Awesome breakfast great staff
Good location, friendly staff but the carpet was stained and not clean. The bathroom door would not close due to excess paint and improper alignment. I would have given 5 stars if maintenance and cleanliness were better.
The place is nice i rented 2 rooms there the room with the sofa bed had no sheets on it housekeepers never cleaned the room it is a nice hotel i bought 15 bucks worth of snacks for my kids because i was tired to leave the place the front desk charged my card 3 times i called and no one ever answer the front desk phone. They gave me my 15 bucks back there suppose to send my 30 bucks i tried paying in cash but she had no change at all when i went to check out the man could not check me out because the lady that charged me did something to my account overall its a good place i wouldnt stay here anymore just because of my experience i had to go threw.
A nice place to stay at Irvine.
The hotel locates at the heart of Irvine. It is easy to go for most major places you want. The hotel room is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The power outlets on the nightstand are very convenient. The breakfast buffet includes some good amount of food selections, which is great for the fresh beginning of a day!
We found a dead cockroach on the floor. The room for breakfast is actually hot compared to the yard.
This hotel is really old! Definitely could use some renovations on it. They only have 1 washer/dryer in the entire hotel which was annoying when you stay here more than a day to wash clothes. The pool stays open later than 10 with loud, noisy people, blasting music in which the management will do nothing about. The FREE breakfast is a joke, they always run out of everything, or something breaks, just consider this if you are looking to stay at a hotel with free breakfast to avoid paying for breakfast, which you may end up doing with how poor the breakfast is. The part that was very inconvenient with our stay was that EACH time we left and would return, our keys would “demagnetize” which is what the front counter said EVERYTIME I had to go down to speak with them because we couldn’t get in our room. There would be times we would come back on the second floor late with our kids who were 6, 2 and a 2 month old with food and weren’t able to get in because the key wouldn’t work. Not sure if these are things you would like to experience when staying here, if so then go ahead and book, I personally would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! I’ve been to many comfort inn and suites and this by far is the worst!! Remember, you get what you pay for!
