This was an absolutely miserable experience as we booked and paid for our two rooms 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived to the property, there were NO rooms available. 18 rooms were unclean and not able to be used. We just called and got a refund and drove two hours home. Never ever again. Extremely frustrating at midnight with an exhausted 7 year old.
Waited 30 minutes to check in. Man at the desk was not friendly.
We reserved 2 rooms near each other but when we ckd in were given rooms at opposite ends of the long building. He was not at all accomodating about changing. He then tried to put us in a room that had obviously not been cleaned. We chose not to stay and asked for a refund. We witnessed multiple unhappy customers while trying to get our refund online.
Still in the lobby trying to check in after an hour and 20 min.
Beds and room were clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed the stay.
No airport shuttle. Didnt offer long term parking. That was the whole point of coming here. The pool was empty. Found a tick in one of the beds. Asked for a wake up call that didnt happen

If I can give this place 0 Stars I would do not go here under any circumstances do not go here not only did they charge you $100 security hold on your card without telling you prior to your arrival but they do not offer a breakfast and the pool the indoor pool is not even open the hotel grounds are filled with trash the staff there is very cold and cruel and very knowledgeable and the hotel rooms and cells are falling apart from floor to ceiling the bads are have holes in them definitely not worth your money stay away from this place save your money for a better location
Excellent, clean, and very large rooms. The rooms were updated recently enough and in good shape, coffee maker in suite...i couldn't have asked for more, especially for the price. I was also pleased with the service. The lobby isn't particularly exciting, but it doesn't really need to be at this price point. I usually don't stay at a hotel to lounge around in their lobby.
Now let me share disappointment with you. Any other oyo come to is great, but not this one they don't accept cash and they want to use my personal bank card to take $100 deposit from me which I'm not okay with to get back in 7 to 10 business days I've driven on the road all day long and now they won't accept my cash and they want to expect me to pay them $100 additional to which I don't feel that I should owe them because I'm a professional man. I feel that it is an insult to injury. I have the cash and I have the cash for the deposit but that is not good enough for them so this gets one star for me not the place to stay. I feel insulted I don't care how nice the ruins are I don't care whatever it's just rude and a waste of my time find elsewhere plenty of other places that have the same right
This was the worst customer service ever. I really wish there was something lower than a 1. I was left stranded at the airport and the man at the front desk didn't care and acted as if I was an inconvenience. He refused to give me the managers name and every time I call I get put on hold and ignored. Trust me it is not worth the savings. This has been a nightmare dealing with this hotel. I went on the parent companies sight and they are not even listed as a part of the parent company. Shady business and I would advise taking your hard earned money elsewhere.
We used this place to park our car while we went on vacation and they had a shuttle to take us to the airport. A week and a half later we came back, but no more shuttle service! They paid for the taxi from the airport and that's great and all, but it was REALLY disorienting to come back and be tall they don't do shuttle service anymore.
We stayed here for 1 night before leaving for another destination. I booked through Hot Wire(worst of the 3 hotels). It was a little hard to find especially with construction going on. We were worried at first but the room wasn't so bad. It seamed clean and had a king sized bed, TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and shower had lots of pressure. The included breakfast was decent(1 half of toaster broken) but the area is pretty small for the amount of people. It seems like the pool has been closed for a long time. The location is good especially if doing a park and fly.
This place looked like it was rejected by every gov't establishment that approves hotels within Buffalo: avoid at all costs.
You're better off w/ tent-rentals than this place!
Handy layover by airport. Older refurbished. Comfy beds and pillows. A/C leaked on floor some. Pool was closed. Friendly staff . little pricy for cancelled flight distress. Did have pickup and drop off to airport. Walking distance to nice little restaurant called Danny's.
Delt with three employees during my time here; a younger gentleman working nights, the shuttle driver, and a lady. Both men were polite; while the lady was VERY rude for no reason in our interaction. She really does not give the place a good name.. Hotel its self is totally fine.
Room had rug stains, they skipped cleaning the room one day (out of three), and the breakfast is a joke. Broken juice machine, no protein, no yogurt, lousy coffee ... Cheap rate equals cheapened stay!
Customer service terrible oh, the reason why I picked this hotel is due to the fact that they had a hot tub and pool which they failed to disclose that was out of order for the weekend that I was there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my room the side of my bed on the floor the carpeting was soaking wet and the shower nozzle fell off. Informed the front desk no one seemed concerned
