Incredible front desk service (Thank you Navi) ...clean, comfortable and very reasonable. Shuttle service to airport & breakfast.

Rented a hotel room for 2 nights on Priceline and when I got there i waited in line for the person at the counter to finish and when they were done she decided to call the other gentleman who got on the line after me before me and changed his room to another room I guess because he had an issue in the first room. After that they told me they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for me. I was forced to get a room somewhere else and pay full price. All the receptionist gave me was a business card with her name on it saying I’d be refunded with no sense or reassurance. I mean although clearly not an obligation, it would have been nice to at the very least, to have gotten a recommendation on a different hotel. Now I’m out double the money I originally paid and I have to sit here in limbo waiting to see if and when I get my money back. SMH!
It was pretty clean and night staff was amazing. To management and owners please understand we are going through an epidemic and not everyone has credit cards, plus cash, transportation, bank accounts, and everyone has their own struggle. Being homeless IS a struggle right now.
Everyone was very nice and I have no complaints.
Now i normally dont talk alot about hotels but this one here is bad the heater Did not work all night we nearly froze to death and i called the front desk for a full refund why becuase it was just as cold outside as it was in the room they Denied my refund for stay i wouldn't recommend this place for family n kids its to cold
It is not someplace I will ever stay at again. First of all, I called ahead of making a reservation. I asked how soon I could check in and was told 1130 am. I did not arrive until a little after noon and was told nothing was ready to give it 30 more minutes. I asked if I could use a bathroom and was told no. I sat in my vehicle until 230 pm before I was finally able to check in. I did call and walk in 3 more time during this period and all the time was still not able to use a bathroom.
Also, when I finally got my room key and was able to walk to my room, it smelled as if they were setting fire to a marijuana farm.
The room was not very clean at all and I waited 2.5 hours to get this room. The tub looked like the bottom had never been cleaned. The toilet was nasty. There was almost no leather on the chair for the desk. There was debri from someone else left in the armed chair and on the floor next to the chair. The list goes on. I thought about changing rooms but then wondered if I would get something worse. I dont see myself staying at this hotel again. I only gave it a 1 star because it would let me post otherwise.
I was a guest for a little over a week at the Buffalo Airport location. I stayed in 3 different rooms ALL of which had problems. The first room had a nasty bathroom which caused me to request for housekeeping but due to COVID you have to put in a request the day before you want them to come. That doesn’t make sense considering the only way to keep the virus down is by constant sanitation. And then after 2 request was made they finally came to clean but by then I had went out and bought cleaning and sanitizing agents. Then they let someone book my room from under me before I had even got to check out time after they told me I couldn’t extend my stay the night before and to come in the morning. They found another room which was smaller, the locks on the doors and the door itself was defective and the heating/cooling unit only had cold air. The room was a side by side so 2 rooms shared a door and the guest was obnoxious and loud. The third room was a little better but on my last morning in the room I had a bit of a brush with inappropriate behavior from their housekeeping staff. And I am holding both the hotel and it’s staff accountable for. This is actually the second time at a hotel in this particular area that there was inappropriate behavior from either a guest or staff member and no manager is ever available to speak with the days or few days following the incident. There is very poor communication between the staff members. I know this because the guy couldn’t speak or understand English enough to understand why it was a problem to begin with. The list goes on... let’s just say after this I will be refraining from staying at hotel/motels/Inn’s etc. for a long time.
I made reservations to stay 3 nights & 4 days. The day that I arrived they informed me that their key mechanism was down, malfunctioning which meant I had to sleep with the door open...so unsafe. They offered to refund me the money but this is the thing I'm very disappointed. They knew about this problem 4 days prior the beginning of my stay. They failed to notify me from the moment it happened and for that I feel they failed terribly. They could have put me & my family else where and honored the price I originally had locked in at the time of my booking. Prices at other hotels were significantly high so I decided to chance it and stay there. And for their lack of help and poor customer service I give them a 3 start.

Good mask and social distancing policy and procedure. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Noisy air conditioner. Didn't use modified breakfast service.
The floor was not vacuumed and blunt clips on the floor. Traces of food that had been there for god knows how long. The pillows were dingy and the room stunk. Thank god the woman at the counter (Carolyn) was super understanding, refunded my money immediately and apologized up and down!
