We booked this hotel very last minute, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed pull out bedding and the front desk lady brought us up 2 pillows later on. Very clean, great amenities.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Will stay here again if back in the area.

Great new facility. Everything is clean and new. Staff is super friendly.....but these newer hotels are built of much lighter construction. Not blaming hotel, but I had a kid running back and forth at midnight, staff asked them to quit and it actually got worse. On busy weeks either get top floor or an older property with concrete floors

Spur of the moment need, got a great room on the 4th floor. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was really big with great layout and thoughtful design. Breakfast was unexpectedly robust. It would have been 5star, but a couple of things knocked it down: there's an LED lamp on the desk that, even though it was 'off', it flashed and flickered to the point where we had to unplug it. And the two, very tall queen beds are on platforms that make a really loud 'POP!' when you climb back into it after a potty run in the wee hours (see what I did there?), waking the other sleepers every time.

Their hotel shuttle could take a while to come to airport to pick us up though, but other than that, always a pleasant stay!

It's a great place to stay. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The rm. was great very clean and spacious not the least bit cramped. We had a light not working properly in the bathroom, and they came and fixed it right away. The location was great for going to the Creation Museum and the Ark. Will definitely stay there again!!

Hotel is very insulated against sound of landing and leaving planes. The front desk staff where nice. The breakfast lady was not very happy. They don't have many gluten free options for breakfast. It was very nice and clean. It smelled pleasant.

We’ve been traveling for two weeks and always stay in HIE hotels unless none were available at the time. This location was the best of all the locations we stayed! It’s just one year old so is up to speed on all the technology needs imaginable and new modern furniture, beds, etc. The best part is, even though all other hotels think they can’t serve food to their guest because of this pandemic, this hotel proves you can! They serve you the iconic hotel breakfast the HIE hotels are known for!!! It was WONDERFUL and they did it COMPLETELY abiding by the corona virus and social distancing regulations. All the while, so pleasantly giving their guest the hot breakfast we are accustomed to.
The hotel is very clean and the very convenient for the people going to Ark Encounter and/or Creation Museum. (Only approx. 30 min. Drive to either) There is a Walmart, and many good restaurants in the immediate area.

If you are coming to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, this is a great place to stay! 30 mins to the Ark, 20 to the Museum, another 20-25 to downtown Cincinnati. Hotel was just completed in November 2019 and is practically brand new. Indoor pool is nice, 3-4.5’ deep, and heated, which is perfect for kids. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!!!

Hotel staff was like no other, upon arrival Kim at the front desk welcomed me and offered warm cookie. Rooms were clean, large, and functional furniture. Hotel felt brand new! Pool clean, Gym was huge and lots of equipment to choose from. Lobby was spacious, colorful, and staff all seemed happy to work there. Breakfast was amazing! Large spread, staff around to answer questions and two male workers went out of their way to make sure my son received pancakes! Don't look any further, this hotel is spot on! Walking distance to WalMart, Jersey Mikes, a Pizzeria, and Cheddar's. We've already told other family and friends to come stay here, as we visited the Ark Encounter & Creation Muesum by Ken Ham. So very nice! Loved the huge continental breakfast and kind concierge. The cleaning staff...not so much. Stood in the way drinking coffee, and my bathroom floor still had food on it, and someone's personal washcloth was left hanging on the make-up mirror.

Sweet and friendly hotel staff, checkin online was super simple, key was ready when we arrived. Rooms are clean and easy to access. Beds were comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner/body soap were Dove brand, and set up in the bathroom in large containers, a lotion was also provided. We stayed here to visit the creation museum which was about 20 mins away, easy to get to, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

The customer service was pretty bland. They didn't seem happy, they weren't rude. In my two night stay when I went to the front desk it was empty, when an employee came up to help it felt as if they'd rather be somewhere else. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family though, great location and rooms. Just not the most hospitable staff.

We went down to visit. I am handicap and walk with a walker. I can barely walk cause I need my knee replaced so it's hard to walk at all. The thing is I called and made reservations they had a room that was practically right next to the door to come in. They was extremely nice time and very respectful. I know I will stay there in the future.

Newer hotel with very nice staff, soft beds, HVAC on the wall instead of a window unit, great drapes that block the sun, strong WiFi, with a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Very clean and quiet. I took off a star because I was really looking forward to the hot breakfast to save time during the work week, and the food was seldom "hot". E.g. the omelets were barely warm and the turkey sausage patties were actually colder than room temperature. I was a restaurant food inspector for the state of Kentucky and this hotel has a real problem with food temperature control. Great bacon, though. Food that is not kept hot may not always be hazardous, but it is almost always unappetizing. Throughout the week, it didn't improve and the coffee that was available 24/7 was often barely tepid, but I could heat it up in the microwave in the room, so not too awful. The desk staff don't seem to wear a uniform or even similar shirts, which I thought was odd. So many other great hotels in the area, that I'll try a different one next trip, but you won't be disappointed by this HI Express as long as breakfast isn't one of your priorities.

I very much enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. The staff were friendly, the hotel very clean and once again, Holiday Inn Express exceeds expectations. The breakfast was nice and coffee hot. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and WIFI was fast. My only complaint is the wine and beer selection: California wine and 3 types of Anheuser Busch beer. I'm surprised at this considering AB brands have completely degraded women with their recent commercial direction and California engages in commercial identity politics. I believe KY is even among the states they ban travel to. Please get some American or imported brands to replace these ASAP so this remains a 5 star place I can return to. I will not stay again with that selection. Thanks!

Service was great, room was clean and updated, location is good for restaurants. My only complaint is that it’s located at the end of a runway and the windows aren’t very sound proof. You can really hear the jet noise with each takeoff and landing. Which seems to be every few minutes. It annoyed me more than I would have thought.

This hotel is AMAZING! They’re very protective over their guest. I had a guy bothering me and demanding me to tell him what room I was in and Jennifer the housekeeping supervisor over heard him as we was getting off the elevator. Jennifer followed me to my room and ask if I was ok. I said yes I am just spooked at how he was acting. She said I will handle it. She did just that she went above and beyond even moved my husband and I to another floor. She moved us into an even better room. She checked with me and continued to make sure I was ok! I know I’m safe at that hotel. Thank you Jennifer for your protection and going forward ver and beyond for us to make sure we was comfortable. We will definitely be back! The rooms are nice. Great location not far from the casino and lots of places to eat in the area. I felt safe in the area as well.

We were having difficulty finding a hotel that could accomodate a large camper trailer. We had left Georgia in the morning, and had just about given up. While we were in the parking lot, the manager (Liz) came outside to help us, and find a room for us on a Friday night. The room we had was clean, large, and nicely priced. She made our day much easier, and we ended up in one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed at. I would give this place 20 stars if I could.

Walmart is across the street and eateries are within walking distance. For a business traveller who is not driving, this hotel is perfect for my short trip to Cincinnati.

This was an amazing stay. Our girls loved the hotel as well. They were extremely accommodating to our daughter with autism and tried to make her stay as comfortable as possible. The indoor pool is small but good for a dip if you just want to relax. Everything is very clean and organized. The hotel itself is right beside the Walmart, if you need anything. Yes, there are planes going over-head but we couldn't hear them in our room with the AC on. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florence.

Up to date hotel, clean for the most part, nice rooms. Had a loud neighbor up banging on something half the night and early morning, but this isn’t the hotels fault. Disappointed to find out Netflix wasn’t available on the tv. It was a bit pricey for one night stay. Booking on the website & after taxes + fees it was nearly $200! For 1 king size bed for 1 night. AIRBNB would’ve been cheaper and we will try that next time. Just to expensive. If money isn’t a big deal, then this is your place.
