The price is very good. The shuttle only goes from the hotel to the airport every 30 minutes though. If you are on a tight time crunch this could be an issue. When we landed and retrieved our bags I called the hotel to see where they wanted us. They said the driver was leaving in a few minutes. Once at the pickup point I met a family that had already been waiting about 15 minutes. We got there a little after 10:00, they arrived earlier, as I said. By 10:20 I called again and the hotel said the driver was going to leave at around 10:30. He showed up at 10:40. We waited about 40 minutes and the other family waited about an hour. This was aggravating after coming home to a very long flight.
Greg, I would also like to inform you that, when I booked my parking with you, you have it listed, on your website, that the Holiday Inn Cincinnati airport had a shuttle that picked up every 15 minutes, and that is why I chose this location. The information on your website is incorrect. I was informed, when I called for a pick up, but the shuttle ran every 30 minutes, not every 15 minutes. I have a screenshot of that information on my phone, which I would love to email to you. I wish I had known that before I picked this particular location, as that is why I picked it. Every other location was 30 minutes. And some of the locations were cheaper than this one. I probably will not use your service again.

I would not recommend this hotel location because the front desk didn’t notify the driver in a timely fashion, that people are waiting to be picked up at the airport. I called at 6:50, and was told they would be there by 7 o’clock. 7 o’clock passed, and there was several of us waiting to be picked up. The driver finally arrived at 7:25. we were told that he was not notified by the front desk until 7:15 that people were waiting, and he apologized, but it wasn’t his fault. That is unacceptable.
