Stayed here for the first time last Saturday to attend the football game on Sunday. Great hotel! It was clean, staff was friendly, good breakfast selection, GREAT customer service, great location from the airport and my family and the price was perfect. In fact we had another place to stay through the Thanksgiving holiday that fell through and the agent at the counter a young lady named Daysa was so helpful, polite and understanding to find us a room, a suite in fact on the spot at a great price. The management Jenna and Mike were very accommodating too. We would most definitely stay here again when visiting.

I love this place most people are friendly, great deals on leaving your car during your vacation instead at the airport. Breakfast nothing for me only sweet unhealthy things though they have Dennys near to cook us breakfast. Roms are clean comfortable the beds I slept in weren't too hard or too soft, very closed to the airport it's awesome. I'll be back maybe just because who knows or if I have to travel.❤👍

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! The carpets are so nasty and stained they are just disgusting! When I finally get checked into my room and get upstairs, my room keys don’t work. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The walls are paper thin — paper thin so I got to listen to the couple next door all night long. Tried to call downstairs because they were banging on the walls but the phone was broke. This place is a dump!!!!!

Exceptional service every time I am there. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. This is my "Go To" Hotel when I am in Buffalo.

My Stay this past weekend was terrible. I had the following issues:

1) They have a smirking young man at the front desk.

2) Room did not have a TV remote. I needed to go up to the front desk to get one.

3) Room had only one shampoo. I needed to go up to the front desk to get more.

4) Room keys had to be re-keyed several times during my stay when I was unable to get into my room. Not a good situation when you're with your disabled wife who cannot stand around and wait, when expecting to be able to get right into her room.

5) Smirking young man at the front desk could not hear anything I said when I called later the first night for a wake up call. I needed to walk down to the front desk (in pajamas) to get a 7AM wake up call for Saturday morning. He wrote it down, said I was good, and smirked. I also then needed to ask to have a new phone since we need a phone for emergency situations. No need to explain further, as my wife is disabled.

6) Saturday AM, got my wake up call at 9:05 AM! Really, that's the best they have? Wake up call over 2 hours late?

7) Left our room Saturday at 10:30 AM, and returned at 3:00 PM. Room was not yet done. My wife needed to lay down, and rest. I needed to take care of some other things, but again needed to visit the front desk and plead for service.

8) Asked for a wake up call for Sunday, and didn't know if I was going to get one when I really, really needed one. I simply cannot trust THIS 'Sleep Inn' any longer. The Asst. GM also does nothing when you provide facts. Find another local hotel, there's plenty more by the Buffalo International Airport that provide real service. This place does not.

For the price that I paid, I am so impressed! The hotel is very clean and the front desk representative is outstanding! He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and my room was clean. It's my first time in Buffalo and I was unsure about the good and bad areas but this hotel is literally around the corner from the airport and it's in a pretty safe and clean part of town. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay close to the airport and dont want to pay an arm and a leg. I doubt if I will ever come to Buffalo again but if I did, I would most definitely come back to this hotel.

Well, it's not as nice as advertised. Right away upon entering the room I could smell cigarette odor (supposed to be non smoking rooms). The carpet is old and worn, the refrigerator was defrosted so when I opened it water ran out all onto the floor, many of the electrical outlets didn't work, the walls were dirty and finally I had to kill two roaches that came up out of the sink. Definitely not the 8.4 rating more like a 3.0.

The staff was friendly though.

(Update - more roaches!!!!!😡😡😡) Checked out, didn't want another room, disgusting!!!!!!!! I WANT A REFUND😡

Room was clean and staff was amazing. Had a 24 foot trailer and the lady at desk was very helpful trying to figure out where to park it. Would absolutely stay there again.

We did the economy parking for the airport. Jill was very professional and pleasant helping us through the process to get parked and paid for. Joe was our driver to k lot and then to the airport, very accommodating and personable. We would stay at the hotel if ever needed solely because of jill and Joe's help merely with getting us the airport!

The beds were as hard as rocks. Very painful trying to sleep. The shower is designed so you need to walk into it to turn on. If you want to warm it first or not get your hair wet, no chance of that. When we attempted to start it this morning, it sprayed up to the ceiling first and then fell back down. Needless to say, no showers this morning. Do not recommend this location.

Pretty good for a 2 star hotel but my complain is how the double bed rooms the bathroom wasn't closeable.

Disgusting flea bag! Smelled like dead bodies. Filthy carpets, furniture, and walls. One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

Not a bad stay. Room was quiet and mostly clean, but there was trash in the a/c fins. The hallways had a faint musty smell, but the room did not. I would stay here again.

Don't stay here. The employees can't be bothered with you. Lots of other places nearby deserve your money.

How do you ask me to sign a card about “no smoking” when the entire third floor reeks of weed? 🙄 The front desk lady was also unprofessional in her dress, speech, and demeanor. She only offered us spray to cover up the weed smoke. The room accommodations are pretty decent. I wouldnt stay here again unless there were no other options.

Horrible. Very dirty. Had to ask for a very old cobweb over my bed to be swept down. Had to explain to the only person on site how to do it

Great service. And the price was great too. Clearly an older property, but the renovations are current, so the room we stayed in were great. The bed was comfortable. The "grab and go" breakfast is a few options like a wrapped breakfast sausage, cereal, granola bars etc... Totally appropriate for Covid. And the shuttle operated as needed (call the front desk) so was effectively on demand. They also cater to extended parking.

Nice, cleanly rooms with a cozy aesthetic. The Innkeepers were kind, courteous and professional. Great for a quick stay if you happen to be bussing into Buffalo for business or recreation.

STAY on the SIDEWALK, you might be better off!!

Upon check-in, I went to my room and there were cigarette ashes on the nightstand. I was changed to another room and it was reeking with the smell of WEED!!! FINALLY, I was placed in a fairly decent room, but upon entry into the hotel entrance, a STRONG WEED SMELL HIT ME LIKE A ROCK!!! ALL IN A "NO SMOKING" hotel!!!

I am a 30+ year member of Choice Hotels, but am considering ending my account!!!

Loved my stay there... the atmosphere was very welcoming & cozy.

The front office staff was friendly, professional & wore their masks.

The grab & go breakfast was also great. My overall extended stay at the Sleep-inn was awesome & I would definitely recommend

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights. Compared to the other places we’ve stayed, this place was pretty cheap. And at first when we got into our room we thought it was pretty good for such a low cost. After the first night I had bed bug bites all over my back. That right there made my boyfriend & I decide to NEVER go back to this hotel. The workers should make sure that the rooms are bed bug free, that’s a responsibility that comes with taking care of hotel rooms. If you like bed bugs then I advise you to come here, if not do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.

Booked this spot to be close to the airport for my girlfriend and I to take off in the morning. Our check in experience was pleasant and the host was nice. Our room was also nice. The shower could use an upgrade but was okay nonetheless. The entire place smelled like marijuana too.

We scheduled a 5AM shuttle to the airport. When we woke up the next morning to leave, no one was available at the counter and the shuttle wasn’t there. Turns out our shuttle was never scheduled. As we were scouring the floor to look for an employee the shuttle driver pulled up. He checked us out but he was unaware we needed a ride to the airport. He was EXTREMELY rude and mean! He immediately became upset and did not want to take us to the airport. We had to beg him as our flight was schedule to leave less than 2 hours at that point. He got even more upset when we didn’t know the name of the host who checked us in the evening before. He complained the entire way to the airport. Mind you it’s about a 5 minute drive from the motel. He became increasingly more upset when we didn’t tip him! I’m like I’m not going to tip you for being rude to us. It wasn’t our fault you weren’t communicated to. He’s like yeah okay! Needless to say we will not be staying here again.
