A decent hotel that's ACTUALLY right next to the airport (unlike many "airport" hotels with no shuttle and 15 minutes away). Shuttle was fast and friendly, hotel staff were delightful and efficient, and the price was very competitive for the area. We had to book last minute, but it was still cheap and easy to handle.
Will absolutely use them again.

We stayed here as we flew out of Buffalo airport recently. We stayed the night before our trip and the night we returned as well. We used the park and fly which was a great deal. The parking is offsite but secure. They have breakfast which was decent. Our rooms were renovated and the shower had lots of pressure. The first night we stayed everyone was fantastic but on the night we returned the night shift personnel were pretty miserable. We would stay here again as it is a great deal.

The place is great! Not only I had my car parked there for 2 weeks, but I also stayed at the hotel for a night. The room was very clean and cozy, but the most important thing was their excellent customer service. Sam is the best! You are a life saver! Thank you very much!

The hotel is going through some renovations. The 1st suite was on the 3rd floor, where the hallway kind of looked like a crackhouse... So I asked to be switched to the 2nd floor...the hallway was better. The rooms were both good. It was just the hallway. Overall, it is a nice hotel, and when the renovations are complete, it will be very nice I'm sure.

Not a bad stay. Room was quiet and mostly clean, but there was trash in the a/c fins. The hallways had a faint musty smell, but the room did not. I would stay here again.

Location is extremely convenient if you are flying out of Buffalo Airport. The complimentary breakfast includes eggs, breakfast sausages, waffles, bagel, toast, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back again

A brilliant hotel overall, great value has a gym and a hot tub/spa. I was only there for one night but the rooms were big enough for my family and had everything needed for the night. Staff were also great! Would definitely go again.

Loved my stay there, the breakfast is amazing, the vibe is relaxed and the staff is friendly. I really enjoyed staying there because of the proximity to the airport and shopping was very accessible to the location. I will come back for sure!

I love this place most people are friendly, great deals on leaving your car during your vacation instead at the airport. Breakfast nothing for me only sweet unhealthy things though they have Dennys near to cook us breakfast. Roms are clean comfortable the beds I slept in weren't too hard or too soft, very closed to the airport it's awesome. I'll be back maybe just because who knows or if I have to travel.❤👍

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, fantastic, roomy showers with lots of water pressure. Breakfast was included but we missed it. Shuttle was easy to schedule from hotel, and prompt at airport, about 7 minutes to gate. We in the lobby for a 4:30am shuttle and was sitting at our gate by 5am.

I know it's a two star hotel, but honestly it was more then enough. Needed a place to sleep 2 nights. Clean hotel, good service overall. Sure, there aren't many amenities. But the area was safe, and the overall hotel did not feel like a 2 star hotel. Especially given the price, I would definitely stop here again. Emphasis on clean, spacious rooms, and hotel overall.

We did the economy parking for the airport. Jill was very professional and pleasant helping us through the process to get parked and paid for. Joe was our driver to k lot and then to the airport, very accommodating and personable. We would stay at the hotel if ever needed solely because of jill and Joe's help merely with getting us the airport!

Sam at the front desk provided excellent service and helped resolve problems with the rooms. Some of the issues are described below. The 4* for service is because not all staff are as helpful as Sam.
The hotel itself looks worn. The room doors have marks from where something was removed. Corridor carpet looks old and worn. Some rooms had defective bathroom faucets, lights not working. The gym has a cracked wall mirror.
The breakfast is very well run. There is a lady, Sue who really takes care of the area. The breakfast is one of the greatest values of staying at the hotel.
In short, hotel could so with some maintenance / reno. Thanks to staff like Sam and Sue, it can be a nice place to stay.

Great king-size hot tub suite with a fridge, microwave, sofa, and walk in shower.
Great hot breakfast with yogurt, toast, home fries, eggs, sausage, juice, and coffee.
The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels.
The halls are very outdated and run down with dirty carpets. The rooms are very good though.

Southwest Airlines provided this hotel due to flight issues From the moment we checked in to leaving, the staff was extremely kind. The shuttle driver at night and early in the morning was awesome! Friendly and energetic regardless of the time. Front desk had a smile throughout the entire stay! Breakfast was warm and delicious! And there was a staff member who was constantly cleaning to ensure safety. The staff here went above and beyond. Great customer service throughout the entire stay!

This is strictly a no-frills place but quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Even though they were almost completely full, they helped us with an early check-in. Our 6AM flight out of Buffalo got cancelled at the last moment. We had already checked out of the hotel and reached the airport. We called the front desk from the airport and they managed to scramble a room for us at a super reasonable rate. They sent the complimentary hotel shuttle to the airport to pick us up, checked us in again and generally took care of everything. All this at around 6AM in the morning! Great customer service! The bonus is the buffet breakfast which is ready at 4.30AM and a great convenience for guests catching the early morning flights.

We had a great experience at the Sleep Inn! We had requested a room on a high floor, and our request was accommodated no problem. We were originally put in a room right next to the elevator, but knowing that people would be coming and going at all hours (the hotel is right next door to the Buffalo airport), we wanted something a bit quieter. Tariq was amazing in helping us change our room with no issues. The property is a bit dated, but the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good! It was also a very quiet night which we appreciated. We would definitely stay at the Sleep Inn again if we’re in the Buffalo area!

When I booked, I did not realize it was literally across the street from the airport. I was prepared not to sleep well.
They apparently did an excellent job of soundproofing because I only heard planes when I was outside.
Huge thanks to Jill for helping me make the experience even better with local information. Will stay again when I'm in the area again.

Great service. And the price was great too. Clearly an older property, but the renovations are current, so the room we stayed in were great. The bed was comfortable. The "grab and go" breakfast is a few options like a wrapped breakfast sausage, cereal, granola bars etc... Totally appropriate for Covid. And the shuttle operated as needed (call the front desk) so was effectively on demand. They also cater to extended parking.

Spacious and clean rooms at an unbeatable price. Turning the shower on without getting wet is difficult and there's some paint peeling in the shower area. Moldy/Wet carpet smell throughout the room but for the price, it's one of the best hotels in the Buffalo/Niagara region. Staff is very nice and professional.

Only con was that the hot tub was closed and the jacuzzi tub in our room didn't work.

Overall nice hotel right across from Buffalo Airport. We hardly heard any planes. Rooms and service were great! Breakfast was actually pretty good. My only complaint would be that the breakfast room runs over into the first floor hallway. It is a very awkward set up.

We were only here for a short time but let me tell you these guys rock. We asked for early check in since we were flying in. They said no problem. We get there and not only did we check in 4hrs early we also got upgraded. The hotel is an older one as far as decor but who goes to a hotel for the decor? The room was spacious and very comfortable. Check out was a breeze. The only thing we wish was that they had a breakfast option for people having to fly out super early. Alas you can't win them all.

Stayed here for the first time last Saturday to attend the football game on Sunday. Great hotel! It was clean, staff was friendly, good breakfast selection, GREAT customer service, great location from the airport and my family and the price was perfect. In fact we had another place to stay through the Thanksgiving holiday that fell through and the agent at the counter a young lady named Daysa was so helpful, polite and understanding to find us a room, a suite in fact on the spot at a great price. The management Jenna and Mike were very accommodating too. We would most definitely stay here again when visiting.

We've stayed here twice this summer. Hotel is nice. Room is spacious. The free breakfast is good. Sausages, scrambled eggs, home fries, pancakes, cereal, English muffin, bagels, muffins, coffee, juice... Lots choose from. Small workout room and hot tub open till 10pm. Convenient location, close to airport and shopping and dining.

Rooms need a bit of updating. Got a spa tub room but the jets didn't work. Room was very spacious. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was hot. Loved the variety of options . Including several different flavors of waffles. Would stay again. .

This was a first time experience to stay this hotel and overall experience was fine, room size was good enough with all basic facilities and Free breakfast was offered.
Location was very convenient almost the side of the Buffalo Airport. Almost we got a 100 percent satisfaction by choosing this hotel. We can recommend to others too because we got a very good experience. Not important that during our stay the Wifi was not perfect.
We just stayed for one night then moved to our next destination Buffalo New York.

For the price that I paid, I am so impressed! The hotel is very clean and the front desk representative is outstanding! He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and my room was clean. It's my first time in Buffalo and I was unsure about the good and bad areas but this hotel is literally around the corner from the airport and it's in a pretty safe and clean part of town. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay close to the airport and dont want to pay an arm and a leg. I doubt if I will ever come to Buffalo again but if I did, I would most definitely come back to this hotel.

Stayed here many times over the years. Basically need a place to stay before an early flight. Did the park and fly for 1 week. Was very easy- no problems. Staff was friendly, especially the drivers. After arriving back to Buffalo called for the shuttle and was told 10 minutes- it was there in less than 5 minutes. I was very happy and impressed.
