The description of the parking customer pickup by Holiday Inn Express in Florence was very confusing. The operation provides shuttle for hotel people who spend the night (from the motel to the airport). This is the description in the writeup: "Please check in at front desk upon arrival. Holiday Inn & Suites shuttle runs from 6:30 AM - 11PM every 30 minutes on the hour to the airport and pick ups are on demand within shuttle times" I assumed they would run every thirty minutes, but not the case. I finally called after arrival and still had to wait an hour more (1.5 hours+ total) as they dropped off other people at local locations before coming for us. Maybe they should not be doing this as other services ran ever 15 minutes or so. Very frustrating as I just wanted to get home after 12 hours of travel. I will not use them again and will not use your service again.
