My husband and I booked a jacuzzi suite to celebrate a special occasion. After a fantastic meal, we returned to our room to find the jacuzzi water would only run cold. They switched our room with no hesitation and many apologies. Mike at the front desk is fantastic and so accommodating. Highly recommend for a Buffalo stay-cation

First time ever checked in before 8pm. Spacious, and clean. It’s one of the biggest hotel room I have been in for the price. I appreciate the interior design.
Breakfast is amazing going for seconds.
Staff at breakfast was very aunty like , loved it. I will definitely make this one for the places to stop at again

The suite was spacious and comfortable. The living room area had a fire place. Kitchen had microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. China cups were provided. The bedroom area had a jacuzzi tub. The room exceeded our expectations.
The breakfast was disappointing. There was one pancake in the warmer and it was uneatable (so hard I couldn't cut it.) We waited a few minutes expecting the pancakes to be replenished. We finally asked one of the waitstaff if she could bring out more.
We felt the waitstaff at breakfast had other things they would rather be doing.
The service and food at Russel's the previous night was outstanding. Our server was friendly and attentive as was the young man who filled our water glasses and cleared the table.

I've been here before for dinner. This is my first stay here. Excellent rooms great services.
I had a little trouble booking my restaurant reservations but after talking to Jay he got us in at a perfect spot of 5:30 for my anniversary day.
I will totally recommend food, atmosphere and personal service
They will do what they can to accomplish your experience and accomodations

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. All staff were very friendly. It was nice seeing Mr Salvatore. Exceptional experience.

What a fantastic place to stay!! I went to an office After Christmas party last night and I didn't want to drive home so I booked myself a room, weeks in advance! The room was clean and perfect for myself! I don't like headlights so staying was the best option for me and I was not disappointed! I soaked in the jacuzzi.. twice. The coffee was delicious! Breakfast was ok. It was a bit cold but it hit the spot. Everyone was so friendly and professional. It was a magical experience!

If you want to experience gone by era, this the place to stay. Rooms have a rich decor and furnishing. The hotel has a story presented through numerous pictures and souvenirs across. Staff is friendly and helpful. Though one thing I would like to mention, I needed first aid box and to my surprise such a big hotel didn't have one.
Good food outlets near by to have a bite
They do serve breakfast but I wasn't really happy with the spread.
