Had a very pleasant experience! It was my first time flying out of Bradley by myself, I'm much closer to NYC airports, so I decided to drive to avoid high Uber fares. I arrived at 5 am and the guy working was super nice. Within 2 minutes of me showing up the shuttle arrived and took me to my terminal. The whole process of me dropping off my car and getting to my terminal was maybe 10 minutes. When I got back I texted my code and was picked up again in 2 minutes. My car was waiting for me when I got back. As a 26 y/o female traveling by myself I felt very safe and taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Have used LAZ Fly for almost 20 years and have not looked back. Super convenient. Drop off you car, get on the shuttle and they drive you to the terminal. Especially awesome when you go away during the winter because when you come back, the car is cleared of of snow and warmed up waiting for you. We were hesitant to book this company because most recent reviews mentioned slow shuttle time. For that reason we got there an extra hour early, but the shuttles came in less than 10 min. The shuttle drivers were friendly and it was easy to contact a real person when we had a question. The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because the selfpark lot was bumpy, broken up and had lots of potholes.

I have to applaud the integrity and customer service of LAZ fly. I used LAZ fly airport shuttle service through the Fairfield Inn and Suites. During the shuttle ride to the airport, my cell phone slipped out of my pocket onto the seat and I didn't notice until the shuttle had left. I had to catch my flight, so I had no choice but to leave it behind. Once I had arrived at my destination, I contacted LAZ fly. Turned out the shuttle driver found my phone and kindly brought it to their lost and found. Then, their customer service representative, Amanda, was very helpful in getting the phone back to me. She helped coordinate things to get my phone back to the front desk of the Fairfield Inn and Suites so that I could pick it up when I returned from my trip (she was also willing to mail the phone back to me). When a lot of people would keep the phone, the LAZ fly employees went above and beyond to help get it back to me. Also, it should be noted that the shuttle drivers for the trips from and to the airport were friendly and helped with our bags. The shuttle also arrived promptly when I called for it from the airport.

I had written a negative review about LAZ that I now revise. When I arrived and we reviewed, I had booked with an evidently bad website that had hijacked the LAZ name and taken a payment improperly. LAZ genuinely had a telephone outage and were awaiting service, compliments of AT&T. When LAZ accommodated me most courteously.I had a place to park and we were transported to the airport. My bank will reverse the improper charge- MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE LAZ WEBSITE to make reservations. The really provide excellent service and deserve the business for many reasons.

Best feature was texting when I landed, getting a quick shuttle to the Premier Valet lot and there was my car, started and heated up and ready to go for a very reasonable price! Worst feature... the rude man who checked me in... barked at me to just give him my name and cell and having never parked there before I asked him what to do next and he yelled... just leave the key in the car and walked away... rude!

The process and service were simple enough and did what I needed price was also reasonable if think about the alternative of a uber or lift would have been twice the price. But I got my rear plate stolen so be careful for that. It is an unmanned self serve parking so I take that into account but still otherwise I would give 5 stars
