Every single staff member was amazing! We stayed here for 3 nights. Sherry the breakfast hostess went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She greeted us Every morning with a smile and a happy attitude she asked us how was our stay and if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. Sherry offered her assistance for things to do in the area. My mom just had surgery a few weeks prior and she offered to carry our breakfast tray to our room. I woke up and it was nice that she treated us like family. Definitely 5 stars, I would stay here again in a heartbeat 💓thank you!!!! Great job Sherry you r what Marriott hotels need in each and every establishment

The rooms are a good size,clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. Its a bit tucked away so the noise level is low. There are drinks and snacks in the lobby and breakfast is for a few hours.

Super friendly staff. Typical Marriott property. You get what you are expecting, which is not a bad thing. Clean, although some mold spots along edges of walk in shower. Rooms are plenty spacious enough to air out and spread out hockey gear. Not too much noise bleed through, but some from inner walls. Hallway noise was minimal. Plenty of parking too. It’s off the main road, but easily accessible and actually in a quiet area by other known chains.

My family and I stayed here for a week, and it was good. The breakfast was great. The room is spacious and has a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The overall service was very good. They have a meeting room that can be pre-booked for use. They also have enough parking spots too. You can pick creamer, cups, hot chocolate, and sugar at any time for use in the room. They provide shuttle service to the airport but you will have to call them after you collected your baggage. So, you will have to wait at least 15 minutes to be picked up, which I think is okay.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Its very clean and modern. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast was good in the morning. My room was spotless and put together perfectly. I had plenty of pillows and extra sheets and blankets already in the room.The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. Also, they had little goody bags for my kids, with crayons and coloring pads. My kids really liked them. I would recommend this hotel. Its a little off the beaten path, but worth it.

I stayed here with 2 adults, a 5 year old, and a 1 year old to attend a funeral. I would stay here again, with the caveat that it appears they are renovating over time and not all rooms are consistent. My room had a tub shower while my travel companions got a shower. It is harder to find suites with 2 queen beds so I was happy to find this hotel near our needs. It is a good hotel for families because it has 2 Queen suites with a roll out trundle bed couch, so sleeps 2 parents and up to 3 kids comfortably, and the low trundle is good for toddlers who can’t do a tall bed yet. The rooms are spacious, which is nice when you need to cram a pack and play into your room!
There is a kitchenette with sink, fridge but no freezer, and microwave, but no plates or cutlery or dish soap, so plan ahead if you need that. I wish the door to the bathroom was not see through, when I used the bathroom I had to do it in the dark to avoid waking the baby. There is no pool, which I know matters to some people. The breakfast was well prepared and the area was clean. Staff was nice and common areas were very clean!

This hotel was conveniently located by the freeway. It looks newer than the other Marriott hotel next door. The staff was pleasant to work with. The downside was the room was not as clean and the bathroom had rust. I dont even think my room was vacuumed because there were gummies on my floor where you couldnt notice it.

Everything here was great except for the room. Service was phenomenal and I had several brief but pleasant conversations with the staff. I always felt welcome and never felt as though the staff felt burdened by my questions or requests. The only issue I had was that the bed we had seemed to have a broken box spring mattress or something. My wife and I would roll into the center of the mattress like a gravitational pull was inside. The bathroom door was broken and could not lock and the toilet after it was flushed made a howl so loud you would think a banshee lived inside. These problems would not keep me from staying here again as it could just be we had some bad luck with our room as the rest of my party did not have any complaints about their rooms.
Some pros regarding the rooms:
They do include a mini fridge with enough space to fit our needs as we have a small daughter and needed to have a steady drip of milk and apple juice to keep here sane and mentally stable. The black out curtains kept the room cool and dark and the walls seemed pretty thick as I never heard the neighboring groups around me. The staff were never intrusive when it came to housekeeping.
If you are in the area and looking for a hotel definitely consider SpringHill Marriott, maybe just ask how the bed is and if the bathroom locks!

It made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could make the most of my time without spending hours on transportation.
Considering the overall experience, I found the price to be fair for what was offered. Oddly I could not find ice in any of the ice machines. The only employee that would smile is the sweet lady cleaning up the lobby and breakfast area. The maintenance guy was also helpful but he should gradually start replacing the rusty soap dishes in the showers. There are stainless steel versions that won't rust or he could get the old ones re-electroplated and any local chrome shop.

1st time here! We came for a weekend getaway. We was greeted while coming inside to check in but wasn’t told much of anything. We was told about breakfast and where the elevators were at and that’s it. There is a $20 charge on card for accidentals, in which $10 is used for parking. There is parking all already the building with doors to get inside too. Make sure and keep key on you because all doors lock and will need it to get back in. We stayed on the second floor. Some complaints I have about the rooms are: the walls are paper thin so when the room next to you turns on the shower or flushes the toilet you can hear it, the lighting isn’t very good if your needing it for social media content, and the pillows are flat. There is regular breakfast and not grab and go which was nice. Tons of seating downstairs in the lobby. Mc Donald’s and a gas station is down the road. The area was really nice and we felt safe.
