We parked at Z airport parking and had an excellent experience. It was easy to find. The prixes were some of the lowest I could actually find. And, the shuttle service was quick and timely. We barely waited more then 15 minutes for our shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Everyone was polite. As we were leaving the parking place, I could not figure out how to get out with my e-ticket. The front desk receptionist walked all the way out there to help me without me even having to ask. She quickly helped me and most importantly didn't make it seem like I had been a huge inconvenience. Glad we parked there! Would go back!

I would have given a 5 star rating however, upon our return to the airport, I called for a pick up and was told that the van would be to my location withing 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I called back and was told that the van would be picking us up within 10-15 minutes. Total wait time to be picked up was approx 25 minutes. During that time, we saw other parking vans cycle through the airport about 3 times. Overall I was happy about the daily rates.

I was going to Albuquerque New Mexico a few weeks ago and wasn't crazy about leaving my brand new car in the airport garage, so I decided to give Z a try. Check in was quick and easy, and I was in the airport in about 15 minutes. Coming home I missed a flight and got into Bradley around midnight. Called Z when I got to the luggage area, and they were waiting when I walked outside. The Valet parking option was very quick and easy, and worth it, in my opinion. I will definitely use Z the next time I fly.

Great service! I pulled into valet parking and bus was waiting. Left in about 2 minutes. When I came back, shuttle bus was already at airport pickup. A very friendly bus driver called Z Parking and by the time we got back to the parking lot (about 5 minutes) my little car was there to greet me, all warmed up! Very reasonably priced. Easier than asking friends to drive me to the airport. Will definitely use this service again.

We had a great experience. We were able to park our car and when we got our car back it was in the same way we left it. Also, the shuttle bus service exceed what we expected. Once we arrived to park our car the shuttle bus was waiting to bring us to the airport and when we came back it was already at the airport waiting for us to get our car. We were very satisfied and grateful for them. I definitely recommend them. We are planning on traveling again and I’m definitely using them.

When 3 of our GPS's failed, employees were able to talk us in to the correct location. Trip to airport was handled nicely and quick. Improvements needed: When calling in, not always someone available to answer. Also, phone message system FULL. On our return we stood in line at the airport to see our shuttle filled beyond capacity! Everyone was standing and luggage was stacked in the isle and steps. People would have been seriously injured in an accident. We choose to wait for the driver to return.

They each were helpful, attentive and really pleasant…I recommend this place. Parking at Z Airport Parking was swift and stress-free. We chose Valet Parking. When we reached the lot and pulled over at valet parking, there was a bus ready for pickup almost immediately. The bus driver helped us with the luggage on and off the bus. On a return trip, the bus was available at Gate 4, and again the bus driver helped with luggage. My car wasn't ready when I arrived, because I didn't give them enough time. The waiting area was clean and had a complimentary water bottle. Drive to the airport or back, was hardly 5 mins.Overall excellent experience.

Super easy. I booked valet online. Arrived at the time for my reservation and within 3 minutes the shuttle was there to take me to my terminal. When I returned, I called the number on my ticket and within 5 minutes the shuttle was there to take me to my car. When I arrived at the lot, my car was cranked, warm and ready to go. Referred to Z Parking by neighbors since we are new to area. The location is convenient to the airport and pricing is fair and includes shuttle to and from the airport. Drivers and staff were positive and welcoming on both ends of our trip. I only wish they had a second shuttle to speed up the wait time to return from the airport to the lot. After a long flight, we waited over 30 minutes at the curb for pick up while other providers had shuttles coming and going every few minutes while we waited and waited. I realize this was a very busy day (12/26th), but the business should have been better prepared.

The parking experience was very good. The shuttle was avaiable when i dropped my car and did not have to wait. During pick up had to call the shuttle to let them know that I am waiting for pick up and did not take more than 10 mins. When i went to pick my car the battery had died and the person had a battery jump starter and really helped me. Overall a very good experience

Service has always been excellent. Lot location and reasonable prices kept me as a customer. The last shuttle I took to catch a departing flight broke down and would not restart. We were about a quarter mile away and everyone went on foot with luggage, all uphill to the terminal. The driver did say they would send another shuttle. That’s been the only problem in my personal experience. A credit on my final bill have WOULD have been appropriate but was not offered after I related what happened upon my return . I will use Zair again.

Extremely easy to use services. I really like this place. Purchased my reservation online which not going to lie I was nervous thinking this was a scam place or something. But upon arrival was super easy. Scanned my qr code, parked, went to the front to make sure everything was good, then waited less than 5 min for the shuttle to take me to the airport and to my airline. When I came back (at like 12 am mind you), shuttle was there in about 5 min after my call. Got my car super easy, no dings, scrapes damages, etc. Scanned my qr code to exit and drove home. Did all this with my 4 year old too. Friendly, helpful, grateful for their services. Will be coming back.

Paid ahead of time online for valet so when I arrived I dropped off the keys and gave my name. The whole “check in” process took less than a minute. Got on the shuttle the driver loaded our bags and was very friendly. On the return trip we called once we got our bags from baggage claim shuttle met us right outside of the door, didn’t load our bags but was pleasant enough. Upon returning to the lot my vehicle was parked next to the shuttle, running and warmed up. Hopped in and left never had to stop in the office or anything.

The lot was understandably a bit tight and difficult to navigate. Other than that minor flaw, this is the best parking for Bradley. Have your QR code handy at arrival and departure from the lot. Cheapest secure location. Shuttle had us both to and from the airport in under 5 minutes. Never had to speak with anyone at all. Paid in advance and parking was not an issue at all. 5 day, 4 night park.

Z Airport Parking is great because the staff are always super nice and super efficient. I used the valet parking option and it could not have been easier. I installed the app, paid on my phone in advance, scanned the app at the gate when I arrived, and when I got back from Florida the shuttle was about three minutes away from the airport and when we got back to Z, my car was running and waiting for me. The shuttle driver was friendly and put my bags in my trunk. I scanned my card to open the gate again and that was it! A+ as usual!

The shuttle is quick and loops often, the staff is always really helpful and friendly and the rates are consistently great. They're always my go-to parking facility...wish they were also at LaGuardia and JFK!

Very convenient and a lot cheaper alternative than parking anywhere else. The biggest problem was it's very hard to drive up close enough to where you insert your card to pay. And there was a small final charge at the end, after I had prepaid. But their bus was on time and the driver was friendly.

It's the only place I go to park when I'm using Bradley Airport. I do self Park and the prices are completely competitive. The transportation Vans to and from the airport are a little bit slower than I would like but adequate. I have never had a problem finding a place to park. They also do a great job of clean off when there was a heavy snow while I was away. Route 75 parking is not convenient for me so this one is my go-to place.

He told me that they were addressing the multiple thefts situation with employment and made sure my situation was resolved. I feel now that my voice has been heard and management took my issue seriously, which I appreciate. I will be returning, but taking ANYTHING of value out of my car and locking up anything I can.
