The owner is obnoxiously rude.
when I requested something as simple as towels, he told me I had to find housekeeping and continued to hang up the phone on me.
They neglected the fact that we are Wyndham rewards members and didn’t even let us use our points.
I have called days inn corporate because of how bad my experience is every time I come here.
Don’t be frugal, go to a better hotel than this one.
Constant smell of cigarette smoke as well Just like the Baymont by Wyndham as well.
Obviously the people that manage these Wyndham hotels are not supervised by cooperate to meet minimal standards.
I have never been so uncomfortable after having the experience I had for my 2 night stay.
I will be canceling the rest of my stay.
Staff was polite enough and my stay was fairly quiet, but I don't think I would stay here again. The bed pillows are small (square like throw pillows), the linens are too thin, the bathroom tiles/toilets were stained, and the entire property smells like marijuana. The shuttle doesn't start running until 7, so if you have an early flight like I did be sure to schedule and Uber or stay elsewhere.
I booked last minute and flew in from Florida. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice, and had me checked in in no time. The next morning when I left the nice lady was extremely polite. I returned later that morning to take the van to the airport. The same guest reception lady helped me out with allowing me to freshen up in a room before I left for the airport. I have stayed many places, but this was something that stood out. My room was very clean and well maintained. I would certainly stay there again. Forever a customer from Florida...
If I could give negative stars I would. They charged my card twice and refuse to give me back my money. They hung up on me and won’t send a email to my bank so my bank can release the funds. They are thieves. They stole from me and refuse to do anything about it.
Be careful when giving them your credit card they charge you for extra nights then refuse to give you your money back when they get caught . You call them explaining the issue that they hit your card twice then they refuse to give it back then hang up on you. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
RUDE...I call the Windsor Locks location to make sure the accessible room I reserved will be available. Ms NASTY said no and hung up while I was still talking. I called back and they picked up and immediately hung up. And I immediately CANCEL MY Reservation.
It's cheap and run down but on the plus side the staff are kind and helpful
I called this location ahead of time to make sure I don’t have to be 21 to check in, and they said the minimum age is 18, not 21. I’m 19, so that worked for me. I came in and they refused to check me in because I’m not 21! I told them I called ahead of time, and I’m 100% sure it was this location. They didn’t care. Be careful!
You can do better. The whole place smelled like pot.
The people are very very rude and unprofessional . they wouldnt change bed sheets or make the beds, vacuum or sweep the rooms all around just a gross place. I wouldnt even recommend and would give them less then 1 star if i could
The Owner was very rude when I asked to change rooms because they had bugs and cockroaches, and he gave me attitude “Okay get another hotel bye, get out.” I feel that he was being racist also. I was being to polite to be treated the way He was talking to me. As a guest we should feel comfortable. And I wasn’t comfortable with bugs on the bed and walls AND DISHING RUDENESS AROUND. I will never come here again.
Was just looking for a place to spend the night after missing my flight. It did just that great toiletries surprisingly for the price.
I stayed there for a few days when I went back home to visit for my Grandma's funeral. It's a good place and free continental breakfast is good to. Thank you
The hotel’s pictures are misleading. This dilapidated hotel does not meet minimum habitability standards. The hallways are dingy, the floor plan is very confusing, but after 5 minutes I realized that the room had multiple stains, some yellow, some dark colored. I pulled back the covers to check the mattress and found a brown smear under the mattress cover. The bed skirt had been unevenly pulled to one side of the bed revealing more dark stains, this time it’s at the center of a bigger stain. Besides the stains there is water damage on the ceiling tiles and ripped up parts of the rug. There is a weird musty odor throughout the hotel, in the rooms and at the front desk.
I tried called Travelocity (my booking agent) to see if I could switch hotels. They were unwilling, citing that I had already checked in and now I needed the hotel to waive their no refund policy as this was a non-refundable reservation. The hotel would not oblige. After multiple calls to change the reservation or get a refund from Travelocity I rebooked elsewhere with a different travel agency. Travelocity doesn’t advocate for their clients. When a problem arises, they offer no alternatives. I am now disputing the non-refundable charge with my Credit Card company. Lesson learned.
It was ok I’ve seen better but hell I’ve seen way worse too... at least they serve BREAKFAST
Was not bad . Great you can have some hot tea don't matter what time of the night.
Staff was great, room was clean and well kept. Pillows were great, so hard to get a good pillow! Most pleased with our stay, that includes breakfast, and price.
This place gets ZERO STARS the have bed bugs and refused to refund our money, and the general manger hung up in my face multiple times. No way to run a business I’m calling the department of health to get this place shut down
Rooms vary in quality but are clean with comfortable beds. Free airport shuttle service is excellent. Breakfast starts at 4:00 AM which is great for early departures.

Breakfast was good, room was cold, it was a place to sleep. The thing that made this 5 stars was the hotel staff crew. (Overnight crew on 12/12)
I came in real late from the airport, didnt know at 1am I was supposed to call to be picked up. First time flying into Bradley.
When I finally called the hotel they sent the driver, he was there withing 10m.
The shuttle driver was fantastic!! I had my daughter with me, so my hands were full. He loaded everything, unloaded everything, and brought my bags, car seat, and stroller, all the way to and into my room. I loved him for that!!
The front desk women was heaven sent too. She had my keys ready when I arrived. Later on I was freezing, it took a while for the room to warm up, so I went to get another blanket and she was very helpful. I got an extra blanket then slept like a baby.
Staff is wonderful. The hotel is dated and needs a rehab. Carpet in our room was frayed and torn, mold around the shower and vent. Shuttle van seats duct taped together, get a new van.
I gave it 1 star only for the ok breakfast they offer otherwise the rooms needs an update: mold in the bathroom, dusty carpet/rug, the beds blanket so old with thin material and holes in it; it won't keep you warm at night. Our family stay was 5 nights total, we had to ask each time for room service: To clean the room and provide new sheets, however when we come back at night to the hotel, we realize that the bed was made ONLY without changing the sheets or they don't come to the room at all, the whole 5 nights stay we had; the two beds sheets changed once, I wasn't happy with that and I am not coming back neither.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok to be free. The hotel needs an update, mold was in the bathroom, but the room otherwise was clean. They have a policy that you need to eat your food in the breakfast area, but they need to enforce courtesy rules. Who wants to TRY to eat breakfast with others who are on their cell phones talking LOUDLY, blowing their nose, listening to YouTube videos loudly, loud conversation.... ? P. s shuttle to the airport and very local restaurants is very convenient!
Comfortable room. They mixed up our room key and our reservation! Thank goodness that the room we opened at midnight was reserved by a relative of ours.

Unless you need an overpriced place to lay your head while you wait for your flight, avoid this hotel. The room was antiquated: wallpaper in the shower was falling of the wall; the carpet had large tears right as you walk in; the arm chair had a slice in the fabric on the arm; and the bed wasn't anything to write home about especially as it only had a sheet and one of those thin hotel fleeces on it. The room numbers also don't go in order and there are no signs to point you the right way. When this was mentioned to the front desk clerk at check-out, she was very rude and annoyed that I offered constructive feedback. Being disappointed would be an understatement.
Room wasnt vacuumed crumbs everywhere, all 4 pillows had hair on them and even stains from other people drooling as well as the bed sheets, 1 towel had make up stains from previous person, the towel that goes under your feet had about 5 stains on it even a black one looks like they never change it. A used bar of soap was sitting in the tub and more and more hair all over the bathroom... beware of "absolutely no refund" when purchasing room.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's more up to date than I expected. The staff was very friendly. It's a great location if you're traveling through Bradley. The walls are very thin and I could hear everyone walk by in the hallway, and could hear my neighbor's TV. Breakfast is a decent continental breakfast and a great perk of the hotel.

Location was close to the airport but not noisy at all. Room was clean and beds comfortable. A nice place to stay, we will be back next time we visit six flags new england.
The location is perfect for anyone flying. The facility has been updated in most ways. The breakfast is limited. The beds are comfortable. However, the room door didn't latch. I asked 3 days in a row for it to be repaired. Good thing I had some muscle with me to lift the door so that it would lock, even he had trouble. Housekeeping skipped my room. I had to go retrieve my own towels and toiletries and received no apologies. No maid service again today. The door still doesn't latch. But don't worry, she'll let the manager know!
