When I arrived to park, there were only 2 spots left in the entire parking lot! Luckily I was there at 430am! Then it took 50mins and 2 phone calls to get a shuttle back from the airport. Only use them if you have time to wait.
Room was really nice & very clean. We appreciated that the staff was helpful & also didn't bother us when we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door.
The pool & hot tub were also well taken care of. The courtyard was a nice feature & made it easy to relax.
We liked the location of the hotel, 4 min. from the airport & about 10 minutes from downtown. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.
We would definitely stay here again!

We had 2-1 bedroom suites. The price was great for Fiesta Bowl/NYE weekend. The rooms were well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 and comfortable for 4 to watch TV and visit in the front room. Bathrooms are a bit small though. Overall property was well kept and parking was not an issue.
Location is typical of an airport near hotel. You will hear planes at times, traffic is fairly heavy and a few of the adjacent properties are a bit suspect. There is an attached restaurant that is nice and a good option if you don't want to drive anywhere.

Nice place for a short or extended stay. The suites had full size refrigerator and a cook top. Security presence and facility has locked gates as well. Courtyard has pool, hot tub and gazebos.

Day one, The service was not 3,4 or 5 star. They do their job but don't expect it to be we are glad you are here.
The rooms are nice, clean for the most part. I found a sock which was left from whom ever stayed there before us. No telling how long it's been there tho.
The A/C was not working in our room. The room temperature has be 82° all night so I didn't sleep well at all. My wife sleep fine she loves the heat.
I called the service desk at 5am to let them know. I felt I was blown off so I had to make sure that they understood that the A/C was not working. She ask if the thermostat was on fan or cool. It was on cool.
They showed no concern that we was a valued customer. Like I mentioned before done expect to be treated valued. However, they do their job outside of making you feel welcomed. I will stay again because I was not treat bad or anything.

The rest of the week was great! Even the service was better. They fixed the A/C and the water in the showers was hot. I would go back and stay. 5 stars for me.

The BEST affordable hotel, best bang for your $$$. For a three star hotel look no further! It has burger theory attached to it, you can bring your drinks up to the room, the pool is heat year round, the have plenty of nice seating areas throughout the hotel and courtyard. The rooms are immaculate, pillows, bedding, toilet, appliances…. Everything is clean. Nothing has stains on it, the pillows feel new every time we stay here. The staff are friendly, so many perks staying here. They are very accommodating.

Good location to/from airport. Good value for money/points. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Staff was mostly good. Parking lot nearly full due to the hotel "renting" space to travelers. Rooms were large and clean. Bathrooms a little small. AC worked good. Burger Theory restaurant attached to hotel was tasty. But, breakfast should be free for IHG platinum members in my opinion. The pool and the grounds looked nice. The elevator at the NW side of the property, closest to restaurant, should get a safety inspection and/or maintenance.

The usual holiday inn but with a wonderful courtyard view. Staff were very helpful getting us a room after our flight was cancelled. Airport shuttle had to be called twice to come pick us up but was otherwise a quick ride.

I had a brief but enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn in Phoenix before catching a flight to Boston. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a definite plus, making my travel plans more convenient. The facilities were in good condition, and the staff provided a pleasant and helpful service.
While breakfast came at an additional cost, it was not overly expensive, and the quality was reasonable. Overall, my one-night stay at the Holiday Inn in Phoenix left me satisfied, and I would consider staying there again in the future.

American Airlines booked this hotel for us after a missing a connecting flight. Pleasantly surprised by the ambience and the wonderful pool! Loved the room and AC. Chris was also very helpful. My only issue was the AC turning off and on and the racing cars at 2am (not their fault). Overall was happy we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel. Oh yea and the shuttle service to the airport was great.

Got our flight delayed by 12 hours and came here for the night.
Guy at the front in the lobby was really nice.
Got the things we asked for like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Had like a 70s Las Vegas vibe, in a good way of course.
Had a nice selection of breakfast foods.
Only thing I would change is the rooms. It felt a little cramped, but overall wasn't that bad.
It was a nice place to unwind after a long day of plane travel.

The outside of the hotel doesn’t do it justice, the inside area is landscaped, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are fabulous!! The rooms are well taken care of and you have lots of room! It is pet friendly and we found every convenience needed. I am looking forward to the next time I visit Phoenix so that I can come relax here again.

Van picked me and my daughter up at the airport. Chris was on the busy desk. He asked what kind of room I would like, what kind of food I’d like to eat. He listened then printed out nearby restaurants. Moved some things around and upgraded my room for my Birthday! All of the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I will recommend your Hotel to everyone. I’ll also visit again soon!

Not the best area itself of Phoenix and the parking was completely full, but the staff were nice, the rooms were clean, and the landscaping was gorgeous around the facility. They also have gated entrances with bars over them so it's probably pretty safe within the compound itself. I didn't swim but the pool is in a nice area.

Place was clean & the rooms are big at a fair price - just a bit higher than the Hampton. We especially appreciated the shuttle service to the airport! We originally had reservations w/ Hampton (they advertise shuttle svc, but come to find out they no longer provide it), but had to cancel w/ them! The only thing we didn't like at Holiday Inn is that the rooms smell a bit stuffy. Other than that, sure wish they'd change the lights they have around their mirrors...no one likes dull yellow lighting.

The visit to this Holiday Inn location was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious and clean every time I ate there. The pool and hot tub area was always clean and inviting as well. All around great location to stay.

We just checked in, the room is very clean and spacious. Suite has two queen beds in separate room from the living area with a sofa sleeper. Great for families! Still kinda chilly out and people were swimming, asked an employee and they stated pool is heated. Definitely recommend!

Stayed 3 night for work in the middle of the 110F + heat wave. This was a great place to stay cool between the pool and the well AC’d room. Room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities one could want.
I did have a problem with the front desk at night not being able to find a package for me, but luckily the moment desk clerk was able to find it super fast.
Breakfast is not included ($16) and operates out of Burger Theory which is attached to the back end of the hotel complex.

Everything was excellent! Very nice and luxurious look. We asked for room service once and then next day the room was nice and tidy again. Super comfortable bed (king size fit 3 people on bed). The water pressure on shower was so nice and warm. We didn't get to enjoy the pool since we didn't have time but I noticed the workers cleaning the pool early every morning. Definitely recommend this hotel 10/10!

Thus was a very nice place located in Phoenix near the airport and more importantly near many great eateries. The rooms had many amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, and ironing board.
The rooms have a front area complete with a TV, sofa bed, work area, sink, and home appliances while the back room includes the main bedroom space where the bathroom and shower were separated from the sink and mirror.
The rest of the property had outdoor games, a large gazebo, and an extra seating patio along with a pool and courtyard.
Whole Holiday Inn does not have complimentary breakfast, Burger Theory, which is attached to the building property, provided breakfast and other meals throughout the day for an additional fee.
The main lobby has an inviting space with TVs, a bar, coffee bar and place to grab a quick snack or drink.
Friendly staff and plenty of free parking for guests. Highly recommend this place for your next stay!

Staff super friendly .Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Lots of space. The pool is clean and the fire pits in the evening are just an extra n8ce touch. Couldnt rate as a 5 fir breakfast. Hotel so nice expected more in the breakfast department. It was the usual menu but all the food was cold including the hot food and i was there pretty early. They charge $15 for cold food and the normal breakfast you would get at any other hotel. All in all will stay again.

Beautiful grounds and clean hotel with great prices!! We stayed the night before leaving for home and ended up getting food poisoning from DiVito's Pizza ( DO NOT EAT HERE!!) We got food poisoning so bad we had to cancel our flight for the next day. The staff here was so amazing helping us through our dilemma!! I wish I could remember everyone's name that was there for us but we were bedridden for 24 hrs. I'll be coming back anytime we are in Phoenix and you should too! Thank you Sarah for giving us your empathy at 4am and taking care of us!!!

This is gotta be my new favorite hotel in Phoenix. I was there on business (truck driver). They showed me where to park right out in front of the hotel. The atmosphere was superb, hot tub was hot and so clean. Large pool and such a beautiful courtyard. Every employee had the greatest attitude and the room completely blew me away. It was huge....clean....and smelled so fresh. The burger joint onsite has some awesome food, everything I ate there was magnificent.

I really like this location, we've stayed there for years. They have everything to make a short or long stay great! They have a pool, bar, restaurant, and most of all spacious rooms with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff is friendly and informative too. The bathrooms could be bigger.

This was the nicest place we have been to. The layout from the room to the pool was really nice. The sliding window blinds open to a view of the poolside and looks great at night with the torch lights burning. Very clean and spacious rooms. Spent a couple of nights in different places as we were traveling around AZ and nothing else was close to as nice even for the same price. We enjoyed it so much we spent the last 2 days back there before we flew home.

Rarely does a place live up to the glowing reviews, but this resort-style hotel definitely does! The pool is refreshing and clean, as are the spacious suites. I travel a lot, and gems like this are a welcome surprise on a long journey. Highly recommend!

Very large suite rooms which had one room with a couch, chairs a small refrigerator and a desk. The back (2nd room) had 2 queen beds, a sink with a great vanity mirror and a small, out-dated but adequate bathroom. The lobby is huge. It's where they have their business center, their cafe seating, a bar and check in. The pool is very large, a jacuzzi tub and lots of outdoor seating. We had a good stay.

There is a lot more to this facility than first meets the eye. Pool was very clean entry ways well kept and clean all around.
