I came to NC for my sisters graduation. I wanted a hotel close to the airport. The Marriott Courtyard id one of the best hotels that I've been to. The front desk ladies were Awesome. My room was exceptional. The maid service was A+. To top it all off. The price was outstanding. $172.00 for two nights. you can't beat that. I didn't even want to get out of the bed this morning. The pillows and bedding was great. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Marriott Courtyard. You made my stay PHENOMENAL !!!!!!!!!!!

I was here for job training, so I don't have a room review. The lobby staff were excellent and everything is nice and clean. My 1 star deduction is for the lack of coffee after the bistro stops serving breakfast. I get that the rooms have a small coffee maker, but for conference room visitors it made it a long day with some afternoon sluggishness.

Shout out to Mindy Morgan! She was super helpful over the phone when I thought I had a reservation through a 3rd party and did not. After she thoroughly investigated, she made me a new reservation at the discounted price and called me back to let me know. She was at the desk when I arrived about 6pm. The front desk the night before and morning were very kind and warm. They helped me when I was upset when my flight was canceled. Definitely the face of the hotel. Of utmost importance to have good customer service. 💛
Only issue, no coffee cups in my room. I had to use doubled up plastic cups to drink my tea at night and at morning. Managed. 😉

Really well priced. Super clean premises. Super clean rooms. Comes with refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and tv. Quiet, especially for being close to the airport. A shuttle service and breakfast is provided as well. Has a legit fitness center if you’re trying to maintain your gains. Is less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Much construction on the main roads to the highway but none near the hotel.

The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a refrigerator and a balcony. They took care of everything we needed including helping us extend our stay by an additional day. I highly recommended Sonesta for a nice room at better than average rates!

I I've been on the road for a few days and hadn't even eaten for the entire day, and when I got to this hotel I was so happy they had a restaurant built right in. The food was great, the wine was fantastic, the service was exceptional and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my travels.

Nice hotel. It is clean and attractive. Staff is kind. I didn't give 5 stars for a few reasons but I am sure once things improve with covid I can give 5 stars. My room was a double queen suite. I have stayed once before in the same exact room in October. Well kept. The lock mechanism was malfunctioning so you had to play with a few times in order to close the door. The TV in the bedroom was not working. There was no cable or internet connection to the TV. I didn't mind too much because there was one in the living room area and I really don't watch TV much anyway. The other was the lo. Y women's bathroom the sink stopped working and the young lady did not know how to resolve the issue the first night. Outside of those things I enjoyed my stay and will be staying again. Something I hate about most hotels is the low water pressure in the shower. Not here. If anything it was almost too much. Bed was awesome. Room was clean. Deposit was a little high(150$) but overall I'd definitely stay here again.

I booked a room at this hotel for the night before an early flight, only to find out in the middle of the night that my flight was postponed till the next day. The woman at the front desk set me up to be able to stay a second night at the same rate. The reception service was excellent.
This hotel has a feature (not sure it's always available) where you can stay there and leave your car till you return. This is great for people with early flights who don't want to deal with airport parking.
This is a no-frills hotel but it serves the purpose. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the quality of the linens is good, there's plenty of hot water.
There is an airport shuttle that takes about 10 minutes door to door. It ran a few minutes late but not critically. My only problem with the shuttle is that you have to wrangle your luggage on your own, and if you're a senior and/or very short, this can be a challenge. I chose to take a taxi to return to get my car so I didn't try the shuttle on call upon the return.
Overall, a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

I understand why this hotel has so many good reviews. The accommodations are straightforward but clean and with everything a traveler needs. What makes the hotel stand out is the staff—incredibly kind and thoughtful. Brooks in particular was great to work with, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. Highly recommend.

Catching an early flight out of RDU so this hotel location is perfect. Room was nice, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Shuttle runs from 4am so it's great for my early flight schedule. I booked the 5:45 shuttle but was at the loccy at 5:30. AsI was the only passenger so we left early. Driver was a young vet and he's extremely nice and a good driver. I will stay there again for sure.

This place is pretty nice. The room was small but very cute and clean.
I have some suggestions/complaints :
There was a silverfish like bug in our bathroom and our curtain was broken.
The coffee station was not stocked with sugars/creamer/stirs
No microwave but they do offer a fridge so you can put your leftovers in the fridge but you can't heat them back up.
They allow dogs but we were unaware there was a charge and deposit for it so be aware of that.
They also do not offer adequate dog spots outside. Areas where there could be grass they've placed other material. Plus no trash cans anywhere to dispose of poop bags.
No free breakfast?
TV channels are very few.
Shower drain doesn't drain well but the water pressure is great!
It's quiet! We didn't hear anyone, no slamming doors and no stomping above us. Had a pleasant stay.
They also offer shower products in cute bottles in the shower so you don't even need your own stuff for that!
Overall good for a night or two. Cleanest and most updated place we've stayed in on our roadtrip so far! Was a bit pricier but worth it
Oh and you're next to the airport so you can hear the planes taking off. It's not too bad really.
