We had an incredible stay. We mentioned at check in that we were in town for my friend's college graduation ceremony. The next day when we returned from an outing they had delivered a complimentary full bottle of champagne to our room and a personalized certificate celebrating her achievement. Meant the world to us! The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Continental breakfast every morning was delicious. They had a nice happy hour over the weekend with complimentary appetizers. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The room is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.
The quality of the continental breakfast is better than those of other comparable hotels in my opinion.
The hotel is only a few minutes drive from John Wayne International Airport, which is also a big plus.
This is overall a very pleasant experience for me. Will definitely come back!

Great place for the price. Excellent wait staff for breakfast—friendly and keeping the food stocked. Nice touch with the fire pit - was on late at night and I enjoyed being able to sit by it for a lil bit to wind down.
The staff works hard to keep things running and make a point to check in with the guests. I appreciate this place.

really good hotel for the price! rooms were cozy and comfortable, we really appreciate the essentials provided in our room. (Microwave, fridge, etc.) AC/Heater worked more than perfectly fine and room service was offered every day. Free breakfast, waffles were delicious! Nice pool and cozy hot tub with super cute campfire area in front. Cool gym. Really great service from everyone at front desk and nice items to buy or use there. Don’t know why everyone complains about noise when it’s dedicated to an airport and there’s other hotels surrounding the area. Loved this hotel and I would book here again without a doubt.

I really like this hotel they stand their cleaners out everyday to do all the rooms and the walkways in the driveways they keep the place tidy their breakfast starts in the morning at 6:30 and runs till 10:00.
And at the moment they're remodeling going through the whole property so what you see today may not be what you see in 6 months

They have an amazing team of staff from the front desk, the maids, the host and the breakfast ladies. They are all so accommodating and super sweet to my children. My favorite person who really makes this place so vibrant is Ed. He’s definitely a wonderful energy to have around. In all in all my family and I loved it here.

Subway was only at 10 min walk away back onto the main road (55), also Spoons Mexican Diner (chain of diners) only 5 min walk in the opposite direction was worth a visit - ask for a discount voucher from the hotel reception as it will help to pay the waitress' tip.

Great place to stay if you're taking a trip and need to be close to the airport orjust visiting for vacation. Its centrally located and close to all the attractions. This hotel has excellent service! It is spotless. Everything you want for breakfast - hot and cold choices including waffles, eggs, fruit, bacon and sausage, juices, breads, and good coffee. Comfortable beds, air control, and stocked, clean bathrooms were appreciated. Warm pool to play in during the afternoon and hot tub were a huge plus especially at the end of the day.

Desk personnel was rude. Especially when I ask about airport transport. He said no one was doing it. I informed him of the places i called that have resumed this service, and said they were all booked up. Then he said no employee to drive. I ask which was it, not resuming or no employee. He became very frustrated and said we will not provide again and walked off. Area is not safe to leave in the evening. Only disappointment have ever been with this chain.

Stayed 2 nights and had 2 rooms for my mother's memorial. The staff was lovely, breakfast attended kept everything stocked and clean. The rooms were clean, BUT...the owners need to invest in a renovation, at the very least, new mattresses. They obviously know the beds springs are popping out because they've attempted to make them more comfortable with toppers...so guys, that just didn't cut it.
If we stay in the area again, we'll have to ask if new mattresses were purchased, because, let's face it, it doesn't matter how wonderful your staff is...without a good night's sleep, your just a 1 star hotel...

I really like this place! It looks like the pictures and the staff is absolutely outstanding.
They always said hello and were accommodating to the fact that I had to check out early because of my child was sick and needed to take him to the doctor back home.
There breakfast is absolutely amazing! The ladies in the breakfast room are very helpful and always replenishing items and keeping the area very clean. I noticed that everyday the room was packed and the best time to get breakfast was around 8 a.m.
The fitness room has the necessary equipment for you to have a quick workout.
It is very close to the freeway and five minutes away from the South Plaza Mall.
The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable and although they had different kind of pillows they were too small for me.
I will definitely bring my kids back and hopefully enjoy the pool next time.

Everyone here was really helpful and patient. I’m so thankful for all their help. Check in was easy, the place was quiet, scheduling a ride to the airport was simple and everything seemed very clean. I think they also had security at night (only seen once so I’m not sure if there was an incident or if they’re always there)

The hotel locates at the heart of Irvine. It is easy to go for most major places you want. The hotel room is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The power outlets on the nightstand are very convenient. The breakfast buffet includes some good amount of food selections, which is great for the fresh beginning of a day!
We found a dead cockroach on the floor. The room for breakfast is actually hot compared to the yard.

Hotel needs some renovation. Our non smoking Room had non negligible smell of smoking. Rooms were clean though. Front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast room was well maintained and the food items were fresh and tasty. The staff at breakfast roon did go out of their way to help the diners accommodate any requests ..Kudos. Easy access to highway and parking area in the rear side was well lit with security cameras... did not notice any safety issuse. For the price range - no complaints as it did serve our families need well.

My room was in great condition, smelled clean, staff was helpful, if I needed a new blanket they worked hard to find me a clean one. Breakfast is always good, it's a lot better than some expensive places I've stayed at. It was not far of a drive from the beaches, there is some stores nearby and on Fridays and Saturday you can always find a food truck gathering area nearby with lots of choices for you and the family to try.

Pretty good for the price! I was on a solo trip on Memorial Day weekend and got a little scared by the reviews about safety but I didn’t see anything suspicious around there. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and hot water. Front desk staff was friendly. I only had breakfast there one day and it could’ve been better, but I didn’t try everything so I’m sure they had better stuff. I’d recommend it!!

Stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are very clean. Had a small issue with our sink the 2nd night and the night shift Sandra offered multiple solutions to make sure it got solved quickly and wasn’t an inconvenience for us. The supervisor was extremely nice and made sure we felt taken care of from the moment we walked through the door offering us popcorn and anything else we might have needed. Will definitely be back!

Comfort has the best team of staff from Betsy, Priscilla, Callum and Sandy, All the wonderful Cleaning ladies/ Houseman doing an amazing job maintaining the property cleanliness and with a smile. The breakfast room ladies are a delight in the morning. One of my favorite staff Ed who made comfort completely vibrant was ran out of the establishment by the short front desk manager “Lucy”. It’s ashamed staff and guest have received poor treatment from someone mentally unstable. Such a bad apple in an a fine establishment.

Rooms were clean, no bedbugs or cockroaches, bathroom was clean aswell, it had large lotion and soap dispensers that we used.
One of the receptionist was nice and helpful, they protected our luggaes while we travelled since it would be bothersome to bring luggages with us while shopping.
Location is far away from the restaurants that we went to but it isn’t their fault, the room we had, had a terrible view though, it was facing this factory.
This was good for the price, we would have stayed longer.
