest vs. Logan in Boston, ma. However sky harbor offers escalators with distance or walking... overall. Taking the train to the car rental building is total badass. Happy to see a major upgrade take place

Always enjoy getting every opportunity to go to Sky Harbor departing a flight or arriving back from vacation or vise versa! Finding the gates are always easy to find and always on top of keeping the airport clean! No wonder why Sky Harbor was voted as “America’s Friendliest Airport”! 🤣🙌🏻😁

My experience this morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport was a complete contrast to my earlier journey from Midway Chicago, and thank goodness for that. Phoenix Airport exuded cleanliness, boasted excellent food options, and had staff who were noticeably more hospitable and service-oriented. I particularly enjoyed indulging in an açaí berry bowl, a perfect morning treat for my red-eye warriors. This airport embodies what air travel experiences should feel and look like. Kudos to Phoenix Airport for setting the standard!

Phoenix Airport sets a remarkable standard as the best airport I've visited. The American Airlines lounge offers breathtaking scenery, creating a serene atmosphere for travelers. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, providing helpful assistance and ensuring a smooth travel experience. The vigilant police presence contributes to a sense of security, and the inclusion of a USO for military members, providing a space to relax and eat for free, reflects the airport's commitment to supporting those who serve. Phoenix Airport seamlessly combines aesthetics, efficiency, and a strong focus on passenger well-being, making it a standout choice for travelers.

No signs to show where delta airlines are on the inside of the airport. Then asked the customer service desk and they made a huge ordeal of it...the gentlemen wasn't very friendly. Finally found it after finding 2 escalators. Delta employees where amazing especially the lady that checked our bag and gave us our ticket. She was very personable and kind. Amazing personality. Our flight to phoenix and return to Salt Lake City was great. Thank you for safe and great travel.

My arrival in to Phoenix was awesome. Was very easy to get my luggage and leave to cab area. Only took about 15 minutes total. They have a Starbucks there and a bagel place that was pretty good. They had free power stations to plug in your phone to charge, that was convenient. Bathrooms were clean. Very happy. If you're renting a car prepare for a long wait in the line at the car rental place don't blame that on the airport the whole process can take over an hour. But the shuttle runs all the time and takes about 7 minutes so it's not too bad.

Their signs don't lie. Definitely the friendliest airport in America if not the world. Super clean, and fast security. Nice employees and RARELY ANY CANCELED FLIGHTS (because Phoenix doesn't get snow and rain here is rare). Has a lot of moving walkways which helps. For sure the best airport I went to. Highly recommended.

Typical airport with a typical layout. We had a quick layover here, but it was about 1.5 hours longer than we expected. Our gate got changed twice and our flight got delayed about 1.5 hours. We had to scramble all around the airport to get to our gate each time. The food is actually really good for an airport, and not too expensive. The seating areas are not too large, and ofter are crowded. The location is very convenient, with the airport being very close to downtown. From the windows, it gave beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and downtown Phoenix. And i have to mention the airplane overpasses, where planes overpass a busy road to get to their runway or gate. Overall, it was a pretty nice airport.

Airport is a breeze to maneuver through! Parking is convenient, pick-up is super quick and you honestly can't go wrong with what place you pick to eat! There is a good selection. Bathrooms seem to be maintained very well and the staff here is very helpful and friendly! Would recommend downloading the airline app and using it to download your boarding pass which makes the trip 90% easier and faster! Safe travels🤙🏼

Flights are reasonable in price to a variety of locations. The terminals are spacious with plenty of shopping. There's even a kids play area while you wait. The seats have USB charging ports and the bathrooms have changing stations. They nickel and dime you on upsells but that's the nature of the travel industry.

Nice airport. I have never had any issues here. It is easy to get too and get around. When the new tram between the airport and car rental goes live this summer, it will be much smoother. Check in ahead, and only check bags were easy. Car rental at National was paperless, too. Food options were good.

Not only does Sky Harbor Airport service thousands of passengers every day, facilitating an impressive volume of flights that connect travelers to various destinations across the globe, but its media personnel also played an invaluable role in ensuring a seamless experience for us during our recent project.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport, where the constant movement of travelers creates a vibrant atmosphere, it was the dedicated efforts of the media team that truly stood out. They skillfully navigated the complexities of airport logistics, providing us with timely updates, critical information, and access to resources that were pivotal in showcasing the airport's operations and its impact on the local community.
Their commitment to excellence was apparent in their proactive communication and their willingness to go above and beyond, accommodating our requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. From coordinating interviews with airport officials to providing behind-the-scenes insights, the media personnel not only highlighted the airport's significant role in enabling the travel needs of countless passengers but also helped us capture the essence of Sky Harbor as a hub of connectivity and innovation.

Nice, clean and relatively quiet airport. There are not a great food options but easy to get in and out. Nice shopping options for souvenirs to take back home Staff was friendly as well and helped us checkin to gate very quick. Baggage claim was very helpful when we arrived assisting us with an issue we had with our small bag. The Metro Sky Train was easy and convenient to take from the airport to our hotel in downtown Phoenix.

Nice hub for American. The airport is easily navigable. The gate area could be bigger but it’s not terrible. Long distance between terminals so plan accordingly. Decent selection of restaurants and airline lounges. The rental car facility is a pain as it is not connected to the airport and the bus ride there is over ten minute. However, the sky train will soon connect from the terminal to the rental car facility.

Pretty good airport. Definitely above average. There's a lot to navigate, but it's not unnecessarily difficult. Pretty solid selection of restaurants, including a good amount of Southwestern style food (as one would expect). Fairly friendly staff (they do advertise that they're the friendliest airport in the country). Flew in / flew out in about 24 hours for a quick turnaround trip. I had no issues, and I look forward to coming back again.

This Phoenix Sky Harbor has multiple TSA entry points. Definitely a busier airport over the summer. Not recommended if you have less than an hour of layover at this airport. Be prepared for a lot of walking. Thankfully there are several folks (in a purple polo shirt) standing around who will help you.

The interior looked clean but the design was a bit outdated. It’s quite dim for the most environment. The airport was very busy during the Wednesday night. The restroom had the smell though. Only Terminal 4 and Terminal 3 could be found; both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 were demolished for the new construction in the future.

The airport is nice and simple . My flight was delayed because of frontier airlines, so it was at least convenient to be able to have a drink and some food while I waited on a 6 hour flight delay, other than that it wasn't a bad experience. If you want to get what you pay for do NOT use frontier airlines. I will be back to fly out again soon and I will have an updated review to go with it

Have been in the airport many times for layover for connection flights in the past.
Recently have been to Phoenix airport while visiting , it was well organized and the car rental service is also very convenient. You can take AirTrain from the terminal to rental car service very easily. It was easy on rental car return too.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a wonderful hub Airport for American Airlines, plus it serves many other carriers. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has been updated and presents a wealth of wonderful restaurants and shops to make your flying experience more enjoyable. There are several main concourses connected by moving walkways making it quick and easy to get between gates to catch that next flight. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has many restrooms, indoor pet relief areas, and many other amenities for traveler comfort. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has several American Airlines Admiral's Club locations easily accessible for your comfort and enjoyment. Attached are pictures from a couple of concourses and the moving walkways.

One of the cleanest airports I’ve been to but there’s a lack of restaurants and shops since the pandemic wiped out about half of them so wait times can be long.
Other than that, this airport is easy to get in and out of the 4 terminals available, and tsa wait times aren’t awful like some major airports so that’s a plus.

Easy parking and sky train. It's very easy to navigate the airport layout. We have no control over somethings in travel so give some and take some it's a good airport. Weather helps The ability for few cancellations because of bad weather. Thanks 🙏
How can I help you today?
Looking for parking?
Type something like, 'I want to park at LAX for 5 days starting
on 7/30/2024.'
Need to cancel a reservation?
Try, 'I need to cancel my parking reservation at JFK for
8/15/2024 to 8/20/2024.'
Have a general question?
You can ask, 'What are the daily rates for parking at
SFO?
