The women at the front desk in the evening were very polite, friendly, and helpful. They were all smiles even though the hour was so late. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious! The server on duty had a packed room and worked diligently to assist everyone and again remained with a smile. This hotel is lucky to have the crew they have!
First, I'd like to say that the staff was pleasant at the very least. The rooms, however, were not all the hype that was given on the reviews. I had to request a new room due to what seemed to have been old dried blood on the floors as well as the ac unit not working. Upon walking into our new room, coming from the restroom with NO vent fan, we were completely blanketed by the smell of weed from nearby neighbors. It made our clothes smell horrible! The beds are not comfortable at all either. From there, we saw the pool from our view and that was basically the last straw for me. The pool was SO DISGUSTING. You couldn't see the bottom, the water was so murky! All in all, would I recommend this hotel to the ones I love? Heck no. Trust me when I say that there are most definitely better, cleaner and more comfortable hotels than this one.
Clean rooms and accommodating front desk staff. Kudos to the Chef and Alexandra in the restaurant. The food was tasty and Alexandra was a one-woman show, being bartender, hostess and server accommodating hotel guests' appetite with a smile. There are nothing but good things to say about her. This was a great stay within minutes to the Sky Harbor International Airport. I will return!
I’ve used this hotel for airport parking twice. First time was 5/5 great, second time not so much. When I landed, I called the number on the card they give you and received a busy tone over and over (called 20 times). Finally got a different number off google and the gentleman at the front desk said the shuttle stops running at 10p and I’d have to catch a cab. First, the email confirmation of my parking purchase clearly states 24 hour shuttle service except between 1a-4a (booked through parkway parking). And, the card the front desk staff gave me for when I land (like a shuttle ticket) did not have anything on it stating the hours. As a single woman late at night just trying to get home, this had me in a panic. Luckily, the gentleman working gave me a refund for my taxi ride, of which I was also graced with an incredible angry taxi driver. While I appreciate the compensation, management needs to update their online information and shuttle cards with the correct information. Please also train your staff appropriately to SAY that information upon check in as well. And last but not least, fix your phone line. I wasn’t the only one who had issues getting through and that was unacceptable.
3 stars is good according to Google. So I've gotta go 2 for ok. One night out of nowhere it sounded like a jackhammer was going off. It would stop after awhile but then start again. It was something AT the hotel because there was no construction near by. Woke both of us up. I couldn't fall asleep after that. Then they have a policy of keeping the $100 deposit for 10 days. Why?! I saw that in a few reviews. That's bad business. Will be booking somewhere else next time.
The Radisson is beautiful hotel.
Simple check in. Not a whole lot of guest. But the up to 30 days to return a $100 security deposit. That’s just completely uncalled for. Who does that?
Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Just the right amenities at a great price. Area felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend!
Great place. John was awesome and took care of us. Was in town for a spring training game and would highly recommend. The hotel bar was also a great surprise!
Recent remodel is lipstick on a pig. Room smelled of sulfur (sewer gas burping up through sink or tub) I pulled all the plugs and ran water into sink and tub (solved) , there was a rust spot in the tub and bubbling paint (about after square area) on the bathroom wall, loud people in the hall at night and check-in took nearly 30 min. It's a low priced option with clientele to match.... we had dinner at the double tree across the street... it looked much nicer and will be out next try when we need an airport hotel in phx.
I wanted to say Huge Thanks for welcoming my family. Our stay was Exceptional!! Your staff is Superb!!! The breakfast Outstanding!!!! Our room was so cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable!!! Very affordable and close airport!!! There is also airport shuttle service!!!! My family felt Valued and Cared for!!!!
The stay here was very comfortable. The only thing that I didn't really care for was no carpeting. The floors were cold but service was exceptional. I would stay again.

I forgot my ear pods at the hotel. I called them on my way to the airport the lady said she found them and someone from management will call me. I called second week to follow up and same thing, they said its in the office safe, someone from "MANAGEMENT" will call. Three weeks later and no one call.
Not recommended to stay, bad customer service.
Update, just spoke with customer service, she is rude. Lets see if someone from management will call on Monday as she said. Update 03/13/2021
Upon arriving around 4p-5p after booking our room on Groupon, thinking all expenses were taken care of we were told we needed a $100.00 deposit (which would be held) and it had to be on a chip. In which we had a card but not chipped. Having to move financials around, we weren't able to check in until around 9p which felt like we lost a night. The first rep wasn't very informative however Desseree was. This information should be transparent upon booking with your 3rd parties. All rooms have a microwave and there's mold in the bathroom.
I stayed at the Radisson Hotel the 23rd through the 25th. I am a local and in between moving from my old apartment to a new one, I was informed that my move-in date would be push back two days. So I decided to get a room for those nights. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and considerate upon check-in. The room was modern and very clean with added sanitized markers throughout the room. Best part is I had two great nights of sleep! Definitely recommend staying here!
Hands down best staff I have ever seen at a hotel. Went to AZ for three days to get out of my city’s weather and Wow I’ve never been treated so kindly by everyone there. This will be the only place I stay every time am in Phoenix from here on out, and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Phoenix. Plus the rooms were modern and comfortable. 5*
John at the front desk greeting me with such great hospitality. The rooms are spectacular. I give this hotel 2 thumbs way up.
View from my King size suite. Very quiet and peaceful weekend. Great drinks and food. Great staff! Very clean!!! Would definitely return.
Great staff super place to stay. Very friendly and great pool and food
Chae's Coffee Plus Family
Love this place !!! Very clean and modern hotel, plus the staff was super helpful in accommodating me and my 3 boys ! Especially John in front desk! Thanks John will definitively recommend to my friends & family!!
Will be back next time I’m in Phx for sure
Nice, clean hotel with relatively few frills. There's a comfortable bed, adequate bathroom facilities, free internet, free coffee/tea. Room has a maximum temperature setting of 75F. Car parking lot was open/unguarded. Mildly disappointed to see what I received for a hotel room from this well-known hotel chain.
Very strongly recommended hotel here in our area! I was feeling delighted to experience a one day stay in this hotel. Their staves were so friendly and courteous. The ambiance was so refreshing for those who are stress. I will surely visit this place again and again. You deserve to be at the top list, guys!
Very nice hotel. Decor was modern and was so beautiful I wanted to take pictures. It was very very clean, staff were super nice, location was in a good area near the airport. We were amazed we got this place at a good price.
Just what we needed. Great price. Nice pool. Good.
Went to the bar & grill inside - excellent food and good service at moderate prices. Liked it a lot
Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room. Furnishing and appointment of room inspired confidence in likely effectiveness of sanitization procedures. Restaurant understandably closed, but I miss being able to get breakfast.
Pretty plain for the money. Zero charm, looks clinical. Kept checking for stirrups at the foot of the bed.
It was nice. Only booked it for the hot tub which was out of order. The bartender is phenomenal and makes an amazing margarita. I had like 5 and I'm incredibly hungover ha
Nice place, friendly staff just had a slight issue with housekeeping as my work schedule may have been a little conflicting with there housekeeping schedule.
I had a difficult time getting my bed made and that's important when staying in a hotel.
There is a reason why this hotel is cheaper than others. It's in a bad area, the room was filthy, dirty towels, spit on the elevator buttons, and the beds were all wrinkled as if they didnt wash the sheets. Also the checkout lady told me I couldn't get a receipt from them since I booked through Priceline which isn't right because I've had no problem getting a receipt before.
Nice ,clean remodeled older hotel. Food was great and all the staff was very nice , polite and helpful. I would stay here again.
Gorgeous hotel, rooms and bar & grill. Haven't had any problems or issues since arriving and anticipate having an amazing stay here
Amazing rooms for a great price just sucks that only some of the rooms come with "free" breakfast. Which is actually 12 dollars per person
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so very nice. And the hotel was great.

We recently stayed at your hotel last week and were very satisfied with the service that you guys provided. We love the romantic feel you put in the restaurant without going overboard. The food was also very delicious and it really tastes good. The room was also very cleaned and pleasant. What a beautiful place guys!
I dont want to leave this hotel super comfortable:)
Nice hotel room and staff. Greatly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with a limited amount of people ❤
This hotel charged me 250$ for a smoking fee all because housekeeping saw tobacco in the trash of my hotel room. I did not smoke at all but was I asked or called about the matter no! They will charge you even when you haven't smoked at all. Dont throw away your cigarette or tobacco wrappers in the hotel room trash or they will assume you smoked

Great location. Great staff. No pad under the top cover of the ironing board. TV remote was really dirty! Will return.
I would honestly give this hotel zero stars if I could. I arrived to the hotel at 11 at night after a long flight. Me and my two friends had a reservation and got to our room. We unpacked and realized the TV was completely shattered. We then requested to move rooms. We got to the second room and unpacked our things. We settled in and as my friend was about to go to bed a bug ran out from underneath her pillow. We freaked out and trapped the bug and called the front desk. This bug looked ALOT like a bed bug. We then got moved to a kind suite in which one of us had to sleep on the pull out bed (most uncomfortable sleep I've ever gotten). We didn't unpack at all and didn't sleep much either in fear of seeing another bug. In the morning I called the front desk trying to get into a 2 bed queen suite which is what we paid for. The from desk employee rudely said, "I seen a picture and it didn't look like a bed bug". Regardless what kind of bug it was, it shouldn't come crawling from underneath a pillow!! we moved rooms and the only thing they did to make things right is offer us free breakfast for the rest of the stay. I still had to pay full price for our 4 day stay. I have never had more of a terrible experience in a hotel. If you choose to go to Phoenix, don't choose to stay here.
Great place, rooms and resturant and pool is great! Love the wood flooring and setup in the rooms... Will definitely stay again
Elegant inexpensive hotel with a great food service and bar. Great for business meetings or even just group meetings.
Classy service. I use this place to park and use their shuttle service to airport. Tried other places to use the same service and was dissatisfied. The Radisson did not let me down on my departure and my return.
These guys are always friendly and their food is pretty good but with hotel prices of course. Rooms are a little dead looking though, needs some warmth to them and not all hard surfaces, thought I was in China for a minute! & Dr. Cohn Rocks!
I was there for a seminar with lunch. The layout for a small to medium sized group with round tables for dining was not so great for those in the back who couldn't see the PowerPoint very well. The Radisson may have offered a different layout but the associate may have unfortunately chosen this conference room layout. The food was well prepared.
Very memorable experience. Stayed only one night, last minute booking for the night before departure flight. I mentally prepared myself for a grungy airport hotel nightmare! Wrong! Total opposite. This is a REALLY NICE hotel in a nice area. I spent the night in the comfiest bed ever away from home. The room was the best laid out for function and convenience I've ever experienced. Lovely upscale complimentary toiletries, better than usual lighting, even. Very early morning airport shuttle was great. I loved it all. Even considered changing my plans just to stay another night in that fantastic room. Only complaint was limited restaurant menu. If you aren't a drinker, there's not much in the way of food.
The hotel is nice and the staff is nice. I depend on the transportation there and that's my biggest issue. I've had to wait an hour plus for the van to pick me up on some occasions. The staff doesn't have the tools necessary to properly dispatch the drivers or find out their current position to calculate wait times, so they make up a wait time and more than half of the time it is incorrect.
Also no microwave in the room or on the floor so you have to go all the way downstairs to heat something up.
The floors are some sort of laminate which is ok but a carpet runner by the bed would be nice.
Also the fan on the air-conditioning can't be made to run constantly which is irritating to me. It doesn't save energy because I just run the air-conditioning cold to get circulated air.
We came in late on a Saturday. The hotel was short staffed. We waited over 30 min for the shuttle to arrive to get us. Mind I called and the shuttle extension rang and rang - 0 to get to the front desk except she was busy. The check-in was fine except there was no food at all other than a lousy vending machine. The actual food you could buy was covered with plastic with out of order ... though it looked very edible to me. The room was nice except I couldn’t sleep because it’s literally 6 feet from the A/C roof top compressors. One of them was making a lot of noise. I’m quite disappointed. The breakfast was $15.00 and the buffet was poor. The staff felt bad and comp’d the breakfast.
Basically one of the worse stays I’ve had in years.
I do not like that the hotel had flight attendants who cussed like sailors from both WestJet and Spirit...not only is it unprofessional but as a result I will never NEVER stay at this hotel again but never fly those 2 airlines as well too...too much of a cluster Chuck to ever want to deal with again...all this happened in the hotel restaurant...seems like these airline people cannot hold their alcohol down
Nice updated rooms. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. I wish every room had its own microwave but there is a community one on the first floor.
Decent hotel. I really wish they had a microwave in the room. Really good location for sky train and airport.
Quick, free shuttle to/from airport every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to Circle K and light rail station. Reasonably-priced, decent restaurant and bar with local tap beers. Suite room with wood floors. A couple of other restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel shuttle, baggage check, excellent staff, great food. Excellent experience and knowledgeable staff. Appreciative of my stay at the Radisson! Thanks!
Our experience at the Radisson Phoenix was a disaster.
We check in 8/30/19 and were initially impressed by the hotel. We had to be up at 2am the following day and went to bed early. The fire alarm went off at 10pm and we had to evacuate. The staff provided no direction as to when we could go back to our rooms. We assumed it was okay because the emergency response team left.
8/31/19 at 1am I was woken up to an unknown man entering my room. It was terrifying!!! The man informed us that the hotel had given him our room! Then Vanessa from the front desk called our room and answered by saying "who is this". There was no apology for waking us or for the disregard of their guests safety and privacy. I wish I could say this was the worst part of my stay but it wasn't.
9/1 we went down stairs to have breakfast (where the waitress told me I could pour my own OJ because they were short staffed). After breakfast we returned to our room to discover all of our personal items were removed (we had the room reserved for another night). The front desk blamed housekeeping. Housekeeping tried to suggest the man who entered our room the previous night stole it/blamed the front desk. Again no apologies or empathy whatsoever. My tennis shoes were missing and we had hiking plans that day so we waited for our items. After an hour they still weren't able to located them so we decided to continue with our plans minus the hiking. We informed the front desk we weren't going to wait anymore and she told us that she'd tell her manager about what happened. We never heard from a manager.
The whole experience at the Radisson was disappointing. When I go to a hotel I expect basic hospitality and a comfortable and safe stay. Instead their was a lack of concern for our safety/privacy and no acknowledgment of our inconveniences.
Staff very helpful, but they have to pass on the news that the hotel has NO SOAP for their rooms. What no soap???? We need to bring our own?? No one had the idea to run to Costco or something?? Come on!!! Corporate here in the hotel, what are they doing? Before reserving a room ask if they have soap or bring your own, good luck.
Again staff helpful and pleasant but I won’t stay here again!
A very nice room, i can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for something close to the airport.
They have a shuttle bus to PHX every 30 min, that gets you there in no time. The service is outstanding, I wished every hotel was like this!
Had a great stay at the Radisson. It was easy to get to from the airport, had ample parking. The hotel was clean and modern, everything up to date. The rooms were comfortable, got a great nights sleep on the beds. Got a margarita from the hotel bar and hung out by the pool for a little bit. Great experience, would stay here again.
