Very disappointing. I stayed here 12 nights while traveling for business in the last 6 weeks. The rooms are barely clean. The last 2 rooms that I had , the bathtubs filled with water while using the shower. The drain was so slow that the tub did not drain by the next morning. They gave me a bagged breakfast consisting of an apple, granola bar and warm bottle of water. Did I mention I have Diamond status with Hilton. This is not the way to treat guests with Diamond status. I believe that Motel 6 would have been better.
I stayed at the hotel for a conference and due to them just recently opening up from Covid-19 closures, they didn't have the restaurant, bar or swimming pool open. The hotel (and city) new that over 4500 members of our organization were coming to Cincinnati and could have been better prepared.
Great place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice rooms. The beds are super comfy. Slept great. Only reason didnt give a 5 star is because the pillows are not good. Bad for the bed. They need to invest in some better pillows. Pillows were clumpy. Others were flat. But besides that I highly recommend this hotel.

I only stayed one night. Some ammenities were not available due to the pandemic but I did personally find the bed and pillows very comfortable. Hotel was nice...wish I had been able to stay a couple of nights.
We had a great stay. The website booking system said it was fully booked so I called them to reserve, the process was easy. The hotel is very clean. I always stay at Hilton hotel not only because i have AAA discount, but also the hotel room is clean and not outdated.

Not quite what we expected from a Hilton hotel. The area is still stuck in Covid fog so this may be affecting the hotel, but no amenities are available at this time: no pool, no fitness center. Breakfast is only for two members of your party-not each room guest. A comfortable night's sleep in a convenient location, but nothing spectacular.
A very nice hotel. Beautiful interior design. Very large spacious rooms.
The location is about 10 minutes from the airport, which makes it very convenient.
The pool and the gym are still closed although it's possible that those will be opening soon.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. My fiancé is a pilot and was staying here on a layover and he stopped responding to me and wouldn't answer any of my calls. He never does that so I started panicking. I called the front desk and the NICEST lady answered and I asked her if they could go check on him (as I was hysterically crying). The hotel staff went to check on him and it turns out he just fell asleep... oops. But honestly I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for being so nice and caring and going to his room to check on him!!
The staff here is amazing!! I travel all over the country training and the personalized service here is well beyond my expectations. The General Manager is more customer obsessed than my company, which is hard to do. Book your event here today--they sanitize everything daily.

Night front desk staff useless and rude. Intrapersonal skills better suited to washing dishes than any job in the hospitality industry. .
I had a great experience at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They showed concern about my stay and the entire hotel was very clean. I loved the room design as well as the hotel.

Nothing wrong with hotel, unfortunately had a large metal tool box stolen from the back of my truck, locked and chained, heavy enough that I couldn't lift it out by myself. If you stay here, ensure you leave nothing in the vehicle.
Once again, not the hotels fault, wish they had outside cameras around their parking lot.
Virtually no outlets in this older hotel room to plug in devices. Had to charge my devices before I left for my flight using the bathroom outlets. When I checked into the room it was.partially dirty with some used masks alcohol gel and paper plates on the TV stand. Also the seal was broken on the door. Bed was a little too soft for my liking possibly just old. Its fine for a one nights stay about 15 mi uses from the airport
Room 304 on the highway side was loud from vehicular noise. They were unable to move me because of being sold out. Need better sound proofing on that side.
Curt n unfriendly. No warmth and definitely no Hilton hospitality. Best service was by the technician who came to adjust the hvac fan. Top notch.
