Each package lists the hotel's shuttle and its hours; some hotels have none. The checkout warns you if your times fall outside them.
Most people use it for an early flight: drive in the evening, sleep at a hotel under a mile from the airport (four of the five we priced are), and leave the car until you land. You can also take the night when you come back instead, or one night on each side.

Distances are straight-line miles from the airport's map point to each hotel. Shuttle hours are the hotel's own wording from its ResLabs listing. Totals include the hotel's taxes and fees; Buffalo Airport Hotel's $125.60 was $2.37 in taxes and $5.35 in fees.
The airport's lots are run by SP+ for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. Their posted daily maximums, checked on the BUF parking rates page on Nov 4, 2026, are below. A Nov 18 6:00 PM to Nov 23 noon trip is 4 days and 18 hours, which is 5 daily charges.

The airport's lots all have a free 24/7 shuttle; the garage is a short walk to the terminal. The deciding question is whether you want the night in a bed near BUF. If you live 20 minutes away and fly at noon, the Economy Lot wins. If your flight leaves at 6:00 AM and you live in Rochester or Erie, the package buys a full night's sleep for $44 to $60 more than the airport's Long Term or Economy lot.
The checkout on parkingaccess.com shows each hotel's shuttle note again next to your exact drop-off and pick-up times, and warns you when your times fall outside the hours.
On the rates we priced, Buffalo Airport Hotel offered free cancellation until Nov 16 for a Nov 18 check-in. After that, cancelling cost $84.08. Some rooms on the same night showed no free-cancellation window, so read the line under the price on the room you pick.
How payment works on parkingaccess.com: your card is held, not charged, while we book the room with the hotel through ResLabs. If the hotel confirms, the hold is captured and the confirmation number is emailed to you. If the hotel says no or the price changed while you were paying, the hold is released and you are not charged. parkingaccess.com has sold airport parking since 2003.

Method: live ResLabs rates through the parkingaccess.com package search, the lowest-priced available room per hotel, totals including taxes and fees. Days Hotel and Salvatore's Grand Hotel returned no rooms on either date. Rates are live hotel inventory and move as rooms sell; in one test the last room at $131.12 sold while we were paying and the next room was $167.79. Search your own dates rather than trusting any posted "from" price, including ours.
