Pickup was easy and the attendant was helpful and friendly. The car itself was clean and in great condition. The return process was also easy. All you do is drive up and leave the key in the car, that's it. My bill was exactly what I expected. They didn't try to bill me for anything silly like an empty gas tank
We arrived in Cincinnati and had a car rental already withThrifty. The problem was I lost my drivers license somewhere in this travel experience. I had a copy of my license but the agent said can’t use it. So my wife had to be the designated driver. That was a stress moment as she didn’t want to drive. We did what we had to do. I applied for a replacement license and got it printed immediately. As we decided this so called full size car is not full size we went to see if we can upgrade to something bigger. Upon arrival at Thrifty we met agent Jane Ray! Jane understood we wanted a larger car. She let us look at what we could get. We picked out a car that was higher off the ground. Jane was so helpful. When I mentioned that I had applied for a new drivers license and had a printed copy. She said let me see everything. She put me on as a driver and all is great. Thank you Jane Ray for taking our stress away! I vote for you to get employee of the year! Great employee and people skills. THANKS Texas style !,
It's a car rental place, so not much to say really. They were there, they were professional and I got into my car no problem. No complaints here.

I have rented a lot of cars through major airport car rental agencies, but Thrifty at CVG was one of the most nicest, most accommodating out there. My only regret was not getting the woman’s name who helped us at the front desk. Everything was quick, easy, and exceeded expectations. Great rental!
Great service, from the rental counter person to car attendants. The only reason for the non-five-star rating is the numerous miscellaneous fees that were collected.
The difference between this thrifty rental and the last one I experienced in Memphis Tennessee could not have been more stark.
From the very beginning this place is top notch. Ed at the counter was so nice, treated me with absolute kindness and then when I got to the car area I was a little lost on where to go and two employees drove up and asked me if they could help me find where I was headed.
They not only told me exactly where my car was but followed me and made sure I found the spot.
I cannot speak more highly of this place. Great great service.

My overall experience at this Thrifty location was positive! I only had to wait about 5 minutes before the shuttle van picked me up. The pickup location was clearly marked, so no need for guessing. There was no line when I got there and the customer service agents were friendly. The process was simple and they took my personal car insurance for vehicle coverage. Free upgrade, since they were out of compact cars. I needed a couple extra hours before I could return it so I called and asked and it was no problem. Happy Customer.
New car (less 300mi). Nice staff. Ok pricing. Only issue was low tire pressure so had to stop at gas station to air up rental.
They should tell customers with early morning flights that they are open to return vehicles at 4:30am.I was told they close at 11pm and open at 7am which has caused me to lose precious moments with my family and now I have to sit in the airport for 6 hours. I purchased the rental car for 3days, but turned vehicle in early due to inaccurate website and customer service agent giving out misleading information.
We booked a one way rental from Cincinnati to Chicago for a flight we booked from Chicago. It was reasonably priced and the car and service was good.
Quick in and out for rental and return. The only frustration was that I didn't get to pick my own car and didn't get what I reserved.
Ok so I have a question, we have a rental reservation for 05/14/2021 for a premium suv (SUBURBAN). What is the scenario if there’s no suburbans or similar at the time of pick of when I have a reservation?
