Clear signage should also be available onsite with instructions should this occur.

Terminal 4- Exit on the North side of the ground level out Door #7, to the right and proceed to the Courtesy area of the median.

Terminal 3- Exit on the North side of the ground level out Door #5 and proceed to the Courtesy area of the median.

Terminal 2-Exit Door #5 and proceed to center median to the Courtesy area.

Look for the Sky Harbor Airport Shuttle - Green and White Vans. Shuttle vans MUST have Sundance Airport Parking Lot LOGO in the Window! Advise the driver you are PARKED AT SUNDANCE.

The setup over here just didn't seem organized to me everyone that I saw was on their cell phone and me being the first time on this Airport felt completely lost and almost missed my plane! Finally and repeatedly having to ask for for help I finally had to speak in a firm tone asking for help and direction! Very rude staff!
