I stayed at the Quality Inn during the 2022 blizzard from Dec 24th to the 25th. The man working the front desk had been there for multiple days straight with no other help, due to the blizzard and driving ban, but he was still professional and attentive to our needs as well as the needs of the other guests at the hotel. I hope he is given a raise/promotion/something as he was working night and day for everyone who was stranded at the hotel on Christmas.
The room I stayed in was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in the area.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Km at Quality Inn's parking service. Arriving in heavy snowfall, Km swiftly facilitated our check-in process and guided us to the long-term parking area. What truly amazed us was her thoughtful gesture of personally escorting us in the shuttle, sparing us the trek back to the front desk through the snow – a level of attentiveness that truly went above and beyond.
Upon our return to Buffalo, we called the hotel to arrange pickup to the parking lot, and once again, Km was there to greet us. Not only did she remember us, but she also welcomed us back to Buffalo, adding a personal touch to the experience. She even escorted us directly to our car. The entire experience was seamless and delightful, thanks to Km's exceptional service.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend Quality Inn's parking service, especially with Km's attentive care. Should the opportunity arise, I will certainly utilize their services again. Thank you, Km, for making our parking hassle-free and memorable.

Our flight got cancelled from California via Chicago, because the weather was bad in Chicago, and the front desk agent at the hotel was very kind and compassionate to cancel our reservation and not charge us for the one night stay. Thank you, we appreciate your kind and courteous help.

Was (mostly) very clean, good service and right across from airport, so there's a lot, and also not a lot, going on near by. JACUZZI room was great, very spacious, could have been cleaned a bit better however..

WiFi did not work and hotel had a Shining type feel. Yet it only cost 66$ which is 50-60$ lower than the 4 other options within a .1 mole walk. Can also walk to airport

Probably the cheapest hotel in a large cluster of big hotels, however everything was clean and organized. Room was nice n spacious with cable and a work desk. The bed was comfy. Not bad at all for a simple overnight stay.

So the place is a bit run down some places, but it seems there are renovations taking place. The room I was in had brand new appliances, flooring, furniture. The room was clean, smelled nice, bed was comfortable. While walking down the hall I had thoughts of oh, no, but they were quickly gone once I opened the room.
However. Customer service is amazing. The employee that checked me in went above and beyond and they're so lucky to have her (I believe her name is Cara?) and I hope they're aware of that.

Now i normally dont talk alot about hotels but this one here is bad the heater Did not work all night we nearly froze to death and i called the front desk for a full refund why becuase it was just as cold outside as it was in the room they Denied my refund for stay i wouldn't recommend this place for family n kids its to cold
