Had a great stay. Everyone was very courteous and attentive. The room was clean and well maintained. We had an issue during check in and it was resolved quickly and very professionally. Cierra and Christina at the front desk were both amazing as well as the duty managers. One thing I will like to add, Corporate Hyatt needs to communicate a bit better any operational change to better support the individual Hotels, however they have a competent and professional staff who was able to quickly resolve the check in miscommunication. All in all a great experience.

The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfy but the pillows were terrible. Pool was closed for routine maintenance, but no big deal for our short stay. We felt like it was a convenient location and the staff was very helpful. Only negative was the breakfast. The area was not very clean, the food was pretty blah and just not as great as other Hyatt locations that we have stayed at. But, overall for the price and the short stay it worked well for us.

Was at this hotel about a week ago front desk staff was friendly, rooms were clean Bob was very helpful and gave us directions to where we needed to go. Cierra provided excellent customer service. Will definitely stay here again.

I had the opportunity to stay here on 11/9. The room was spacious, clean, well kept. Rooms were quiet. Had a great sleep. Breakfast was decent.
However, the guests found out that morning we were stuck in the hotel due to a 5k occurring outside. I don't know if the hotel wasn't made aware, but guests weren't given a paper in the rooms stating for us to leave the hotel before 6:45 am or be stuck until 10 am. I heard the manager on the phone speaking to the police to allow their airport shuttle through so I appreciated her trying to advocate for the guests. Several of us missed our flights and had to rebook. I wish we would have been informed prior to, but I'm not sure if the hotel was fully aware of the event. Whoever scheduled the event and the Florence PD should have left a lane open to allow all FOUR hotels on that road access to leave, especially since several of us were flying out of CVG!

Room could of been cleaned better. We had went down to get all new bed covers. Grace was very polite and helpful. We did change the sheets and blankets. And the bathroom shower and sink was blah. Service was great though. Won't be back because of the dirty room.

We stayed last night and i was disappointed. Not only did they charge an additional
$15 just in case you have anything to eat from their 24 hr store at the time of check in. Then there was an additional QR code that I had to scan for an additional $8 plus tax $9.72 to park in their parking lot! Very disappointed in Hyatt business dealings. I am also complaining to Corporate about this.

- **Location:** The hotel is less than 10 minutes from CVG airport and is situated in an area with a variety of food and shopping options, including Old Navy, Walmart, TJ Maxx, Dick's Sporting Goods, and more.
- **Rooms:** The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the infrastructure needs better maintenance. The property manager should conduct regular inspections of at least 10% of the rooms to address issues like when the need for a bathroom shower requires to be recaulked. The beds are extremely comfortable, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in the room (though the microwave plate was dirty when I used it).

- **Shuttle service:** There is a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport.
- **Laundry facility:** There is a laundry facility on site.
**Cons:**
- **TV:** While you can connect your streaming services to the TV, the process is time-consuming as you have to access it via a QR code every time. Additionally, because you are casting from your phone, the connection often drops when the device disconnects from the hotel Wi-Fi.
- **Parking:** The parking lot could use resurfacing, and, unfortunately, it costs $8 per night to park in a lot with large potholes. There is also no alternative parking available if you choose not to pay for parking. The TV, connection would drop because our device became disconnected from the hotel wifi.
Laundry: I do not think the size of the washers should charge $3.00 per load

Room was very roomy. Place was nice.
Rebecca provided outstanding service during the snow storm, helping to help shovel so we could get our car out to get to the hospital for surgery. She was very supportive by having the wheelchair ready for our checkout the following day when she saw the knee scooter get taken out to the car without me on it (because me leg was numb).
As for the food: we ordered the chicken wings and fries - $18 x 2 people. If they looked anything like the picture in the elevator, it would have been worth it. HOWEVER, they seemed more like chicken nuggets heated up and some fries - and here's the cup for dipping sauce. They weren't even bone in.
What we received was not $18 worth per meal, even by hotel standards. Seemed like a lower quality food item I'd get at a grade school basketball tournament was being sold at a high-quality fancy price.
The service offsets the food issue in this review.

Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport Florence is a great place to stay! We got a way for our 30th anniversary! The food for breakfast was delicious! The room was cleaned and well cared for every day that we were there! We greatly appreciate the staff! They were very helpful and prompt with whatever we needed! Thank you!!
